• Amir (1/5): I will not preferred to anyone, pay some extra for better. - Only location acceptable Size of room, mentioned kitchen facilities available but nothing. Washbasin is too small and tab very big. Room roof was leaking after rain. Parking facilities depend on your luck.

• Abdullah (1/5): - Location Cockroaches. I killed about 5 small. But they kept coming. And I am 100% sure staff knows about this. But they are hosting the guests with Cockroaches. My humble advice, facility was sufficient. If they use professional pesticides and clean the facility then it is good for them.

It was a service apartment with kitchen, but no utensils in kitchen, whole apartment was very dark with no natural light. Only 1 remote control for 2 room ACs. Kitchen exhaust not working. Poor Wi-Fi.

• Henry (6/5): Outdated toilet fixtures and televisions - The location The bathroom in my room had problematic and outdated toilet fixtures, impacting functionality. It's possible this issue is specific to my room only. Towels were also not readily available upon check-in and had to request for it, everyrume you check-in. The television was a traditional model, not an Android TV.

• Ahmed (8/5): Very good - The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom fittings were modern. The kitchen had the necessary appliances and utensils including an oven, stove and a fridge. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The staff was helpful and served us with a big smile. The location was fantastic. It was very close to the corniche and there was a hypermarket nearby. We got an extra bed that we asked for without an additional charge. They didn't provide us with any towels. Also we had to buy water, we expected at least a bottle of water per guest, so that was a big let down for us.
