• Nkosikhona (8/5): Great location but I believe there is some maintenance needed - Ocean view The property needs some attention, carpets are very dirty that unit needs attention even the toilet have bad smell I am not sure if it due to septic tank or what.

• Jean (10/5): Beautiful! - The room was spacious, had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. Food was delicious and the staff very helpful and friendly. That we only had one night there!
• Bilkish (7/5): - Location is beautiful! Size of the 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious and the kitchen fully fitted. Staff were friendly and very kind to our kids! Requests were attended to quickly. Bathrooms not well cleaned well. Room we stayed in had old mouldy cupboards. The staff did attempt to make accommodation for frozen Halaal meals but they were very expensive and tasted like it was in the freezer for a long time.

Loud noises from the kitchen below, lots of loud talking early morning, late evening from the kitchen. Restaurant staff worried that you will steal drinks, quite rude about getting you to sign for refreshments or pay bill. Made me feel like I am a criminal, which I am not.

We also loved the private access to the beach, the hotel facilities and the location.the beach was quiet and secluded.we also liked the breakfast buffet. The restaurant staff did not understand what to do with customers where the meals were included in the stay. They got confused and caused us great frustration with waiting up to 45 minutes to have the bill corrected. Specific waiters could not take an order without getting it wrong, and allot of items on the menu were always out of stock.also,something else a bit annoying was In the bedrooms the aircons have a digital light reflecting the temperature,the light is extremely bright and keeps you awake at night.

• Lou (7/5): A few things lacking, but a good location. - Comfy beds, spacious apartment and good beach access. The hotel is in the middle of a refurb - which is well needed. The beds were super comfy, and the apartment very spacious. A few things were a bit lacking - only enough plates and cutlery for the 4 people staying there. No serving bowls. Tiny coffee mugs. No two-prong adaptors in any plug points. No shade at the pool!! The carpets in the bedroom also need a deep clean / replacement.

• Peter (9/5): Prima Hotel nahe der Autobahn, um Etappe zu machen. In Zinkwazi ist ansonsten gar nichts (außer Strand). - Sehr freundliches Personal. Große Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick (bei unserem zweiten Besuch). Pool. Es gab eine Veranstaltung der Uni und es war beim Essen so laut, dass man sich am Tisch kaum unterhalten konnte (Steinfußboden).
• Terisha (9/5): Loved my stay - The rooms, beach and pools were lovely. Private access to the beach was superb. Very clean and not crowded. We even got beach towels.The staff were friendly. I will definitely visit again. No other kids activities besides pool and beach. Prices at the restaurant are steep and some items on the menu were not available. Only one option. No shops on the property. Nearest shop is probably 18ks away. So if you stay at the self catering apartment best to come prepared.
