- Stacey (9/5): Good Value. - Cute red little refrigerator and microwave in each room. Comfortable blankets. Took us less than 10 minutes to get to Snow Valley. Mediocre cleanliness in the bathroom.

- Britney (3/5): Good location but with caveats - Location near Snow valley resort. Restaurant within walking distance. Microwave Refrigerator/freezer Size of room with table and chairs. 1. Bed blanket was greasy to the touch making it unusable 2. Shower was greasy and slippery with hair in corners 3. Headboard was greasy with handprints and drip marks 4. Unaware of door leading to another guest room that appeared locked but you can hear every word 5. Secondary lock taken off front door 6. Walls covered in oily substance.

- Armstrong (8/5): Great easy place to stay if you're going to the Snow Valley resort up the road. Very easy in/out. - Upgraded rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet. Very close to little village so easy to get a quick bite to eat. Cleanliness...Long hairs on pillow and hair in shower. But could be understandably missed. Bedsheets and pillows still seemed clean. Room was nice with microwave and tiny fridge. I wish there was a little coffee maker for tea and coffee.

- McCane (4/5): Not worth it - Staff was friendly but didn’t reply my message requests. Very noisy — you can hear everything from the other rooms. I woke up multiple times during the night. I asked to change rooms, and they moved me to another one that smelled like weed. Definitely overpriced for the amenities provided.

- Elyn (9/5): The coziest place to stay! - Love this place would definitely recommend and would come back for more fun! Everyone was so surprised how spacious the restrooms were. The decor was so cozy! Water did leak a little to much from the restroom but our room was disabling accessible. We just had to ask for extra towels and laid them down.

The staff is friendly, our check in is at 3 pm and we got there 2 hours before and he let us in already. If ever we visit here again, will definitely book this place again. Maybe need a coffee pot.

- Lore (10/5): - From the outside, this place looks like many of the other little hotels in the area where when you walk into your room, and it’s mountain kitch, with bears and dark wood, and deer heads , etct. But this place is different, the rooms are beautiful. It’s obvious they’ve been recently renovated. They’re large and fresh and open. Huge TV great sound. Fridge freezer microwave. That was a pretty kick ass room.

- Sofia (8/5): Good Stay - It was a good price for a one night stay, you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and moving things. 35 minutes from Big Bear Lake and 20 min from Arrowhead Lake.

- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - It was simple but perfect. We had a wedding in Lake Arrowhead and just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep, and this was perfect! Check in was until 10:30 p.m., the area around the motel is very pretty and scenic, and it was exactly as pictured. Very clean, didn't see any bugs in the room which I was worried about, being in the mountains and all. Would absolutely stay again!

- Benjamin (8/5): - Very nice stay. Dont judge a book by its cover. While the outside doesnt look too great (maybe some paint can help) the inside is like any other 4 star hotel. Parking lines can be more defined and can use more trash cans inside the room. Bathroom is pretty small but clean and good enough.

- Mohamad (8/5): Loved it! - Loved it! It was very comfortable and felt modern and updated recently on the inside. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the missing coffee machine. Otherwise it's a great spot to enjoy the mountains from! :)

- Verified traveler (4/5): Walls are thin. - Rooms had been updated and were clean. Staff was friendly and prompt with requests. Only complaint is we could hear all our neighbors. The people above us were unpacking until late into the evening which sounded like a heard of elephants bowling. The hotle provided the basics forba one night stay for a reasonable price.

Close to decent restaurants (Victoria's family restaurant was great). Only 10 min from Snow Valley. Only down side was no hairdryer in room, but they gave me one on request. Bed was comfy.

Would love some coffee provided in the morning as there is no coffee maker in the room. Other than that we would stay again!

- Lavina (9/5): sweet place to stay, best value for money - location was best, very near to snow valley resort and ski rental shop. Owner was very helpful, also provided us with a snow shovel to clean snow off of our car. There was no deposit for our stay and plenty of free parking spots available. Good furnished rooms and very clean. Hot water and heating system were perfect. breakfast option was not available and the refrigerator in our room wasn't working.

The blinds created a dark and great sleep environment. We were missing a cozy, small light in the room for the evening and early morning hours. All the lights are very bright in the room. Maybe add a reading light?
- Patrick (8/5): Nice surprise - Overall it has been a very nice surprise. While the outside looks old, the interiors are refurbished, comfortable and new. The shower is all tiles, the room was large and clean. And it was quiet throughout the night. The lack of breakfast; although it wasn't a big deal as there are coffee shops nearby. Maybe the only real issue is that it's still a solid 40 minutes away from Big Bear
