The room was outstanding, the photos really don’t do it justice - my wife is very fussy when it comes to hotel / B&B beds.. zero complaints in that department, it really was a 10 out of 10 stay!! Great to have free and secure car parking. The early morning road noise is such that it may affect sleep with window(s) left open for some fresh air.

Anyway I can still recommend the place. It was a hot day on arrival, and inside the room was very hot. There was no fan or a/c provided.

Absolutely nothing to dislike, all lovely , if I had to mention something that would have enhanced my stay , action the bedroom wall would have been nice as well as a full length mirror . Although neither a deal breaker , just preferable for me personally .

• Megan (10/5): Cosy, comfortable and clean. - I was travelling for a wedding so didn't get to spend a lot of time in my room, but the room was super clean (flawlessly clean), the bed was incredibly comfortable and Sandy was super lovely and helpful with whatever myself and my friends needed. She even recommended a great pub for us to grab dinner in. It was a great long weekend away! Nothing- it was fantastic.

Wonderful kitchen/living area with absolutely everything you could need. The bedroom was cozy the en-suite was clean with a good sized shower. Throughout the apartment were modern features inc lighting, projector, superb WiFi and mod cons in the kitchen. The accommodation was pet friendly and there was plenty of space in the garden for them to play. I would highly recommend staying here. There is nothing I didn’t like

• Brown (10/5): This place is a must to stay in - The Apartment we stayed in all I can say was Amazing a spiral staircase to get up to it 😊😊x Bathroom was huge with a walk in shower in there x A stand alone WORKING BATH in your bedroom which looked amazing x the Mirror was WOW x Bed was so comfortable and all the lights in the bedroom and bathroom changed at a switch of the remote to lots of different colours x if you looking to stay with someone this is definitely worth staying I will be DEFINITELY staying again x There was nothing I did not like

• Daveob (10/5): Brilliant stay over. - The accommodation was delightful, full of character yet with lots of modern touches. The welcome was great and checking in and out was easy. The room was extremely comfortable and probably one of the best we have stayed, in relation to the decor. Thank you for a wonderful stay. No hairdryer in the room, something we now expect. I will take care to read details of properties and bring our own. It also would have helped to have names of all the rooms so that we could instruct Alexa to all lights! These are all minor things.

It was not what was booked and I would like a refund. From a lovely old detached house with character to a disability bungalow! Not paying £108.00 for that!

Beautiful location a short walk to an amazing sea view and a short drive to Bideford. The host was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you I liked everything, it was as expected.
