• Richard (7/5): Great location and amenities - Amazing location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very friendly staff. Provided some useful resources for local attractions such as Ur Mu which is minutes away. Despite the Aircon being on the very lowest setting it still sounded like a jet engine.

• Paola (5/5): Great location, amazing staff small adjustments and it'll be perfect. - The security staff work really hard and always with a smile, The front desk staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The interior and concept of the rooms and overall hotel is nice. Water temperature and pressure is good, for those who like a view the window faces the back alley so you wont see much, rhe area is perfect. Walkable to pavilion area and many food places. Pillows were a little too hard, the bed was not too comfortable. The mattress was not as firm, the bed frame tends to make sounds and move easily when you change sides. Towels had a smell even when they changed daily. Room lighting was a little too dark and the AC was a little too noisy to fall asleep to.

The room were fine, we like the lighting inside the bathroom. All the goodies are there. The sound from air-condition were too loud, and there are no electrical plug near the other side of the bed.

Best part is very near the Bukit Bintang train station. Downstairs a little rowdy especially in the night lots of social escorts and call girls hanging around that area.

• Anique (8/5): - De locatie is top! Het bed is lekker en goede douche. Veel laundry’s in de straat, handig als je aan het backpacken bent. Er is maar 1 stopcontact in de slaapkamer (wel USB-laders, maar dat werkt niet als je USB-C hebt), de tv had beperkte zenders en is geen smart tv.

• T (5/5): The view of the ascend room was terrific but doesn’t outweigh the vicinity or condition of the hotel. - The room we chose, the ascend, has a terrific corner view of the skyline and the tops of the Petronas tower. The room decor was modern and hip. Friendly staff. Close to bar street and Jalan Alor (touristy spots). Rooftop pool and hang out area also has a nice view if that’s something needed for the stay. The surrounding areas/vicinity of the hotel was worn down and infested with rats, especially in the alleys. Bath towels were thin and had to request extra every day as no sink or hand towels were provided. No cleaning was made or attempted after second day. Was advised that deposit would take 2 weeks to be returned. Couch was stained (which I covered with extra towels in order to feel comfortable using them). One of the pillows had a musty smell as if the cover was replaced but couldn’t mask the odor of the unclean pillow underneath.

Nous contactons l'hôtel pour savoir si nous pouvons laisser les bagages durant 3 jours avant notre arrivée (aller/retour à Langkawi), même après 2 mails et 3 messages, ils ne répondent que le lendemain de notre départ à 2h du matin, près de 4 jours après notre demande, pour nous dire oui ! Coût de leur médiocre réactivité : 165 Rigitt à KL Sentral! Le personnel n'est ni sympa ni souriant. La chambre minuscule, pas propre (crottes de nez sur les murs dans la douche), mal équipée (pas de frigidaire, clim qui fait un bruit infernal, impossible de dormir avec, 0 espaces de rangement). Et des basses d'un club à côté qui font trembler les murs jusqu'à 3h du matin, même au 7e étage. La piscine est bof, la vue également. Je ne comprends pas les avis positifs, il y a tellement mieux pour un prix inférieur sur Kuala Lumpur! Un mois de vacances, une vingtaine d'hôtels, le pire de notre séjour.
• RASTEL (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal au milieu d'un quartier très vivant de jour comme de nuit. A proximité immédiate des sites inévitables de KL. Les chambres sont propres, climatisées,le rooftop est sympa avec une belle vue , la piscine est propre. Être obligé de sortir pour les petits déjeuners est pour moi le plus gros inconvénient de l'hôtel, toutefois on trouve de nombreux endroits où manger à proximité.

When we had our towels replaced to a fresh set, it was stinky like smell of dried urine. We didn't complain and ask to have them replace because we were about to check out.

Shower had led coloured lighting that changed into multi colours, hard to actually see and wash. No fridge to keep your drinks cool. Very noisy being near the bar streets, could hear loud music all night. Polluted alleyway next door with heaps of rats.

• René Feillet (7/5): - Bien situé en plein dans le triangle d'or près de nombreux restaurants et bars, à 2 pas de la rue Jalan Alor célèbre pour son night market avec des dizaines de stands vendant de la street food. Hotel propre et bon accueil. Piscine sur le toît avec vue sur les gratte-ciels très sympa, ainsi que la terrasse attenante. Egalement un salon climatisé bien agréable avec grandes baies vitrées sur le même panorama. Chambre standard assez petite, manque de rangements pour poser ses affaires et ses vêtements. Attention, le quartier est très bruyant jusqu'à 3 heures du matin, bouchons dans les oreilles recommandés même au septième étage!

Location was near food/bars, about 25 minute to walk to China town/ river of life. We found it quiet at night but we were 6th floor. The pool is quite small and didn’t look as appealing as in pictures.

Human snot or dead cockroach on wall in bathroom. No towels, had to ASK to be provided them. Very noisy AC, like on a plane. Human chatter or tv sound from next door emanating through the phone and wifi ports all night long.
