• Dimitar (9/5): - The location was perfect. Apartment was nice and clean. We needed an extra blanket but they refused to bring us one. Staff should be more flexible, since they're managing 140 apartments in Barcelona. Also self check in would be a good option, since we were given a time frame if we couldn't make it we would have to wait an hour and a half to check in. Thankfully we arrived on time.

• Diamante Amanda (8/5): - La casa ha una posizione strategica per visitare la città di Barcellona. La via è molto servita e curata. L'appartamento è molto comodo per tre persone e dotato di ogni confort. Molto utile il kit in dotazione. Molto simpatica e gentile la ragazza che ci ha accolto e dato molti consigli utili. Inoltre tutto era molto fedele alle foto in rete. L'unica cosa che potrei suggerire e di cambiare il divano che era davvero molto scomodo per dormire e di fare qualche piccola opera di manutenzione come pittura. Inoltre anche se non si può rimediare manca il bidet.

• Cham (6/5): All in all, good price, good location, very clean would definitely recommend thank you. - Very good location, with access to almost everything within walking distance. Very clean and unique building. Good value for money, It was very cold in the nights with no instructions on how to turn on the heater or if there was one. I know people don’t go to Barcelona to have the heating on, but during the nights in January with a toddler in the house it did get very cold. Getting through the door for the first time was quite confusing, with my internet not fully working I wasn’t able to access the app to open the doors. Clearer instructions or possibly someone there to make the first point of contact would be a nice touch. Also the beds were way too soft.
• Dong (1/5): Very disappointed experience - The only worth praising is the location. 1. The water for shower is cold！！！！！ 2. Low effency. We negotiated with the host for many times.After 3 days,the host sent the mechanic to fix it.And We only stayed for 5 days. 3. The curtain rod is so falling that we couldn't open the window to enjoy the view. The apartment price is 400euro per day. NOT WORTH IT
• Deborah (9/5): Agradável, bem equipada, confortável e bem localizada - The location was wonderful and the apartment was excellent! It was close to the metro, bus stop, markets, and many tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance. The apartment was very complete and everything was new. I went in the summer and was worried about the temperature, but the air conditioning worked very well. I traveled with my son (a 1-year-and-5-month-old baby) and my husband, and the apartment was perfect for us, including a child's chair and a baby cot that we ended up not using because the bed was large enough for the three of us. The only issue I had was with the app to open the door. On the first day, I thought it worked by proximity and hadn't put internet on my phone yet, so I had to use the Starbucks Wi-Fi to get into the apartment. Additionally, even after buying a SIM card, there was some kind of bug in the app that made the option to open the street door "disappear," and I had to call the 24-hour support service to access the apartment. Also, a silly suggestion, but it occurred to me that there could be a pair of scissors in the kitchen, as it was the only utensil I missed during my stay.
• Miodrag (2/5): Very, very bad!!! - Only location. We had problems with the front door getting blocked. It was impossible to go in and out of the room. We were locked in the apartment one full day. A thousand calls and a thousand emails, but no response. It wasn't until the third day that they sent someone to fix it. It could be much cleaner. The shower is still dripping uncontrollably. There is a TV, but it is more than 20 years old and does not have the possibility of a digital signal, and it is only there as a decoration because there is not a single TV channel, and there is no USB or HDMI input either. The bed in the room still moves as someone already wrote.

Building was charming and apartment had nice view of street The door access app was somewhat difficult to use as there wasn't a clear indication of where the access point was. Appreciated the option to use keys once we were inside. The kitchen could use paper towels and fitted sheets in the bedroom would be nice

• Goller (10/5): We did enjoyed our stay, no doubt. - Great location with various cafes and shops around, supermarket 24/7 downstairs, very convenient. Air condition worked smoothly and the place is full of home wear family may need, fully equipped kitchen. Tiny balcony and the bed: actually 2 beds that keep moving apart all the time. I was forced to tie bed's legs together to stop it.
• Douglas (9/5): Worth the $$ for this ***** work-cation. Thank You from Relaxed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida US - Location, location, location! Wow, what a lovely property. Following our stay in Barcelona we stayed at another apartment in Lisboa, Portugal. At that location we were provided with door code access using electronic codes versus the traditional keyed locks, which allowed us to come and go more freely than the fear of losing keys, or that spouse 1 had to be with spouse 2 regardless of a quick run to grad a Cafe con Leche. The clocks were date and time stamped, so I believe it was as secure as the more traditional keyed door locks. Otherwise, the stay was flawless, relaxing, and simply the best! Thank you
• Merrick (9/5): Absolutely perfect location for our visit! - The location is absolutely fantastic, very convenient to lots of sites and major subway lines. The flat was also well appointed and very comfortable for us (two adults and a child). We had everything we needed in the flat and with the shops close by to do a little self-catering as well as great selection of restaurants for eating. The street that the flat is on is mostly pedestrian and very pleasant. Families with young kids should be aware that the place is still lively well into the night, so is not dead quiet, but that did not bother us and did not keep our son from sleeping! The communication about the electronic door could be improved slightly. I explained before our visit that my husband would be arriving several hours before me and would need the electronic codes to get into the flat. He was given the access for the inner door, but not the building so still could not enter until I arrived several hours later. Because it was Sunday there was no one for him to contact. Once we were in though, everything else was great.
