Proximity to amenities, shops etc. Certainly not a 4 star hotel, very limited breakfast, no gym, no international channels, no umbrella, no disposable toothbrush and quite pricey for a low season. Sauna not working when I asked.Btw the ventilation for the toilet also not functioning

Das dreckige Badezimmmer, das nichtfunktionsfähige TV, die fehlenden Duschen am Schwimmbad und das erbärmliche Frühstück (mit eiskalten Spiegeleier). Aber vor allem, fand ich das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption dermaßen unfreundlich und unhöflich, dass es mich nicht mal mit einem einfachen „Guten Tag“ oder „Willkommen in unserem Hotel“ begrüßen konnte. Beim einchecken um 15:30 Uhr, welches anderthalb Stunden nach der offizielle Eincheckzeit war, hat das Personal mir gesagt, dass ich für 30 Minuten warten muss, bis mein Zimmer fertig wäre, da am Vortag das Hotel komplett voll war. Ich sagte, dass ich nicht bereit wäre zu warten, und plötzlich auf einmal gab man mir meinem Zimmerschlüssel. Was für ein blödes und unglaubwürdiges Hotel! Eins der schlechtesten welches ich je besucht habe.
- Martina Ida (6/5): - Prisvärt. Rummet var bra storlek. Hotellet låg precis vid 7 eleven. Poolområdet låg intill parkeringen och gatan. Hittade inga thailändska restauranger i närheten.

- Zarecki (5/5): Meh, if you must - The place is acceptably comfortable, and the location is convenient for travelers. The property itself is beautiful and ornate, but operates like a budget hotel. One new hire desk assistant has good English, but it's a struggle to communicate with the rest of the staff. The chemistry in the pool is way way way off, compounded by the lack of an adjacent, outdoor shower for swimmers. There is a closet shower in the (nonoperational) poolside cafe, but not at all convenient to pre and post swimming, so no-one showers before swimming. My room shower had poor flow and barely tepid water temperature, and there's a serious ventilation problem in the bathroom: turn off all the fans and it smells like ... raw sewage. Management attempts to mask it with an air freshener, and scoffed at my suggestion that I might get a discount. I've stayed here 6 or 8 times now, but probably my last.

- Isabella (4/5): Not what I expected - The room was spacious We got to the hotel and was immediately let down when we found out that there was no gym, it was advertised in the facilities but when we got there the “gym room” was full of stacked chairs. Our hotel room also had an ant problem, there were ants all over our desk. Also the day we checked in we had no toilet roll before even using the bathroom. Not only that there were dirty ear buds at the side of the bed. The area is quite secluded and hard to get cabs, if you do they tend to be really expensive. Rooms are very dated and could use some work.

The hotel is old, room smelled strange, water leaks from shower, swimming pool dirty. ,,Fitness”that is included is not in operation, which we were very disappointed because that was reason why we choose this hotel. Continental breakfast could be one of the poorest we had here in Thailand. (And we were in 15 hotels) Hotel does not match to what we paid for and not correspond to four stars.
- Peter (4/5): Hotel disappointment - Great room and the pool is nice Reception was poorly organised and staff didn't seem interested at all. They forgot to give us the room key, forgot to mention there was a photo session around the pool for the afternoon, didn't tell us where to have breakfast (included), and didn't mention the hot water is not working and most of the other facilities in the Hotel were closed. Tip: take your own milk to breakfast, they don't have any.

- Elliott (4/5): Nice on the face of but it’s far from a 4* - Good location for Circoloco festival and relatively cheap It’s pretty run down although it may not look it on the face of it. I also mistakenly left some shorts drying in my room when I checked out. When I returned the next day, they were nowhere to be seen and the staff were very reluctant to help, or check for them. It is likely staff have stolen these shorts as a pose to putting them in the lost property. The ironing board the hotel have for customers to use is disgusting also, in addition to the iron not even working. The Continental breakfast could be one of the worst meals I’ve been served in Thailand too, and I’m not unfamiliar with 1* hostels.

- bsuchai (6/5): Typical hotel in Khok-kloy - Though this hotel seems to be mediocre when compared to other 5-star hotels in Phang Nga or Phuket, I would say that it may be the best hotel in the middle of Khok-kloy town as other high-end resorts/hotels are located far away from town. The hotel is nicely decorated both outside and inside (by the way, there is no air-con at the lobby and most part of the hotel). The room is okay - the bed, toilet, bath, and other amenities - when thinking of the fact that they come with a reasonable price. The breakfast is not good - no varieties and much to improve. Service is okay, the reception is nice, friendly, and helpful. I would say that this hotel is much suitable for travelers on a budget and do not require so much quality of service and comfy.
- paijite (10/5): Great hotel and reasonable price - My group of friends and I came to Phang-nga and booked this hotel so that the next day we could go to Phuket. I was surprised that the place was nice and clean. The outside might not look attractive but when we got in, it was good. It is closed to Phuket boarder. It took us about 1 hour to arrive Phuket. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel!
- jcshinobi1973 (6/5): Needs some work. Nice for in the middle of town. - A large portion of the hotel seems to be closed. The cafe/coffee shop and the beer garden is closed and I can only assume it's closed due to low season. Thankfully the spa is open no matter the season. My wife and I really enjoy the spa. The restaurant is lacking but again it could be due to low season. I had ordered the western breakfast and it was nothing close to a western breakfast. It had one egg, sliced hot dog and ham. No bread what so ever and no other side dishes. I have yet to see any cars or many folks going in and out of the hotel. I will have to stay for a night and report back on hotel facilities.
