Gülçin Hanım’a ayrıca içten ilgisi ve misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ve bizi çok güzel ağırladı. Samimi yaklaşımı sayesinde kendimizi yabancı gibi değil, evimizde gibi hissettik. Temizlik, huzur ve güvenilir bir konaklama arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. • Shazied (10/5): Very welcoming stay - The staff provided a very warm welcome, particularly Gulcin, who was exceptionally helpful with all our inquiries. Ahmed kindly extended our checkout time by an hour, which was very beneficial given our late flight. I highly recommend this location due to its convenient proximity to essential amenities such as shops, attractions, and taxi services. It truly deserves a five-star rating.
• colin (4/5): Je ne conseille pas cet établissement qui ne correspondait pas à l'annonce publiée. - L'annonce mentionnait la présence d'une piscine, malheureusement celle-ci était vide. L'annonce mentionnait également la présence d'une plage privée. Malheureusement celle-ci était à 3 km et, là-encore, cette plage n'était pas encore en état d'utilisation (mer et plage sales, infrastructures fermées). La relation avec le manager a été compliquée même si une solution a fini par être trouvée.

• Valentina (4/5): Disappointing - The staff was helpful and kind The beds were comfortable but not clean. Two of the beds had weird dark hairs in them as if someone slept in them before. One of the shower doors was missing and the other one was just hanging on one hinge almost falling off. We also only had one roll of toilet paper. Both balconies were quite dirty and the one door to the balcony wasn't able to be locked as the door handle was broken and fell out when pulling the door shut. There was also scuff marks on the walls everywhere. All in all, it could have been way cleaner and the unit needs to have a major upgrade.

• Kirstie (7/5): Comfortable and good value for money. Would definitely stay again. - The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. There was no oven in our room, and very little equipment to cook with. Although it is pretty central to more popular areas, you don’t need to drive to get anywhere. There’s not much within walking distance other than small local shops and take aways.

• noe (10/5): Thank you Edip for making my Stay excellent! - The property itself was very clean, modern and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. What really made the difference, however, was the receptionist Edip. He helped me solve an unexpected issue with a taxi driver in a very professional and supportive way. He handled the situation calmly and made sure everything was resolved properly. I have honestly never experienced such a helpful and accommodating receptionist. His support significantly improved my stay.

And we had umbrella and sunbed for free at their beach. The wifi in my room didn't work and one towel was dirty. Nothing else to not like :)

• Lahlou (6/5): une bonne adresse si vous cherchez du calme et du repos… - Le Lara Beach Homes est un lieu paisible, parfait pour celles et ceux qui cherchent du calme et du repos. L’accès à la plage, via une navette gratuite, est bien organisé et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, ce qui est appréciable chaque matin. Un grand merci à Monsieur Rubil et à son compagnon Tony pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur, qui ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. L’hôtel est assez éloigné de tout, avec seulement deux restaurants et quelques petites épiceries aux alentours – on en fait vite le tour, ce qui peut compliquer les repas ou les sorties. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour accéder aux étages, ce qui peut être gênant si, comme nous, votre chambre se trouve au 3e étage. La connexion Wi-Fi est très faible dans les chambres du dernier étage. Enfin, aucun ménage n’a été fait dans notre chambre pendant toute la semaine, ce qui est un vrai point négatif.

• kirsty (3/5): - Breakfast was OK No one came to clean room the whole time I was at the hotel no clean towel nothing and the block I was in the people next door just kept banging the doors the slot all day and up all night shouting so kept us awake so hardly got any sleep with all the baking of the doors and shouting would I recommend this hotel no I wouldn't I have booked another hotel for the rest of my stay I have 12 more days I would have booked here for my last 12 nights but waited to see what the hotel was like and it'd very bad so didn't book for my other 11 nights reception ppl were fine but to not have clean towels foe a week or room cleaned for a week is a joke same with no toilet paper had to go to market to buy so I'm very disappointed with my stay here
• Maksym (4/5): - Музыка в ресторане Приехали в воскресенье в дождь. Вместо обещанного номера на 2-м этаже с сушилкой предложили номер 103 на первом (сушилка на улице под дождем), так как на втором не работал свет. Обещали переселить или помочь в понедельник, но по итогу ничего не сделали: электрика нет, вместо сушилки принесли плечики. Плюсы: Приемлемая еда и приятная классическая музыка в ресторане. Минусы: * Номер 103: Слабое освещение, полное отсутствие звукоизоляции и гладильных принадлежностей. Состояние: Отель запущен, на территории неделю валялись грязные тапки. В ресторане много битой посуды. Хозяин: Постоянно сидит в зале с неопрятным видом, громко смотрит видео в телефоне, мешая гостям. Складывается ощущение тотальной экономии и равнодушия к гостям. Не рекомендую.

• hatice (1/5): - Otele giriş yaptığımda tarafıma verilen odada perde yerine kepenk bulunduğu ve bu kepengin çalışmadığı görülmüştür. Bu durum ciddi bir mahremiyet sorunu yaratmasına rağmen, sorunu resepsiyona bildirdiğimde o gece için herhangi bir çözüm sunulmamış, yalnızca ertesi gün oda değişikliği yapılacağı söylenmiştir. Bu şartlar altında geceyi söz konusu odada geçirmek zorunda kaldım. Ertesi sabah resepsiyona tekrar gittiğimde, gece vardiyasındaki personelin durumu gündüz vardiyasına aktarmadığı anlaşılmış, sorunu yeniden anlatmak zorunda kalmış bulunmaktayım. Bu sırada görevli personelin göz devirmesi ve rahatsız edici bir tavır sergilemesi son derece saygısızca olmuştur. Gün içerisinde odadan ayrılıp geri döndüğümde kepengin tamir edildiğini gördüm; ancak: • tarafıma söylenen oda değişikliği yapılmamış, • talep ettiğim ek battaniye teslim edilmemiş (tek kişilik battaniye koymuşsunuz iki kişilik odaya dediğimde hayır standart çift kişilik battaniye koyduk diye terslediler ama battaniye tek kişilikti. Fotoğraf ektedir), • her görüşmede “bilgimiz yok” denilerek sorun iç iletişim eksikliğine bağlanmıştır. Tüm süreç boyunca üç farklı resepsiyon görevlisiyle muhatap oldum ve tamamı iletişim açısından son derece olumsuz bir tutum sergiledi. En kabul edilemez nokta ise, yaşadığım sorunları dile getirdiğim sırada bir resepsiyon görevlisinin bana açıkça “Beğenmiyorsanız gidebilirsiniz” demesidir. Bu ifade, ücretini ödeyerek konaklayan bir misafire karşı kesinlikle kabul edilemez ve profesyonellikten uzaktır. Yaşadığım bu süreç, temel konaklama ve hizmet standartlarının ciddi biçimde ihlal edildiğini göstermektedir.
