The apartment had all the amenities we needed and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Det var ännu finare i verkligheten än på bilderna och vistelsen för - Fantastiskt läge, väl ljudisolerat mot de övriga rummen men en del oväsen från gatan på natten. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal samt välstädat och hög kvalitet på rummet. Sängen var stor och väldigt skön men hade tyvärr en skarv i mitten som lätt gled isär lite. Frukosten var bra men öppnar inte förrän kl 09. Takeaway-alternativ att hämta dagen innan fanns dock.

The amazing breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant, approximately 20 meters away. We really enjoyed it and will surely come back!

Non mancava nulla. Unico dettaglio un pò di rumore la notte sulla strada, dai locali ma non dipende dall'hotel.

- Karol (4/5): - The accommodation itself has genuine strengths worth acknowledging — the location is excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained. Under different circumstances, this could have been a pleasant stay. However, what unfolded on my checkout morning was deeply troubling and ultimately overshadowed everything else. A few friends arrived around 10:00 AM to help me with my luggage and accompany me out. What followed was nothing short of shocking: a member of the reception staff and the housekeeper confronted our group in an aggressive and hostile manner, raising their voices and insisting that unregistered visitors were not permitted in the room. I calmly attempted to explain that my guests were there solely to assist me with my belongings as I was checking out — a completely routine and reasonable situation. My explanation was ignored entirely. The situation escalated when staff members threatened to call the police. There was no disruptive behavior, no alcohol, nothing remotely warranting such a response. It was 10 in the morning, and I was in the final minutes of a legitimate, paid stay. As a 38-year-old working professional, I have stayed at numerous properties over the years and have never once been treated with such suspicion, aggression, or disrespect. The manner in which the staff handled this situation was not only unnecessary — it was humiliating. A great location and clean rooms mean very little when guests are made to feel like suspects in their final moments on the property. I would strongly advise prospective guests to look elsewhere. Management would do well to urgently address how their staff communicates with — and about — their paying guests. Would not return. Would not recommend.

Fenomenalne wielkie łóżko, spaliśmy jak dzieci. No i te śniadania w restauracji na dole. Przepyszne, sycące i w pięknych wnętrzach. Że musieliśmy wracać do domu :-(

No restaurant as part of the hotel but you get breakfast vouchers for a fabulous restaurant/cafe next-door and they are valid from 9am until 1pm so very flexible. Bed was soooo comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Note there is no elevator so you need to be mobile to go up the stairs.

Окремо хочу виділити також сніданок, який був в ресторані неподалік - теж гарне місце і було дуже смачно. Є тільки пара зауважень щодо ліжка, хотілося б мати один матрас на одному великому ліжку, бо наші два розʼїжалися. Та автоматичне світло у ванній кімнаті! Я розумію, що це може для економії електроенергії, але це максимально незручно, коли робиш мейкап і світло вимикається на самому відповідальному моменті, або, коли миєшся, потрібно махати рукою щоб активувати. А ще вночі до туалету коли йдеш, я не вмикаю світло, щоб очам не було дуже яскраво, а тут немає вибору.. Але в цілому ми залишились дуже задоволені

- Nataliia (8/5): Достатньо гарне місце для зупинки - Місцезнаходження-зручне. Я не побачила одразу, що сніданки в цьому місці тільки з 9 ранку, не підходить, тим, хто хоче снідати рано. В мене був літак об 11, тому поснідати по оплаченому сніданку нажаль не встигла… При заселенні був дуже сильний запах «чистоти», стійкий запах всієї хімії, якою я так розумію прибирали. Я до цього чутлива, провітрювання протягом пари годин навіть не одразу допомогло..

- Lappalainen (7/5): - Sijainti oli todella hyvä ja lähellä vanhankaupungin nähtävyyksiä. Lähellä on myös useita kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Huone oli viihtyisä ja sängyt olivat mukavat. Saavuimme varhain hotellille koska lentomme oli niin aikainen, mutta koska ilmoitimme saapumisaikamme etukäteen, huoneemme oli jo saatavilla, mikä oli todella iloinen yllätys. Huoneessamme oli viemärin haju saapuessamme, mutta oleskeltuamme siellä jonkin aikaa ilmavaihto alkoi ilmeisesti toimia, sillä haju hälveni hieman. On vaikeaa sanoa, kuinka yleistä tämä on Krakovassa. Katu, jolla hotelli sijaitsee, on suhteellisen vilkas baarikatu, joten jos arvostaa hiljaisuutta, on majoitukseen hyvä ottaa korvatulpat mukaan varmuuden vuoksi.

- Jacqueline (9/5): Perfekter Service und super Lage - Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist einfach nur perfekt um die direkt in der Stadt auszugehen, einfach nur die Straße hoch und wir waren schon auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Zudem war das Bett sehr bequem. Leider schien es so als wäre der Duschkopf schon länger nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt worden.

- Pamela (9/5): Krakow was absolutely fantastic and when I come back I would definitely book this accommodation agai - Absolutely loved the location, so near the main square Apartment was on a busy street but never heard any noise in the room. Lots of bars and restaurants just outside. Rooms so stylish and very clean. Breakfast is served in a restaurant just a few steps outside hotel but service was different every day. Sometimes we could order off the main menu then other days it was a limited menu for hotel guests and it could be quite limited for some people but food was good but just mentioning it may get a bit hard to find different things to eat. I can recommend the sweet omelette.

- José (8/5): Très bon séjour dans son ensemble - Le petit déjeuner est assez bien. Pas très copieux mais le personnel était très aimable. L’emplacement était très bien à côté du bois. Beaucoup de plat avec des œufs, peu de fruits.

Free tea/coffee in the room and also in the reception area. Nice and quiet room away from street noise. Perfect central location just a minute walk from the main square. Nothing! It was perfect!

- Natalie (8/5): Beautiful hotel in a great location - The location of the hotel was excellent. We were walking distance to the main square and also great location for restaurants and bars. The room was beautiful and very clean. The stairs to the rooms. I also asked reception for prosecco glasses for the room but was told this wasn't possible. It might be worth keeping a selection of glasses / ice buckets, should guests require them.

Todo eso excelente. Sin embargo fue muy incómodo el tema del desayuno, en primer lugar el horario (comenzaba a las 9.00 am), en segundo lugar, había que trasladarse a un restaurante de la esquina para tomarlo y además era muy poco variado y relativamente inadecuado para el turista internacional.
