Personnel is extremely friendly and responsive. There are a fridge, teapot with tea and coffee in the room.

There is not much to see around, but there are a few bazaars, supermarkets and restaurants at a walking distance and it's a 10 minute drive to the airport. The pans were not clean and the fridge was very noisy. You cannot switch on the heater but the temperature was well regulated and the staff always ready to help.

Lokasiya əlverişli deyildı, xəritədə yaxın da görünsə ora nəqliyyatla getmək çətindir, taksi bir tərəfə 10-12 Euro'ya aparır. Otaq cox soyuq idi, əvvəldən rezerv etməyimə baxmayaraq, otaq isidilməmişdi. İki uçuşun arasında dincəlmək məqsədilə tutduğum otaq mənə soyuq və natəmizliyin stressini yaşatdı. Otaq uzun müddət təmizlənməmişdi, hamam otağı soyuq idi, duş axıdırdı. Yatağın üstündə kombi aparatı quraşdırılıb, onun səsi bütün gecə qulağımda qaldı. Booking.com-da şəkillərdəki otağa heç bənzəmirdi. Mənim apartment kimi rezerv etdiyim əslində apartman qapıçısı otağına bənzəyirdi və ödədiyim 35€-ya dəymirdi.

Wohnung ungepflegt, leider sehr abgenutztes Mobiliar und Ausstattung, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Betten haben sehr gequietscht. Badezimmer leider unbefriedigend. Toilettendeckel defekt. Sauberkeit leider nicht ausreichend.

If you pay a little more you can stay in a hotel with breakfast and free shuttle from and to airport with an excellent customer service, they respond to your emails within minutes. While Dr Aslan didn't reply my email until it came to their payment, then I had to reply them urgently!!!!

I arrived late at night during the winter, and there was a delay before any staff responded when I rang the bell, which made me feel quite uneasy. I was also advised to wait in my room for a food delivery that ultimately never arrived. Although I canceled it the same day, the explanation that delivery was not possible was only given the following day. This could have been communicated much earlier, especially considering the late arrival and the guest's condition.

Если останавливаться поближе к центру Анкары, то есть не маленький шанс застрять в пробке. Номер чистый, светлый, солнечный. Большой зал совмещенный с кухней, спальня отдельно с балкончиком. Хозяева приветливые, доброжелательные, все вопросы решались моментально. Рядом много заведений, где можно вкусно покушать, несколько прдуктовых магазинов. Не далеко автобусная остановка и диспетчерская такси.

There's a 24-hour front desk service, and the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive, doing their best to meet guests' needs. The evening shift staff quickly replenished the kettle, dish soap, and toilet paper; the morning shift staff prepared a hose and brush for me to wash my car.

There's a 24-hour front desk service, and both the evening and morning staff are very friendly and try their best to meet guests' needs. - Hassan (1/5): Schlechteste Hotel und Einrichtung jeweils die wir erlebt haben - Gar nichts. . Gebuchte Zimmer oder richtig gesagt Apartment wurde nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Zwischen 3 Zimmern unsauber und Unordnung und sogar ohne Internet hin und her gebracht. Zimmer mit Internet war im Keller ohne Dusche und jegliche Sauberkeit. Bis morgen mussten wir Wasser Tropfen aushalten. Die haben, unverschämt vollen Preis kassiert. Allein mehrere Male schuldigung gesagt aber leider uns hat schuldigung nichts gebracht.

- Tatiana (9/5): Все прерасно и удобно даже для длительного пребывания, все есть и отлично работает! - Все в итоге прошло, как мы и хотели, БЛАГОДАРИМ персонал за то, что выполнили обещания, данные при переписке, которую мы вели до приезда! 🙏😍 Возникло небольшое недопонимание по времени нашего пребывания, но в итоге персонал решил вопрос так, как мы и запрашивали изначально. Нам нужно было выспаться, т. к. было два ночных перелета и длительное дневное ожидание, потому взяли этот объект-недалеко от аэропорта. В итоге все сложилось удачно, мы нашли взаимопонимание , и хорошо провели день в отеле.

- Ghada (6/5): Flughafen Nähe gegeben und sauberes Zimmer. - Die Nähe zum Flughafen war top. Taxifahrt war aber unterschiedlich teuer. Frühmorgens ca. 6 Euro und zu Mittag zurück zum Flughafen ca. 10 Euro. Wir hatten eigentlich zwei Zimmer gebucht. Aber haben vor Ort ein Zimmer mit 4 Betten angeboten bekommen. Im Untergeschoss, dafür mit Klimaanlage. Da wir nur die Nacht bleiben wollten hat es gereicht. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche hat frisch gewaschen gerochen Personal konnte nur türkisch. Aber dank moderner Technik konnten wir uns verständigen. Die Herdplatte und Wassekocher hatten bestimmt schon bessere Jahre hinter sich. Und die Toilettenspülung sollte überprüft werden, da diese doch sehr laut ist.

- Mariia (10/5): Уютно, хорошо помогли - Отличный отель. Девушка терпеливо отвечала мне на все мои вопросы с помощью переводчика. Засел ли меня в семь утра, хотя у них нет такой опции, но для меня сделали, ибо у меня рейс задержали на 18 часов. Так же позволили попозже уехать на 2 часа без доплат Сам номер чистый, красивый. Хорошо работает кондиционер. Уютный Минусов не обнаружила
