Unfortunately, I also left some belongings behind that he promised to return, but he never did. Very poor professionalism

- Michael (4/5): - The property was great (beach/pool/etc) however I would not recommend booking a condo at the Marriott Singer Island. The units are intermingled with hotel rooms but the staff does not (or can not) assist with issues. Our toilet was broken on arrival, it took 3 days to fix a TV, and a load of laundry was ruined from bleach in the machine. Pay the extra money to book through the hotel.

- Julie (10/5): - The Resort Condo in overall 4 starts, need more maintenance mostly the Infinite Pool, (sand in the pool), towels everywhere, on the 19 floor under the furniture close to the elevators are napkins or papers. Our apartment was great, clean, organized, no complaints at all, the best part, the ocean view. Friendly with kids, activities for them that my boy love it the slide and the water falls.

- Jill (4/5): Wasn’t a good stay- unit needs maintenance - Although the unit is nice, and even though the property managers were very responsive, there’s a number maintenance issues. Unit was dirty. They must wash the sheets in the unit and leave them…all were wrinkled…. Leaving us wondering if someone had already slept on them. Furniture is worn out. And the bed in the master…awful. They put a 4” soft foam topper atop a worn out failed mattress. You’d need to be really strong to operate the slider to the balcony.

They said it is just warmer in the summer months. So I had to open the front door and let in the air conditioned air in from the hotel hallway. Plus, my reservation was canceled halfway through my stay. I had to get new keys every day -sometimes two in one day - to access my unit until I left - about eight in total! One of the toilets was not operating properly also. Definitely will never use singer island rentals again!

The condo itself was well appointed, exceptionally clean and wonderfully convenient. The owners personal greeting and review of the amenities was unexpected but incredibly helpful and impressive. The resort itself is wonderful with two pools and the beach. All in all, I can't think of a singled item that I think needs improvement. I wish I could give it 20 stars!! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!! We will most definitely be back.

We were traveling with two elderly guests who had full access to all amenities due to well-designed accessibility to ALL areas.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Beautiful property! The pools were awesome and the place very clean. I think the communication between Marriott and the rent from owner condos could be a little clearer. Often given responses like you are renting from an owner, I’m not sure. The condo is in a Marriott property and if that’s going to be the case I think the Marriott staff should be able to answer questions. Additionally - the condo was beautiful and it was super clean and very welcoming. We loved staying there, except for sleeping. Our only complaint is that the beds are the most Uncomfortable beds ever. The king bed must be broken in the middle or in desperate need of a new one. The queen sleeper sofa has obviously been used too much and is in terrible condition. Five nights sleeping in that place was way too many.

We shut the lights and went out on the balcony. We walked back in and now they were scattering on the floor. My family and I were horrified. We looked by the bottom of the fridge and found roach traps. We have pictures. We tried to dispute it through Expedia and they could not help us. It was a horrible experience and the owner of the unit nor Expedia helped us.

- David (4/5): Bad beach policy and valet charges. - The staff will harass you if you bring an umbrella and beach chair to the “private beach.” They are rude about it. You are forced to pay $27 per night for valet parking. The facility is nice. Drinks are expensive. I would have given a couple more stars if it were not for the beach policy and valet charges.
- BethK (10/5): - Got a two bedroom two bath unit overlooking the intercoastal and ocean so view was spectacular! Very nice rooms four to five star feeling. Infinity pool was lovely with a nice view of palm trees and the ocean. Good service at the pool Though it’s as spendy as you would expect.Had awesome lunch highly recommend the turkey wrap. Enjoyed. a lovely Breakfast outside. Did not use the spa and the fitness center was really small. Shopping in the hotel was very limited Fun by the infinity pool to have corn hole and ping-pong and fire pits to hang out! Our second visit in the past couple of years and we plan on going back!

- Lynn (8/5): - The Condo was clean and nice, views of the ocean and bay were good. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and there were several light bulbs burned out throughout the condo. When booking thru Expedia we did not know the condo was through a private owner and did not include beach service until we booked. The parking is valet only.

- Luis (10/5): Amazing - My stay was amazing! My kids really enjoyed the beach and the pool area especially the the water slide. Very clean overall. Great service from all the staff. I would definitely go back again

- Fezzie (10/5): - Our room was spacious had a beautiful view. The bedding was comfortable. We could have easily stayed for a couple months. The property is beautiful, the service is excellent and the beach is pristine. We rented directly from an Owner so we saved on the Resort fee. The Owner provided beach chairs and boogy boards which came in handy. I wish we had laundry detergent and a room service menu but that is just a little nuance. Great place for a family vacation!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall nice property. Some areas need some TLC. The suite we were in is privately owned so there was no daily maid service unless you pay for it. We have stayed in NYC at hotels where the suite was privately owned and we did have maid service at no charge so not sure why this was not the case.
