Guest Reviews
- Philip (2/5): Extremely disappointing . - Old English guest house near the sea No restaurant. Tiny showers. Lack of staff. Shambolic administration. Awful communication with guests.
For they told us the day before arrival that the kitchen was closed , so no restaurant for evening dinner and no hot breakfast , both of which we relied on when booking, a group needing four bedrooms, this did not give us the opportunity to cancel and cost us £50 per night in unwanted taxis. Supplied “continental breakfast “ was derisory and for some later arrived guests non existent as not replenished. One night the bar tender suddenly closed the bar 5 minutes after guests received a nightcap and literally told the 8 guests there to leave, retire to the lounge where we discovered only seating for six. Also derisory was an offer of a £4 discount for the breakfast situation.
So we had to waste time and energy contacting Red Cat head office to resolve things, not what you want when on holiday. There is more but what is the point as they are selling the business within days.
- Robert (9/5): It was fine for what we needed but the new owners willl have a lot of work to bring it up to a standard that will attrac - Great location and views. The staff were excellent It was pretty run down and as it was about to close for renovations there was now cooked food service .
- Caroline (5/5): Lovely building, comfortable rooms and stunning location - Comfortable and cosy. Good parking The biggest problem was that there was no bar and no restaurant and no warning of this closure.
- Jane (9/5): Enjoyable and comfortable stay in lovely location - Staff member we met on arrival and at dinner was welcoming and helpful. Location was beautiful with great views. We were also given an upgrade on our room so that was very spacious and comfortable.
- Maria (8/5): Great location, very picturesque with sea views 😊 - Great location with sea views, very picturesque. It needed some TLC and a good clean, there was lots of cobwebs hanging from the ceilings!
- Carina (10/5): -
- Rose (5/5): - Location is wonderful.
Staff are friendly and work hard.
Food was good.
Bed was comfortable. Rooms need some tlc and updating and the cleaning needs to be looked at.
Lots of stains on carpets and mould around the bath/shower easy to rectify but just left to get worse
Lots of peeling paint in the rooms and corridors.
Such a shame as it's a beautiful location and could be a beautiful place.
- Sarah (7/5): Lovely weekend - Location . Friendly staff
- Jill (8/5): The location was perfect for us and the team were lovely - Great location and friendly staff. The room decor was a little tired. That said work was clearly being undertaken whilst we were there
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Le cadre, la maison Tout était ok
- Shady (8/5): - Really comfortable place to stay in a gorgeous setting. Delicious food in the pub on site. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Nothing
- Rajendran (7/5): the excellent staff service and fantastic location made the stay enjoyable. - The hotel is located in an outstanding area, and the building itself is beautiful and full of character. The staff were genuinely lovely, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a very positive impression. Lucas, the manager, was especially helpful and professional in resolving an issue we had regarding breakfast. One disappointment was the “sea view” description. While you could technically see the sea, it was only visible through a small window and only if you stood in the right position. It did not feel like a true sea-view room as advertised.
Another issue was that there was no hot breakfast available on Monday and Tuesday, which had not been mentioned before arrival even though we booked and paid for breakfast. Thankfully, Lucas handled the situation well and refunded the breakfast charge promptly, which we appreciated.
- Paul (9/5): Scenic and peaceful stay - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dined in the on site restaurant and the food was amazing. Room has everything we needed and was clean. A little bit of general maintenance was needed but to be expected for a building of that age and its occupancy rate. Views were beautiful and plenty of parking. Breakfast was tasty but not sure on value for money. Overall a good stay and would book again.
- Jin (6/5): Nice friendly staff but poorly decorated with broken light - Nice location Difficult to find the entrance and the light go burst in my room. Not safe !
- sean8895 (10/5): I was fully satisfied with every aspect of the stay and found nothing to improve. - The room offered a great view from the window, adding a sense of openness and calm to the stay. It was well-equipped with everything needed, making it comfortable and practical without any noticeable gaps. The building itself has a historic character, which gives the place a distinctive atmosphere that feels more memorable than a standard modern hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and approachable, contributing to a smooth and pleasant experience throughout. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Overall, it felt like an ideal place for a short break, balancing comfort, character, and practicality effectively. Nothing to note here. I was satisfied with all aspects of the stay and did not encounter any issues or shortcomings. Everything met expectations, and there was nothing that stood out as needing improvement. The room might be a bit old, but it was very clean and reasonable.
- Francesca (8/5): - Lovely room comfortable bed with all necessary facilities. Nice view Restaurant was shut
- Stephen (7/5): We enjoyed our time and may go back - Location, staff and food The room was dusty and tired. The shower and tiles needed some refreshment.
- Mike (8/5): A nice place for a secluded getaway - Location is good. Easy to go for walks inland or to and along the beach. Comfortable although small room (top floor). View of the sea was good. The lounge was a good size. The food was lovely. The bar meals especially. Service was quite good. In the evenings there were 2 staff when we arrived, though only 1 on our second night. The first thing was that I sent a message asking if our room would be on 1st or 2nd floor, as l‘d read about accessibility concerns from other reviewers. Didn’t receive a response. When I asked about this, it was just brushed off blaming head office. Nice. Unfortunately one of us has mobility issues and the stairs are numerous and very steep. Had I known, I wouldn’t have booked or cancelled the reservation. On our 2nd night, It took a long time to get our food as the manager appeared to be receptionist, bar man and waiter all in one. The breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced. The breakfast staff were quite friendly. I noticed that some items seemed to be listed as part of the cooked breakfast but missing when food arrived. I get the impression that there‘s a conscious effort to keep costs down and bookings up. I‘m pleased I stayed in early spring as it had about the right amount of guests and visitors using the bar. Judging by the volume of outside tables, it must get very busy in summer. Then I would wonder about the staff—customers ratio.
- Andy (8/5): Fab location shame about the overall standard of the building - Staff and location were fab. The property is tired and run down and needs some love and attention
- Jan (9/5): What a memorable, relaxing stay at a Characterful hotel in such a beautiful place - The hotel is situated in a beautiful place, with lovely grounds and elevated above the coast line. The hotel is 16th century so as expected, it has lots of character and didn’t expect it to be anything more or less than it was. It was so relaxing and our room overlooked the sea and as it was the first warm days of the year we were able to have drinks outside. Breakfast was good and varied and served by attentive staff who had a smile and a chat for us. Rooms were cleaned and tidied each day and tea & coffee replenished, (although this wasn’t intrusive at all and took place when we were out each day.) Bedding very clean. We ate dinner in the restaurant on two nights and were very impressed with the standard of the food. Dogs allowed in the bar which was nice and interesting to meet locals who call in for a drink. The manager was very pleasant and interesting and took the time to chat to us after our meal. It was quiet at night which suited us and It really is a beautiful place to stay and ideally situated to visit other areas. If I had to be picky, I would mention the shower in room 4 which comes away from the wall frequently and just needs fixing. The bar where we ate on the first night could maybe do with some low background music to improve atmosphere - would create ambience with candles on the dining tables also. My husband struggled to get our case upstairs which can’t be avoided as it’s such a characterful building.
- Mathew (10/5): The Manor House is great. Such a relaxing location. Brilliant food. Just a short walk to the beach. Will definitely be b -
- Mentil (7/5): Very enjoyable stay, lovely walks. - Location wonderful, field on doorstep, great for dog. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Lovely views from the terrace. Wonderful location. Breakfast not as in the pictures , full English much smaller than the pictures. no lunch served as in picture. Evening menu not as in pictures. Very limited choice, with vertually no vegetables. sausages are like chipolates. The pictures of this year are correct, the older pictures show the food as being a lot better. I believe ownership has changed, This is a shame as it is a beautiful old building in a lovely location.

- Qing (10/5): - Incredibly friendly staff and delicious restaurant on the ground floor! Very clean comfy rooms. Would definitely return! It could get a bit chilly at night but it won’t be a problem at all when the weather’s slightly warmer
- Ron (8/5): Relaxing stay by the sea. - The staff were great. The whole property has authentic character. The food was very good. Lovely views of the sea. Not obvious where to check in.
- Jeffrey (7/5): Good value for what it was in a superb location. - Location excellent. . Room spacious . Bed big and comfy. Lovely shower. View amazing . The one member of staff we saw all day and evening of check-in was attentive and multi-talented. Breakfast staff friendly and attentive. Understaffed on afternoon and evening. Room lacked character and was sparse. Continental breakfast very limited and no yoghurt or fruit. Full English ok but basic.
- michael (10/5): -
- joc813 (10/5): Simply beautiful - A beautiful setting overlooking the gardens and further out, the beach. The food was excellent - we went for Easter Sunday lunch - and one of us eating the vegetarian Wellington felt it was the best Sunday lunch she’d had! We can’t wait to return!
- Stuart (5/5): Disappointed - Great location, friendly staff. It’s not clean by any means and needs a lot of attention, breakfast was ok, we had a full English, well’ I say full, they had run out of some items so we had partial English breakfast, asked if we wanted toast, never arrived and gave up after 30mins, we checked out feeling fairly disappointed to be honest.
- B7043ZUkatiew (10/5): Welcoming - Lovely reception, engaged staff and lovely food. Would definitely come again.
- Chiora (8/5): Lovely old hotel - We enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Manor House. We went on a Travelzoo deal which was excellent value. The hotel is old and very interesting with beautiful gardens overlooking the sea and we were fortunate to have good weather. Our room up in the attic was very small but had everything we needed. I would definitely advise upgrading to a larger room if possible. We had dinner included and it was very good. Food was freshly prepared with good ingredients. Breakfast was adequate but could have been better. The 'buffet' was just fruit yoghurts, small packets of cereal and small pots of jam. There was no fresh (or even tinned!) fruit which I've never come across before even in the most basic of b&bs, and no choice of bread - just toast. The cooked breakfast was OK. The location is splendid - right by Chesil Beach and easy to get to lots of other interesting places in Dorset. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Jordan in particular went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay.
- Liz (8/5): A hidden gem. - The location and views were fantastic. Lucas was very welcoming. We had a lovely meal in the evening. It was great for a one night stop over. Nothing to dislike really! If I’m being picky, the bed was a bit too soft for us but that’s just our preference.
- trixiean1 (10/5): A fantastic hotel in West Bexington - Stayed at this lovely hotel recently for three days, firstly the hotel is a grand manor with loads of character and is set in a beautiful surrounding within easy walk to the beautiful Chesil beach which is huge! Our room was lovely with a very big bed with an on suite bathroom with a bath, the room had sea views. The staff were very friendly, and even had a quiz night during dinner, which was great fun. The breakfast was one the best we have had with plenty of choice. Cannot praise this hotel enough, and the hard working staff. Thank you for our stay we would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.
- Sierra17_13 (10/5): Excellent all round - Excellent Sunday roast, welcoming friendly service, fabulous light & sea view in conservatory
- travelpeeps0708 (10/5): Enjoyed a weekend break for our wedding anniversary - Enjoyed a weekend break for our wedding anniversary.
It was very relaxing, great views and the accommodation was very comfortable. We enjoyed good breakfasts and evening meals throughout our stay. Would be happy to return again.
- karenrC5428ZS (10/5): Lovely place, great staff, beautiful location and good value for money - Lovely place, beautiful location
- P2192HObarryc (10/5): A unique and excellent experience. - Unique hotel, stunning location, excellent staff. Have visited several times before and cannot wait to do so again. Highly recommended!
- 12mebother (10/5): Hotels like this are rare - This is a gem of a hotel . The staff were always ready to help. The food is freshly cooked . Athough it was cold outside there was plenty of warmth inside. The situation is idylic.I would be happy to recommend it to anyone. One of the nights we were there it was quiz night . It made for a great atmoisphere amongst the guests. (Joining in was optional).
If you have mobility problems please mention it when booking as there are no lifts.
- E9914IAjennyl (10/5): Very good - Our room was clean with sea view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was great.
- familywashington (8/5): Rather tired old hotel, but warm, friendly staff, and a brilliant location. - The other reviews here on trip advisor give a very fair account of this hotel. We have had a lovely stay, and found the location and overall experience very good. Yes, the hotel is rather in need of a spruce up, but the staff were helpful, friendly, and made us feel very much at home.
- Graham (8/5): Very pleasant indeed. Very comfortable and excellent staff. - The situation and the place itself. Nothing
- Rosie (8/5): - The location was great. They were understaffed for the evening. The room was quite small.
- RICHARD A (8/5): -
- carolinegN4667MH (10/5): A real gem of a place! - We enjoyed our stay immensely. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room exceeded expectations and it was clean, light and airy with a lovely view.
We had a delicious evening meal and the food was beautifully cooked.
Breakfast was amazing and lacked nothing. Well done to all the staff, keep up the good work.
- Lmc2810 (10/5): 5* service and exquisite afternoon teas - Having found this little gem last week we returned on Saturday for the most exquisite afternoon tea. Greeted with the warmest of welcomes and exceptionally friendly service. The portions are ridiculously generous and all good was really tasty. Price point was unbelievably good in comparison to others. Thoroughly good time and thoroughly recommend.
- stevewN2812VO (10/5): A fantastic hotel in a lovely location. - A warm and welcoming stay. Lovely hotel with a very homely feel. Comfy bed with a spacious room and great sea view. Service was good and food delicious. Would recommend this hotel. Also a fantastic area especially for those hiking.
- Cathy (7/5): -
- bhim (10/5): - Location, views, outside space, proximity to beach, Abbotsbury village, food and not too far from London. N/A
- Sylvia (8/5): A very enjoyable few days with very friendly staff. - It was very homely and friendly The ambience and the location
- Terence (8/5): -
- Harry (9/5): comfortable, chilled coastal retreat - Amazing views. Tasty food. Laid-back vibe. Close to beach.
- Deirdre (7/5): Jordan and Lucas were extremely good hosts and made us feel very welcome and were most attentive - Good selection of breakfast dishes Needs some upgrading on the decore
- Emma (7/5): Great staff and good value. Did what it said on the tin! - Lucas and other staff couldn't have been more welcoming & friendly.
Great location near Chesil beach.
Facilities like bar, restaurant with great food.
Room basic but had everything we needed & good value. Perhaps the room could've been hoovered.
- HilaryC938 (10/5): Lovely time. - We booked this for the Valentines weekend, excellent deal on Travelzoo. Fantastic location, the outside terraces must be wonderful in the summer, great sea views. We had the Bridal Suite! Just a lucky allocation. Rooms 1,2 and 3 have the best sea views. Lovely big room and a huge bed. Nice and clean and lovely and warm. You could hear the sea when it was rough on Sunday. Very pleasant staff, Lucas, stand in manager, was exceptional and very welcoming. He was very under staffed but they were all great. Breakfast had a good choice and everything was freshly cooked, perfect poached eggs. We had the Valentines menu on the Saturday night and it was delicious.
We sat in the bar later it was very cosy, if we lived closer it would be a regular haunt. Great base if you like walking/hiking.
Thanks Lucas for telling me about Spotify radio! It’s been a great find.
Would happily go again.
- Odyssey759291 (10/5): Enjoyment by the sea. - We had a lovely stay at the fabulously located Msnor House. The comfort and the food was excellent. It appeared that the hotel was very under staffed which would have been a major problem if it had not been for the superb efforts of Lucas and his couple of colleagues. They went above and beyond to provide a personal and good level of service. We would certainly visit again.
Thanks Lucas
- KathB65 (8/5): Close to Chesil beach - Greeted and made to feel welcome. Although we were early. We had soup for lunch whilst we were waiting. Evening dinner menu a bit limited, what we had was good, although a little pricey, served in the cellar bar. The hotel itself is in need of a bit TLC. Good position for walking on Chesil beach. An excellent venue in the summer as there is plenty of outside seating.
- Simon (10/5): -
- Flora (8/5): Comfortable stay in a hotel which would benefit from more management attention - Lovely location. Easy parking. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good food and drinks. Room was comfortable and well equipped but the decoration needs refreshing.
It was hard to speak to anyone or get a response to messages before we arrived
- alisonfS1699SY (8/5): Sunday lunch with Friends - The Manor has a lovely Conservatory which you can eat in so yo are able to enjoy the countryside views. Not much atmosphere as it was very quiet but to be expected. All areas seemed clean. Service was prompt. The barman had a quirky sense of humour!! The four of us had the Sunday Road. Personally, I had the Roast Beef, tender meat but the whole meal could have been hotter. Another of us had the Pork Belly some of which was very tough. However, we all enjoyed our meal and would not hesitate to visit again.
- Y9552HMjustinec (10/5): Fabulous food and location ! - The location is stunning , atmosphere very welcoming. Front of house / chef was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Fantastic Sunday roast. Great wine selection. Would definitely return to taste more fabulous food on the menu !
- Julie (8/5): Fantastic location and a wonderful weekend break - Excellent welcome by the staff team. The team worked hard throughout our stay to ensure we had a great break. The hotel is brilliantly located a short walk to the beach and great sea views from a number of the rooms. The food was tasty and plentiful and the rooms were comfortable. Nothing really.
- pmt294 (10/5): Old fashioned charm. - Fabulous position, a warm welcome & we even got shown to our room. The room was huge with a large comfortable bed & lovely views towards the sea. The hotel had that individual & old fashioned charm & didn’t feel like.a chain. Food in the bar that eve was excellent with a cosy atmosphere. Breakfast in the dining room was also excellent & you didn’t even have to make your own toast. We really enjoyed our time here & would highly recommend.
- Tiger_Jules (8/5): Location location location - Great location close to the beach. Hotel room was spacious but spoiled by the heating being intermittent (to be fair we did not raise it as a concern at the time) and the carpets were very stained. Tea and coffee facilities in the room but you had to walk down the corridor to get the milk. The staff were excellent. In particular Jordan who checked us in and hosted the quiz. And the two gentleman serving breakfast. The food was excellent. They have a large terrace which in the summer would be so nice to have a drink or dine outside but being winter we skipped that! I think some tlc is needed for the rooms and carpets replaced in the corridors. Overall service and food was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.
- Seaside57394878581 (4/5): Not the best experience and wouldn’t stay again - Service in the restaurant was poor and had to wait for our table though the restaurant wasn’t busy and walk in customers sat in the bar and were able to order straight away. We then had to wait 45-60 minutes for two simple starters seeing walk in customers finishing their mains. No apologies were given and there was lipstick found on the glass of one of the drinks. After leaving the next day I noticed we’d had unauthorised charges made for drinks we didn’t have and over a week later I’m still waiting for a refund and again little apology given.
- Herbert-Travels-Well (10/5): great little hotel - delightful hotel with friendly helpful staff, will definitely consider returning. Ate in the restaurant which was lovely with good food and wine to match
- jachas (10/5): Fantastic Sunday lunch - Lovely roast with all the trimmings together with great service and a lovely location and view. Will definitely return
- Alan (10/5): - Staff were wonderful.food superb Lots of steps if you have mobility problem
- Catherine (9/5): -
- Geoffrey (9/5): An amazing place for a quiet, scenic get away. - The staff: so welcoming, efficient, and ready to help in any way possible.
- Peter (8/5): Great location, friendly staff and good food menu. - Great location close to the water. Easy to get parked and checked in. Less than 5 minutes walk to the sea.
- 203verityk (6/5): Two fold - It's a beautiful place and the food was outstanding. Ambiance is cosy and service brilliant, everyone was welcoming. Only two negatives though, prices are high and it is definitely not disabled friendly which I think should be highlighted boldly on their website. I will definitely go again but will have to leave mother at home.
- Michael (10/5): -
- Inga (6/5): We will never return and won’t recommend - The only thing we loved was the location To start with our room door handle was broken , window frame haven’t seen a wash cloth for ages and little windowsill still had tea cup stains from previous guests ,bed headboard was covered in dust, bathroom vent surroundings peaking of the ceiling badly , THE most uncomfortable bed- mattress was like we slept in water bed
- Estella (6/5): A lovely location. A pity the evening menu did not change during the 4days we ere there. Friendly st - The full English was acceptable, I’ve had better. The view from the dining room was lovely as was the lady who greeted us and brought tea. The caller bar was very nice as was the conservatory/dining room and outside seating areas. The hotel has potential but needs money spent on it. Nice towels and the bed was changed during our stay which was nice but unnecessary, thankfully, as it was hot, there was a fan. I understand air conditioning was being contemplated. The hotel was sited with beautiful views and plenty of outside seating. We had a small basic pet friendly room, it was tired and needed a careful coat of paint as did much of the hotel. Some of the male staff appeared rather unkempt though most were helpful and friendly. I wished the dark, old/antique furniture had a polished shine, it lacked the feeling of care I’ve lived and stayed in old places, I know how hard it is to bring and keep them up to scratch. Good luck with that, this place deserves it. I say this as hopefully helpful criticism. 👍
- GRAHAM (8/5): Nice to stay in a hotel with character and would visit/stay again. - Excellent location and hotel grounds and garden very well kept. Warm welcome on arrival. Room/ bathroom very clean and tidy with everything working. Tea, coffee, biscuits and water provided. Breakfast nicely cooked with good selection.Whilst portions a little on the small size, toast, pastries, yoghurt and fruit more than made up for this. Fish and chips for dinner very good. Would stay again A bit of a wait for service during busy periods in bar/restaurant. Maybe more staff required at these times.
- Emma (5/5): - Nice breakfast, good location Small cramped room with mismatched furniture, tired bathroom. Nothing like the sea view doubles pictured on the website
- Joan (9/5): Sitting out overlooking the sea with a glass of wine on a Summer evening - what could be better - Breakfast excellent

- gillianbG5078PW (10/5): Recent short break experience - Only stayed one night but what a gem. On arrival we met Jordan who booked us in and showed us to our room and was lovely he also served our drinks later in the evening and was very friendly as were the locals. The room was large and very comfortable with a sea view, great shower and all the usual tea, biscuits, water etc. The breakfast was lovely also wish we had been there longer.
- Jane (9/5): Excellent location, lovely characterful place and really comfortable beds. - Lovely comfy beds. Staff very welcoming and happy to change the double to twin when we arrived. Didn't experience food. Very characterful place and of course so close to beach with wonderful views. Hate to say it but woken at midnight when fire alarm went off not ideal.
- Gilly (8/5): - Breakfast was good. Sadly they ran out of eggs on the 2nd day. Evening meal was good but only 1 option for main meal for vegetarians. They did sort out a salad option for me though. My husband has recently (after booking) been diagnosed disabled and the stairs were quite difficult for him. The staff were very helpful though .

- W1049KQjamesw (10/5): Fantastic - Lovely location, next to the beach , great staff, helpful and enthusiastic even though we arrived quite late, amazing for dogs. Nice bed, brilliant views, fantastic will look to go again.

- Amal (8/5): Brilliant location, outstanding staff and excellent food let down by a a small room and a bad bed. - Brilliant location, outstanding staff and excellent food! Building is quite tired. Our room was on the top floor which is a loft conversion. The room was quite small with reduced headroom due to the sloping roof. The bed was horrendous with very little support and urgently needs replacing. I feel terrible giving a bad review particularly because the staff were so lovely and I imagine there is little they can do with regards to these matters!
- Bethan (9/5): A wonderful nights stay in a lovely quirky property, with fabulous views - We loved the location & quirkiness of the property & it was clean, cosy & warm. The view was wonderful. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Nothing we didn’t like .
- Debbie (7/5): Friendly staff and a great location. It was a lovely place and was better than we had hoped for - Location and character property A little tired in places
- Retired tourers (8/5): South Dorset coastal stay - beautiful as ever. - Wonderful historic building in an absolutely fabulous position. Lovely staff doing their b st to provide a great service despite being low in numbers.
- TPF51 (10/5): Of Boxing Day and Border terriers. - Boxing Day bar lunch ........we had our dog so not in the restaurant, but same food. Pretty manor house hotel and bar. Service excellent. Staff efficient and pleasant. Fellow diners on v good form. Food delicious.
- Su (8/5): - The landscape view of ocean and rolling hills are gorgeous. The estate charming. The staff thoughtful and kind. The price fair. The saddly worn carpeting and plaster.
- Wander12970958902 (8/5): Great venue and experience in a charming setting - We booked a festive meal for a family get together. Jordan the Assistant Manager was excellent in welcoming us and maintaining a first rate service despite clearly there being a shortage of staff. The food was well presented and imaginative. All in all it was an ideal venue for a good family lunch.
- Paul M (9/5): Nice hotel in great location - Friendly staff Nothing to dislike
