Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I spent a few days at this hotel. The cleanliness isn't particularly thorough, the staff doesn't seem to be particularly interested and isn't particularly friendly. Sometimes the reception isn't even staffed. The rooms look very worn. The hotel's location is very good, though; you can reach everything quickly on foot.
- Steven (2/5): location was good, but everything else was bad - We checked in just passed midnight and booked 2 rooms. When we got the rooms we found blood and other stains on bed linens. Called reception but so one was there and had to go down to find him. Only one person was there to serviced the entire hotel. It took him 1 hrs to run around to find suitable linen and he didn't know how to put them on. We had to help. On top of the corridor wall were paper thin. The worker had to also deal with 2 group of guest shouting and fighting on our floor.
We booked this hotel because of positive reviews., but it looks like since start of 2025. This hotel has gone downhill and undergoing major cost cutting. Definitely not 4 stars. Room condition dirty and rundown. The location was ok.
- Clemency (8/5): Good value no frills, would rebook - Great value for the money, checkout can be a bit slow. No frills but satisfied given the price point. As for the hard beds in the reviews, I quite liked the firmer mattress, not uncomfortable by any stretch unless you like a plush mattress.
- Theya (8/5): - great
- Fhatama (4/5): - I had problem's with the hotel, they messed up my reservation and even though they knew I had young kid they gave a unsafe balcony. They asked us to check out & check into a new room due to balcony issue 2 days later but when we did they gave the safe balcony room to someone else and told us to go back to the room we stayed in. Their communication and service was rubbish and unhelpful. We did what they asked us to do and we could've just stayed in the same room without packing our bags again and dragging it all out and returning it back to the same room. It was difficult with children.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Location - Good! Value for money. Good location. Junceylon shopping mall and Big C is just 1 road across. Many eateries along the hotel street. Bangla street is just few minutes walk away. Beach is also nearby. Very good location. There's gym and pool too.
- Kathrine (6/5): Patong.
- Hussain (6/5): - The hotel is clean and good. Guests can borrow towels for the beach. We got a room facing the parking area which was too loud during the night. The frames of the beds are sharp, people can easily hurt themselves moving around the room.
Man hört JEDEN ton vom Flur.
- rahilpanja1 (2/5): Skip this hotel - you will thank me!! They exhort extra money unfairly!! Very Disturbing place.. - Trust me you don’t want to chose this hotel for upcoming stay in Patong! You will be utterly disappointed. Travelling 60+ countries this hotel takes award for being the worst!!!
We booked 2 rooms and paid for 4 adults. However they charge you extra fee of 1000 to 500 Baht if you get an extra guest. Even though the total number of adults is only 2 per room.
Before booking we had checked and they posted on Tripadvisor no joiner fee, if adults per room are not more than 2. They will lie on your face and deny the policy.
They exhorted 500 Baht from my friend in middle of the night, fighting with him. We felt helpless and disgusted with their behaviour. While checking out 2000 deposit they took, they refunded only 1000. This was the same case with most of the customers. Every checkout we saw people were fighting.
There are better hotels in vicinity, pay a little more and have peace of mind. You don’t want to ruin your holiday coming here.
Other issues are as below:
1. Rooms don’t have concrete walls. So if you talk in one room, you can clearly hear in next.
2. When you come at 3pm to checkin (standard checkin time 2pm) they will tell room not available and give by 8pm. Checkout they will cut off your power at sharp 12noon.
3. It is very far from important areas of Patong. Walking will leave your feet sore and 100-200 Baht you save staying here, will go in taking foot massages everyday 😊
- Chung Wai (6/5): Generally okay - Generally clean, just water pressure not enough in the shower in the room I am staying
- Md Raihan (10/5): - This hotel is everything you need!! It was in the perfect spot, it is near everything! The staff is great & the hotel has some amazing views! I really enjoyed my stay that I extended! I highly recommend it!!
- Mark (8/5): - Prima accommodatie
Zwembad viel alleen een beetje tegen
Maar verder prima in orde
- snelle in en uitcheck
- kamer tot 18.09 bijboeken was geen probleem
- 852talhak (10/5): Amazing hotel - Amazing facility all around… best location .. quiet .. amazing pool .. friendly staff .. never overly populated… 5/5. The gym is always accessible and never busy. It is located right next to restaurants. The entertainment district room services is great.
- Andrew (8/5): - unfortunetly there is a lack of facilities here it would be lovely to see this hotel back to its former glory pre covid it had a full time resturant room service pool service pool towels and sun bed cushions nothing was to much trouble nowadays it is just a basic hotel its clean and has lovely staff but for the money there is better about
- Benjamin (8/5): - Very nice and clean.
Would not say its sound proof from the traffic.
But overall very good.
- C820PHalie (2/5): Worst staff ever , i’m not sure it’s even a hotel - The worst hotel staff u could ever see , and they aren’t even well educated..
Asked for an extra blanket for my sick wife .
They simply said that they don’t have and that every couple should only get one blanket!
Them after arguing about they said that they’d charge me for an extra blanket 500THB. Which I accepted but then they said that they don’t have any..
- tinatB2696TS (10/5): A gem in a great location ! - A last minute booking that was a real winner. New hotel in a great area. Close to everything in a hidden cul de sac. Amazing friendly professional staff , clean comfortable rooms, great pool . This place has it all and won’t break the bank. Peaceful oasis steps from all of the fun chaos and excitement . Give this one a try you won’t regret it.
- Andrew (10/5): - this hotel is very clean with very helpful staff its nice and quiet but within easy reach of everything i would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel
- Andrew (10/5): - Staff very helpful and very clean nice to see the hotel back to its best after covid well done
- praburam (8/5): - The staffs at reception is kind and helpful . No negative points. Worth the visit
- Mitchell (2/5): - Horrible experience here, this is a 2-3 star hotel at best. Don’t waste your money coming here
- Warren (4/5): - Sadly our stay was disappointing. They didn’t clean our room once during our stay. Not even towels! Each day I had to ask for towels and water (coffee/tea). The pool area is in rough shape as well.
We definitely will not be back
- Tracy (8/5): Good location but read more for details - Convenient location. Next to a nice mall with a grocery store, but much of the mall is under construction and does not open until 11 am. Room is nice and clean. Bed is quite firm so if you like a plush bed it will be uncomfortable. Shower temperature fluctuates and is not consistent and no way to adjust. Cleaning service comes very late. We needed clean towels and toilet paper; we had to check with the front desk 2 times and the cleaning crew still didn’t come until 8 pm.
- richardmH4318QP (10/5): Amazing staff - I have been a number of times to this hotel. Brilliant location, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The front office staff are amazing and so friendly... every day you are greeted with a big hello. Even the cleaning staff are so friendly and warm. What a brilliant team. I booked directly online with the hotels website and everything was looked after for me, emails very promptly answered and my room requests were all met. Thank you for looking after me and see you next year.
- 112RuthM (10/5): Worst most uncomfortable hotel ever! - This hotel is new but sucks in so many ways.
The halls and lifts are filthy and are hot and stuffy with no air con. The lifts had smere marks all over them and were grubby as.
The rooms are an average size but the beds are ridiculously hard. They are so hard you wake up in pain its like you fell asleep on the cement.
Never ever felt such terribly hard uncomfortable beds. They are the worst ever.
The shower sucks and takes forever to get the warm water and then in less then 20 secs its gone and the water is cold for ages. The water pressure is like someone poked a couple of holes in a bit of paper and then dribbled water over them. There is no pressure at all and it wouldnt even wash the soap of you properly. The worst showers I have sever seen anywhere.
Bathrooms have a horrible sewer smell coming from the drains. Useless small LCD TV with basically nothing in English. Half the channels didn't even work just showed a blank screen with weak or no signal. Pathetic and useless!
The pool area sucked and there were no cushions or umbrellas and there wasn't any shade and no pool towels or anything.
In the rooms they had a long list of do's and don'ts and a massive price list of everything in the room from the TV remotes to the tissue boxes, the tea spoons, the bins and every god dam thing and threats of customers will be forced to pay these crazy prices for this rubbish in this cheap uncomfortable terrible hotel and so many things on the lists weren't even in the rooms. Like WTF!
There was a crappy couch in the rom which felt like it was a water proof outdoor furniture thing and it was hard and uncomfortable too.
Worst hotel I have ever been in and no way would anyone in their right mind stay here. We were lucky and only booked 2 nights the first night we asked for a refund for the second night and they refused. Worst customer service and worst hotel ever.
- travel_queensland (2/5): Most uncomfortable beds in the world, What a horrible hotel - What a seriously horrible and comfortable waste of money crap hotel
OMG then I had I could call those beds that were more like cement slabs so hard and uncomfortable. How they could advertise this was bed is ridiculous, reception said they've had many complaints but obviously no one cares because they keep charging money to sleep on these cement like beds you'd be just as well getting a pillow and lying down on the footpath
Shower hey it was crap with crap water pressure
The pool looks like an afterthought 2 lounges and no cushions or umbrellas or nothing
The walls are real thin and you can hear the people in the next room and anyone in the corridors
This is a modern hotel but I would give it a one out of 10 the rooms are so uncomfortable with a sofa that is like something you'd expect as outdoor furniture hard and plastic-like feel.
Super hard beds made it impossible to sleep on them. More like a slap you would put dead bodies on at a mortuary. Worst beds ever!
The shower is like a trickle it doesn't have enough pressure to even wash the soap out of your hair. This hotel doesn't cater for English-speaking terrorists and it has a tiny TV on the wall where half the channels don't even work there's two news channels Al Jazeera and a French channel in English and nothing else.
This would have to be the worst value for money Hotel I've ever seen.
The views from the room are ugly and look onto some unoccupied shops
We moved couldn't stand the place and there's much better hotels nearby for a cheaper price
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL.
- Addicted-to-trips (10/5): Nice stay - The location is really nice and near to the shopping spots and food markets, the room is clean, the chef there was so happy once he knew that I am from Egypt 🇪🇬 😅, I tried new types of fruits there, the hotel looks over a great landscape.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A new hotel, breakfast is acceptable and hopefully more choices can be provided. Water pressure is not stable while taking shower especially hot water, difficult to adjust.
- heleny664 (4/5): Soulless - We chose this hotel to end our holiday on a high but my bubble was burst on arrival. There are more lists of what you cant do rather than what you can. Although the hotel is relatively new, the place is soulless. There is nowhere for social gatherings. It states in the brochure that there is a bar BUT what they don't tell you is the bar is in a different building 30yrds down the street, so you cant meet up with friends for a coffee or a beer etc. The pool is tiny, its like a paddling pool compared to the brochures pictures and no food or d,rink allowed. No good if you have children and want a lunch or drink cause again you have to leave and walk the 30yrds down the road. The rooms are OK but basic things missing like a tumbler in the bathroom etc but my biggest problem was with the curtain. There was only a blackout curtain. There was no back curtain which meant you either had to sit in the dark or sit in a glass box with the sun blinding with nothing to diffuse the glare. I can only hope these are teething problems but I wont be back to find out. There are better and cheaper hotels in the area
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Well located, near to Jungceylon centre but in a quiet alcove, nice pool, very reasonable prices, good buffet breakfast. nothing in hotel is elaborate but all well done and functional. Friendly staff.
- 381re (10/5): I love it! - Friendly and helpfull staff, clean hotel and great location! It's nearby Bangla road and the best supermarket just 100m away. The patong beach is in walking distance. And also very important, great restaurants nearby, like SPOON and EAT.
I love it!
- William (6/5): - No dinning room or bar in the hotel, no food or drink allowed around pool area too many cant does, breakfast quite basic compared to previous hotel, a few maintenance issues as well. on the plus side good location within Patong plenty places close by to eat and close to night life but far enough away for a quite life, staff were very friendly and help full overall for the price we got what we paid for.
- Anthonsilverb (6/5): Best Location in Patong, Rude some staff - We stayed in January. The hotel is the best location in patong, near Jungceylon, room was clean, Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is ok, but restaurant staff didn't smile all the time and poor service.
Restaurant manager don't have service mind like nerver work in accommodation.
Overall is good.Only there are someone that make this hotel look bad.
- salamf518 (10/5): Vacation - One of the best hotels in phuket good location , clean rooms, great hospitality great stuff specially (F) Sarawadee she is hard worker, always smile and very helpfull. Wish you all the best guys and
See you next year
- mrcreative (8/5): Phuket best base - Love this hotel, very clean and new. Best base in Phuket without spending too much money on accommodation. I recommend staying here for a few nights and do all the touristy things and then move to a nice resort somewhere to relax. Breakfast was amazingly good for the price. Corridor area can be very noisy with no sound proofing, might be a problem for people who are sensitive to noise. Water pressure is very low, drops when people next door having a shower at the same time as us. Be very careful with the slippery tiles in the shower, very hazardous, had a very bad accident, slipped and my head hit the wall. Please use the rubber flip flops provided by the hotel. Overall very very happy with this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Phuket, can't be too critical for the price we paid.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great new hotel with super friendly staff. A good location not far from the main bar area and shopping centre.
- elenh_nt (10/5): This hotel is amazing! - We stayed at this hotel on February and we totally loved our stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are so comfortable that we didn't want to leave the hotel!! We loved the swimming pool area even though we didn't spend so much time there. The location is excellent,so close to everything and also the beach!! We will definately come back soon...
- KP (8/5): - Very Good.
But don't like their shampoo & body wash, tooth brush even worst.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lokachin and clain and staff is good I'm back inshalla
- lukef753 (10/5): Amazing service! - Very impressed with this place, the amazing front desk staff F assisted me to book and went above and beyond to get me an even better price - Thank you so much F for your brilliant service :)
All staff are super friendly, room is modern, clean and comfy.
Great central location next to Jungcylon.
Buffet breakfast is spot on.
- Mshanthi2207_ (6/5): Our short break - Stayed from 14 to 17 May, the room was comfortable, easy access by walking to all attractions.
Room is clean, breakfast was merely OK. Not much variety.
One of the Front Desk staff by the name of Apple, was very friendly and informative. She assisted us with good n cheap attractions.
One sour experience was on 16 May at 6.30am the fire alarm triggered for almost 20 mins, and they can't isolate it. Made many in room guest came down to lobby but no one was at reception. Leaving a cook who can't speak English to shoo guest away without explanation.
Other then this, overall experience was good.
Will return to stay as its good value for money.
- 513sidneyg (8/5): New Square Patong - Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff were very friendly. Rooms had plenty of space. Good pillows. Good size shower. Located near Jungceylon Shopping Centre and about 10 mins walk to the beach. Would recommend to friends and family.
- Marcus (10/5): - Location, central but quiet, pool, breakfast menu, service
- Verified traveler (10/5): - great value for money, would recommend to all, staff very friendly, close to everything yet quiet, will stay here again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Awsome hotel . Very clean , friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it thank you
- Nuriel (8/5): Simple - Great breakfast. Hard bed. Poor location
- k (8/5): - nice hotels
- Blair (10/5): Nice hotel - The hotel was very nice, clean and close to all amenities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I visit Patong in the future I will choose this hotel again.
- Matt (10/5): Excellent - Excellent hotel - room a very good size with balcony. 15 minute walk to Bangla walking street. 7/11, ATM etc all near to the hotel
- Liam (10/5): - Nice new hotel in the heart of patong
Staff were friendly and helpful
Good size room and bathroom with a balcony
Breakfast was ok but not that much of a choice unless you like chicken I would definitely stay there again
- Verified traveler (6/5): - it seems like an apartment rather than a hotel, the location looks very good from the map, but actually, you have to make a circle to the beach.
would like to recommend this hotel to the couple but not family.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean, quite new,,
Helpful staff. Easy parking and access, close to Jungceylon and quiet considering the closeness
- john (8/5): Very Nice - Second stay here, the hotel is new and in good repair. Excellent location. The staff and service are great, e.g. I wanted to plug a HDMI cable into the TV, they sent 2 maintenance people to unmount it from the wall, plug the cable in and remount it, so very good. The counter staff are very friendly. Pool and fitness area are very nice.
Rooms are comfy, good aircon, clean bathrooms.
The main issue with the place is that a lot of the guests seemed to think the only way to close the door was to slam it as hard as possible, in a loud echo prone hallway, this happened about 4 times an hour in the morning and all afternoon, its really bad if you're trying to sleep, if the place invests in some quiet close doors would be amazing.
Wifi was very good.
- Ben (8/5): great location - had no trouble staying here. nice and good place to stay.
- Lau (10/5): - Bathing water too small, and difficult to control the temperature of the water.i like all the staff.like the breakfast . Location perfect.
- Maher (10/5): Nice hotel one of the best hotels i stayed in - Great location great service everything was new and clean. Only thing was the bed was kind of hard but they put some extra cussion on the top to make it feel a little softer. Great service and staff overall
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel - The hotel is fairly new and is in a great location. Other than the extremely firm bed (hard) the room was really nice. Friendly and helpful staff is always a plus.
- CAHIT / DZHAHIT (10/5): VALUE FOR MONEY AND GREAT LOCATION - VERY GOOD LOCATION AND COMFORTABLE ROOMS - THE HOTEL WAS ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS IN TERMS OF THE PRICE PAID FOR THE FACILITY...IT IS VERY NEAR TO THE SHOPPING AND PATONG ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE...
- john (8/5): Nice Place - Nice hotel, 1000bht joiner fee stings a bit.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Near mall - Its brand new and at a great price good service nice rooms, it's a sfeal of a deal
