- Prakash (5/5): Not recommended and dont be fooled by the Luxury in the title. - Central Location Cleanliness, photos shown on website prior to selection doesn't match the size of the accommodation, dirty bed linen on check in, no towels rods or hanging spaces in the bathroom, extremely rude security staff at check in concierge who seem to treat you like a felon rather than a guest, loose drain traps in the bathroom, hot water runs out within 2 to 3 minutes of a shower, dishwasher was out of order for the entire duration of stay, and so on.

- Vilma (6/5): Bien ubicado y lindo. Pero malo para descansar - El apartamento es nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Esta muy bien para 2 personas. Si bien tenia atenciones de cortesía, lo que se preveía en general se sintió bastante escueto. Por ejemplo, no había repasadores, ni bolsas de basura ni elementos basicos que suele haber como sal. Algunas cosas simplemente no alcanzaban para cubrir la estadía como 1 solo sobre de jabón para el lavavajillas. Lo que mas nos afecto es que no tiene cortinas ni persianas que bloqueen las luz y a la mañana da el sol de lleno. Eso genero que descansar por la mañana sea imposible.

Fomos para um evento (maratona de Boston) em um grupo que locou outro apartamento, como nós, com muita antecipação. E a acomodação cancelou a estadia no dia do check in. Isso aconteceu com nossos colegas e com mais um casal que vimos na recepção com o mesmo problema.. a estadia provavelmente trabalhou com overbooking em total desrespeito ao cliente. Não recomendo a estadia em dias de eventos especiais na cidade. A acomodação não trabalha com lisura na reserva. Se voltar a maratona de Boston não voltarei a reservar neste local. Fiquei insegura.
- Maria Del Cristal (9/5): Perfecto para visitar Boston - El apartamento tal cual las fotos. Todo limpio y en buenas condiciones. No utilizamos cocina, solo íbamos a dormir. Camas muy cómodas. Céntrico para ir andando, a 2 y 5 minutos de 2 paradas de metro. Recomendable 100%. Por poner una pega que solo proporcionan gel y champu para un día, hay que llevar o comprar para estancias superiores. No hay servicio de limpieza, en nuestro caso no era necesario porque no estábamos durante el día

Le convertible mérite d’être changé! Dans la salle de bain, un coin en bas à gauche de la douche le mur comporte des traces d’humidité qui pourrait être reprises et repeintes pour être à la hauteur du rested du studio.
- Karoline (3/5): Skuffende opplevelse - God plass og stort kjøleskap Lite som fungerte som det skulle. Dårlig oppfølging på kundeservice og dårlig håndtert når vi kontaktet dem. Vi hadde booket 1 roms leilighet til 4 personer, men det meste av kjøkkenutstyr var kun til 2-3 personer, kun 3 stoler og det var kun oppredd til 2 personer da vi kom. Brødristeren var ødelagt, vi meldte det inn samme dag, kundeservice sa de skulle fikse det, men det ble aldri gjort. Sovesofaen var helt forferdelig å sove på med kun en veldig tynn madrass. Det føltes seigt på alle gulv og sengetøyet var fullt av hår – både lange hår og hårballer (se bilde) i det som skulle være rent sengetøy da vi åpnet posene. Vi endte opp med å sjekke ut en dag tidligere enn vi hadde betalt for fordi vi mistrivdes veldig.

The receptionist stepped away for 15 minutes. Was stuck outside in the cold waiting. Still able to hear outside nose but expected staying in the city. Room floor seemed a little dirty both bathroom toliet paper holders were broken.

- ZITA (6/5): Bien, pero no lo mejor para cinco personas, esperaba más!!! - El apartamento estaba bien, dos habitaciones con unas camas muy cómodas, una cocina abierta al salón con menaje suficiente y muy bien equipada de electrodomésticos y dos baños y lavadora/secadora. La ubicación excelente, y el servicio de recepción 24 perfecto. Muy tranquilo y muy luminoso Los baños no responden al resto de la estética del apartamento y la presión de la ducha es mínima por lo que no resulta cómodo ni relajante ducharse. El sofá cama del salón no es nada cómodo y aunque éramos cinco personas y así lo indicamos, nos encontramos las toallas metidas en bolsas en una balda del armario, cuando sería más cómodo que las colocaran en el baño o en la habitación, a la vista. El sofá cama no dispone de edredón y la mesa para poder comer del salón es para dos personas, aunque el apartamento es para cinco personas y ni siquiera era una mesa que permitiera abrirse para caber todos, y solo hay dos sillas para sentarse. Por estas cosas, no puedo considerar que el apartamento sea cómodo.

I liked that the property was like an apartment you can make your own dinner/lunch/breakfast, also the washing machine and dryer was a good thing to have! I liked everything about it!
- Josi (9/5): - O apartamento é maravilhoso. Espaçoso, pé direito alto, amplas janelas. Cozinha muito bem equipada, importante especialmente para quem viaja com crianças, como foi nosso caso. Cama da suíte maravilhosa, roupa de cama, cobertores e toalhas extremamente limpos. Armários no estilo americano que acomodaram muito bem nossa bagagem. A poucos passos do Boston Common. Mercado e farmácia também nas proximidades. O sofá-cama da sala já está com a base gasta, não conseguimos dormir bem (1 adulto e 1 criança) até nos darmos conta de colocar o colchão no chão. Mas só este ponto que sugerimos melhorar. De resto, foi tudo perfeito.

- Anthea (7/5): - Location was excellent, size of the unit was great, lots of space and didn’t feel cramped. Decor was lovely, looked fresh and bright , utensils and cooking equipment was plentiful, high ceilings, washing machine and dryer, unit was very clean. The bed was one of the worst I’ve slept on, was so hard and uncomfortable. And the bed board knocked against the wall every time you turned over. There was no garbage bags in the kitchen which would’ve been useful. There was no instructions in the unit on how to use the washing machine which was tricky as there was a timing appliance attached to the machine. The power points all seemed like they weren’t installed properly and in fact broke the prongs on one of my appliances. Another power point sparked as we plugged the lamp in. The lift wasn’t working which the Security team were trying to help with, but because I didn’t have an American phone I couldn’t call them when I needed to exit the building which meant I had to walk down 14 flights of stairs. There was no dishwashing liquid to wash up with.

Las preciosas vistas que tenía mi habitación, entiendo que no todas contarán con ellas, pero mi caso fue magnífico. La cocina y su equipamiento. El servicio de conserjería La puerta de acceso al edificio no funcionaba correctamente y hubo un problema con el ascensor, pero entiendo que es algo puntual y de "mala suerte" en mi estancia

O aluguel era para 4 pessoas, se fosse somente para 2 tinha sido excelente! O elevador não está funcionando e dava trabalho ter que ficar ligando para portaria, além de ter subido e descido de escada umas 2 vezes ( 6o andar)

Not a huge deal but still. The bathroom door needs to be slammed hard to close. There is no bedroom door at all. A loud renter next door partied till after midnight. Security needed to be called three times to get them out of the hallway
- Thi Thanh Tra (4/5): Bad - The only good thing is location, right in the downtown with everything in just a few mins walk. Wait long to take the key when check-in, the room is much narrow than the picture, the facilities seems old. The pilows are dirty, It's not worth "luxury". Furton bed is not stable as well, communicate with the host is bad too, their response is always late. We asked for check out at 12 a day in advance but they didn't response until we reminder again at 10am the checkout date, they finally said it's approve at 11:51am when we left the room 30 mins ago already. The elevator is broken during our stay and everyting we go up or down need to call receptionist to send the elevator. 1000Usd for 4 nights are not worthy. Will not consider again.

En la cocina hay todos los utensilios útil para poder cocinar cualquier cosa hay también pequeños producto de limpieza que son muy útiles. La habitación está siempre calientita (estamos en enero) que te deja muy a gusto. El asensor está roto y funciona solo si lo llaman desde abajo . - Toni (6/5): The accomodation standard was disappointing with repairs needed. - It was relatively easy to check in, whereas in Washington DC when we stayed at Global it was difficult and not very clear. Thr location was reasonable and you could walk to all areas to visit as a tourist. The apartment was old, needed painting, sliding doors to the bedroom were broken, dishwasher did not work for our 5 day stay despite our reporting as from Day 2. The lifts were not working for guests after Day 2 and we had to walk down the stairs or ring down for the list to be sent up. We were on the 6th floor. We were cotinually told it had been reported and would be fixed, but were still out when we left after 4 days. Bathroom was small, much smaller than the Global Apartment in Washington DC. No dishwashing clothes to wipe up sink and kitchen bench so we had to use face washers and hand towels. booking.com. need to reduce the rating of these Apartments on your site.

Appareil au dessus du lit... donc boule quies obligatoire pour les domeurs legers. Pour des voyageurs de 3 jours nous avons du acheter du liquide vaiselle... et une serviette pour essuyer la vaiselle . Cela devrait etre prevu sur des sejours aussi court
- KEE WON (5/5): - 방 자체는 깨끗했어요. 차가 너무 막혀서 호텔까지 차를 몰고 가는게 너무 힘들었어요. 히터는 온도가 화씨 75도 이상 설정이 안되는데다가 새벽에 72도 정도 밖에 안되서 엄청 추웠구요. 더블침대와 요세트로 4명이 잘 수 있다고 예약했는데 막상 더블침대 말고 요는 없었구요. 아주 얇디 얇은 수건 같은 큰 천조각 하나 있었어요. 그걸 반 접어서 반은 깔고 반은 덮고 자다가 너무 추워서 얼어죽을 뻔했구요. 분명히 하루에 30달러인가에 주차가 가능하다고 해서 예약했는데 막상 가보니 앞에 있는 공영주차장은 다음날 새벽 6시까지 차를 뺐을 경우 23달러 정도였고, 우리 체크아웃 시간인 11시까지 주차를 할 경우 총 60달러 정도를 내야했어요. 이건 완전히 거의 사기 아닌가요?

The appartement was pretty big and there were additional sheets and pillows in clean closed bags, as well as complimentary coffee and water bottles. Central location with several parking options around. Totally recommend. Everything was perfect
- Giovanni (1/5): - Buona posizione per spostarsi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici, vicino al centro città, dall' aeroporto c'è la navetta gratuita che porta alla stazione dei bus gratuitamente (al ritorno si paga) e da qui altri 20 minuti a piedi si arriva agli appartamenti. Appartamento spazioso e bello ma abbiamo dormito malissimo. Molto disponibili alla reception. Apparentemente tutto bello ma quando abbiamo aperto il divano letto abbiamo trovato la brutta sorpresa! Non so se le foto rendono :-( Lenzuola molto sporche e dava l' idea che ci avessero già dormito dentro, così abbiamo deciso di non utilizzare quel letto e ho dormito con i miei 2 figli grandi nella camera da letto, in tre nel letto matrimoniale e la mattina ero stanca e con forti dolori di schiena. Abbiamo chiamato l' assistenza, hanno detto che sarebbero venuti la mattina dopo ma non si è presentato nessuno e noi siamo rimasti in casa mezza giornata ad aspettarli perdendoci ore di visita alla città. Abbiamo richiamato e non sono venuti così ho iniziato a scrivere mail, hanno sempre risposto che erano dispiaciuti ma comunque fino alla nostra partenza non è venuto nessuno. Ho continuato a scrivere anche al nostro rientro, niente! Quindi finché va tutto bene siete fortunati ma se qualcosa va male sarete lasciati soli con i vostri problemi nonostante la cifra alta pagata! Dicono che c'è assistenza, è vero, rispondono al telefono e alle mail ma è una presa in giro perché non Vi risolvono i problemi. Sarebbe bastato cambiare le lenzuola, il materasso o appartamento. Se volevo dormire in tre in un letto, stare scomoda e alzarmi con il mal di schiena avrei scelto sicuramente una soluzione più economica ma almeno sarei stata consapevole della mia scelta! Inoltre nell' asciugatrice ho trovato uno slip donna nel cestello.... forse una struttura del genere meriterebbe più attenzione per la pulizia e per gli ospiti.

Check in was easy and staff tried to be helpful The studio room with the fold out beds are not suitable for people to sleep on. The bar comes through the bed and makes it impossible to sleep. There was a sheet on the sofa bed when we pulled it out. It had dark hairs and snot on it. The towel packages which were bundled in plastic also had dark hairs in them. The rooms are so much smaller than they appear in the photos online, they are really deceiving.

When we arrived, the room smelled as if something had been burning. We sprayed perfume, which eliminated the odor. Additionally, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Aside from these issues, it was a great place.

- Chizuru (6/5): This time , it was good enough. - It was our 3rd stay in this property . The heat was not working properly And we were cold . Never experience this in previous stays . The help in the phone was present , but did not provide any solution . Staff in site was nice , but did not provide any resolve for the cold rooms . The coordination of the assistance , there was no explanation of the follow up if it was ever attempted .

Possibility of luggage room (by principle first come, first serve) The en-suite sliding bathroom door could not close. Some of the dishes were dirty upon arrival. Advertised for 5 people, but hardly so (not enough blankets for 5 people, not couples). Not enough dish washing supplies for a longer stay, but rule require cleaning the dishes upon departure. Dish washer did not work properly.

- Verónica (9/5): Moderno departamento espacioso y con mucha luz - Ya me habia alojado hace 5 años en este edificio y como me gusto volvimos, Excelente la zona, cerca de todo. Muy completo y moderno las instalaciones de departamento, excelente la limpieza. Ambiente muy espacioso y luminoso. Llegamos un viernes a las 22 hs y en la recepcion no habia nadie en ese momento, pase unos minutos de nervios por que llamabamos al numero de asistencia y nos atendia una maquina. Despues de 15 minutos aparecio la persona a cargo de la recepcion del edficio, pero mientras tanto no tuvimos ningun contacto que nos pudiera ayudar, esa es la gran contra de este alojamiento. Para casos de emergencia no hay quien que lo solucione, es lo unico que tendria que mejorar.
