- Judy (9/5): Superb - It was very clean and comfortable with considerate accessories like warmers, socks and ear muffs in the room. It was also easy to get around with car hailing. There's a big mall five minutes walk away with lots of food, supermarket, shopping and indoor skiing. Hotel staff were helpful and attended to queries quickly. Location is off from central district with street shopping.
- Taku (9/5): Satisfied - Good facility. Staff is kind and friendly. Fitness room is excellent. Location is not so convenient.
- Justin (8/5): Nice stay, will come again. - Location is good an convenient access to shopping mall by walking 5 mins distance. Smoking room shall be separated floor or at least shall inform guests upon check in. Can smell smoke in the room sometimes.
