• Julia (2/5): Не рекомендую зовсім - Приїхали в даний готель з бронюванням на 5 ночей. Після приїзду побачили жахливі умови, дуже брудно, стіни і грибку, косметичних засобів таких як кондиціонер чи мило не було в наявності, меблі в плямах, сніги в плямах, посуд грязний. Попросили власника готелю, що дане помешкання нам не підходить, щоб домовитися про зручне скасування для обох сторін. Власник не піднімав телефон і не відповідав на повідомлення. Інтернет надто слабкий, вода гаряча з перебоями в більшій мірі холодна текла. Світла практично немає, просто як нічна підсвітка. На всі наші запити адміністратор дуже ввічливо старався допомогти. З доброго це ввічливий адміністратор і близькість до центру та моря, бо ми з малими двома дітьми і нам важливо було все мати в пішій доступності. Після трьох ночей у дитини зʼявилася алергія, це від грибка і поганого кондиціонування і ми мусіли звернутися до лікаря. Після цього власник погодився за згодою сторін скасувати дві останні ночі і ми переїхали поблизу у скромні умови, дуже близько до моря та черепашок, прекрасний власник, чекав нас ще з ночі, вода для пиття у відкритій доступності, а не в маленьких бутилочках по одній на день. Також давав маски безкоштовно та навіть додатковий номер, якщо нам потрібно більше місця, бо нас 2+2, а номер на 3. Тому casus dream hotel дуже не рекомендую, ціни надто завищені на ті жахливі і брудні умови. А Villa Riki дуже добре і дуже ввічливий власник. Жахливо брудно і неохайно. Власник ховається і уникає будь яких прямих звернень від своїх клієнтів. Все недоглянуте і потребує оновлення. Щонайменше штори можна попрати, меблі почистити чи наволочки на подушки замінити на цілі, а не з дірами. Напір води слабкий, помитися важко, та й вода у більшій мірі холодна.

• Rachel (8/5): - A beautiful hotel located in the heart of the island with very helpful & friendly staff! Rooms are basic but have all the necessities, beds are comfy, good WiFi and also they cleaned our clothes for us. Very safe and staff so helpful! Would highly recommend

• Sabine (9/5): Fantastisk trevligt, vill komma igen🥰 - Mysigt, trevlig personal, lugnt men nära till stranden och gågatan. Indonesier är glada och positiva människor 🥰 Fantastiskt hav men tråkigt att se all plast på land, alla affärer borde upplysa om att man kan fylla sina vattenflaskor istället för att köpa nya och uppmana alla turister och resenärer att plocka upp skräp om man ser och lägga i soptunna. Ta hand om denna trio av öar!!
• Toby (7/5): - It's a nice place, but the sofa bed wasn't a sofa bed, it was two sofas pulled together with a matress, it's okay for short people, 5'5 and below. But the rooms are nice and the staff were lovely.
• Maria (8/5): Absolut ett bra budgetalternativ! - Bra läge, lugn miljö, dessutom med gångavstånd till bästa stranddelen för bad och snorkling på ön. Rummen är lite slitna och behöver sin renovering. Bra sängar, sköna sängkläder och väl fungerande AC. Ett jättestort plus att det finns kylskåp på rummen. Gården är trevlig med pool. Tvättservicen fungerade perfekt. Personal fanns alltid tillgänglig, dygnet runt. Det enda jag saknade på detta boende var en hängmatta! Hoppas det kommer upp igen, för det finns med på äldre bilder. Vi är återkommande gäster på ön och denna gången bodde vi just här på Casus Dream i 22 nätter. Vi lär komma tillbaka!

• Ángela (9/5): - La localización y la decoración del hotel. La habitación y el baño eran bonitos. La piscina y los espacios comunes muy agradables. Repetiría sin duda. El desayuno es mejorable. Poca variedad y la comida no está muy buena. El primer día nos dijeron que nuestra habitación tenía roto el aire acondicionado y nos desplazaron a otro hotel mucho peor al mismo precio. Luego nos rebajaron el alquiler de bicis.

• Marco (7/5): - Sehr schöner Pool, zentrale Lage und trotzdem rühig und angenehm zum schlafen Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich, keine Kühlung. Bei der Beanstandung wurde uns gesagt das normal, der Fan von der Klimaanlage hat uns gerettet. Kein frischen Handtücher und Reinigung vom Zimmer war für die Dauer des Aufenthalts noch ok.

• Teena (10/5): Loved it! - Great little boutique accommodation. Loved everything about it. Just 30 metres down a gung off the main street. Staff lovely, there is resident street cats that are so cute, we had to buy some wet food from the vet/cat cafe 5 min walk away just to spoil them. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back to this accommodation! We loved Gili T ♥️ Nothing!

Lo cogí porque todo eran buenas reseñas y la verdad que el hotel le hace falta un buen mantenimiento. Una de las puertas se atascaba, la cortina de entrada muy muy desgastada, donde se desayuna las vistas desde las mesas es un montón de maderas y "escombro" acumulado. Sinceramente lo mejor el personal, pero estuvimos un día en un hotel de la misma calle un poco más arriba que estaba mil veces mejor y casi al mismo precio.

Easy walk to restaurants and beach but away from the busyness of the main street. Poor water pressure and shower barely warm. Poor lighting over beds. Very close to an extremely loud mosque (can’t really get away from this in this area).

• Lodge (3/5): Awaiting refund. - Location. This is the email I sent to Casus Dream Hotel requesting a refund. They have yet to reply. “Hello Casus Dream Hotel. I was booked to stay with you from 17 to 22 October. Unfortunately after 2 uncomfortable nights in your hotel I have had to find alternative accommodation on Gili Trawangan. The worst thing about the room was the bathroom facilities. It was not possible for me to shower as there was only a trickle of water from the very dirty shower head. The toilet was blocked despite me not flushing toilet paper as instructed. The television, satellite channels etc as advertised on your website did not work at all. A member of staff told me they did not work in any of the rooms. Other facilities as shown on your website were also not present. There was no mini-bar as advertised, no key to the safety deposit box, no telephone, the hairdryer was not usable and although there was a wardrobe you would need to be over 6 foot tall to reach the hanging rail. I understand conditions are different in different countries, however, I chose Casus Dream Hotel based on your advertisement. I paid for what was advertised and I did not receive what I paid for. My brief time of Gili Trawangan has been adversely affected by the poor condition of your hotel and your false advertising. I request a full refund of the AU$261 paid please. Thank you. Regards, Christine Lodge.” I’ve stayed in four 3 star hotels on this trip to Indonesia. Casus Dream Hotel was abysmal in comparison to the others. I will continue to seek a refund.

• Nivedita (3/5): Ubud has lots of good options, we repent checking into this. - They helped us get a taxi on the last day, Nothing was good, very depressing property. No windows no view. The staff just managed to speak broken English, this property isn’t kids friendly at all. Room service wasn’t good as the staff forgot to refill the tea kettle sugar and clean the drinking glasses, or they just dint clean it, sometimes they dint even bother to replace , there were no hand towels, they dint even have hand tissues in the room. The entrance to the hotel is very tricky stairs, very dull and depressing feel in the property, completely opposite of the pictures. Very small room, barely could keep 2 suitcases. We had to eat breakfast out in the common patio.

Swimming pool area was dirty and unsafe for children. Chairs were allmost too dirty to sit on. It should not be on booking.com when renovating. We moved to a much better place for less money.

• Lauren (10/5): Chilled out hotel in an excellent location - Such a fantastic hotel, amazing friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is really small, and only a short walk from both the ferry drop off and the main strip of restaurants, bars, and diving. Everything can be accessed with ease, but as this is behind the main road it’s also super quiet. The guys working there are so friendly and helpful, supplied us with beach towels, and a large quiet room. The air con is very powerful and great to come back to. We’re sad we didn’t spend enough time here and would have stayed an extra night if we could.

• Donna (9/5): Living the Dream - Loved this place. The grounds are beautiful, it has a lovely pool and the staff treat you like family. They even said 'welcome home' one night when we came back. Close to beach, bars, cafes and restaurants. Perfectly situated.
• Inma (7/5): Good days at Gili T - The room smelt good and it was very clean. It was 8’ walking from the harbour so you can avoid the horse taxi. Bed was comfortable. Wifi connection didn’t arrive to our room because it was too far from the router, neither 4G. The water of the shower was mostly cold, with low pressure and it tasted like metal. For the price you are paying, it would be nice to offer toilet ammenities and also cumplimentary water bottles.

I was the ONLY guest staying there (was told on arrival) yet my room was not ready when I arrived - despite arriving 2 hours after check in time. When I got to the room the towels and bathroom vanity were covered with white flakes. I didn't check the shower but assume it was not working (most don't have hot water, some no water at all!) I told the staff that because it was not as described I was going to leave and they said ok and agreed the owner had not updated the list. I asked them to cancel and they then listed me as a no show to mark me on booking.com. Would not stay.

We were with 3 kids in the family rooms and only stayed 2 of the 6 nights as it wasn't safe for the kids to be there. - nails we're sticking out of the wooden board near the pool (they removed the wooden board after our complaint, but we had already booked another accomodation by then) - Most of the wooden panels were loose - there was a broken lamp floating in the pool - pool was dirty It looked like that staff was working hard to upgrade the place, so it's worth trying if you are without kids. With the help of Booking and the friendly staff, we could cancel and get refund of the remaining nights.
• Maja (8/5): Good Place - Super nice staff, trying their best to keep this place up.. bike rental & breakfast available! wifi worked "mostly" of the time but its an island so very normal if it once doesnt work! Little fridge & air con. worked also very good tho it got anyway a bit too warm in the room cause of the heat (keep bathroom closed during the day) ..water pressure +/- also an island thing, soap & shampoo/ showergel was offered, calm area near to everything & the beach just across the street prayers of the mosque can be a bit noisy (few times during the day) but you hear them on the whole island

• Thomas (10/5): amazing stay at lovely little resort right in the main part of gili - hotel is in a great location close to the Main Street on the port side, easy to walk or cycle everywhere. lovely pool area to sunbathe by and surprisingly good shower for gili island. big beds and aircon good. the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Erik! some of the decking could do with replacing

• Jose (9/5): Great place to stay - The location is perfect. Near the main area but not too closed either. The staff is very friendly. They try to help you whenever you need it. The breakfast was good. The room had a confortable bed. The pool doesn't look that clean. Also, the safety regarding the keys, its weird. But you get used to it because its completely safe. There were some constructions and smoke fire going on bext to the hotek, so that was disburting. Few items missing like shampoo But still i would recommend this place to stay you feel in peace and confortable.

• Marit Birgitte (8/5): Casus dream , er en liten oase på Gili - En liten oase sentralt på Gili. Opplevde personalet som blide imøtekommende , men late. De spurte oss hver dag om vi trengte noe og det fikk vi , men de var ikke innom rommene våre og kastet søppel, vasket gulv m.m. Når det er sagt så er det greit å vite at det er vanskelig å holde det rent på Gili , halve sjarmen er jo øya, med dens strender og gater .Vi hadde vannlekkasje i det ene soverommet som traff sengen og skaden så gammel ut. Bør utbedres ! Vi fikk et valg mellom to frokoster hver morgen. Syntes allikevel at vi fikk mye for pengene. Lå nærme en moskee med sine bønnerop, dette høres over alt på øya, så er det sagt. Vi skal tilbake og jeg ønsker Camilla/Susanne lykke til med sin Drøm. Casus Dream ❤️👍
