- Damaris (9/5): - El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía tranquila, te dan diario tres toallas, pantuflas desechables y una pijama para usar en el dormitorio, los baños y regaderas están limpios. Solo siento que en el área de lockers hace falta alguna mesa porque cuando uno está acomodando el equipaje todos lo tienen que hacer en el suelo porque no hay espacio.

- Theo (8/5): - For the price you get a comfortable bed in a nice and convenient area. The overall look of the place also feels modern. The locker room (at least the male one) had a quite weird smell. Nothing too bad but still an unpleasant experience. Only being able to use the elevator was also a hassle.

- zofia (5/5): location good , pods good size but changing area very small - The actual pod was a good size and overall it was quite clean. Fresh towels and slippers daily Mattress very uncomfortable and also the pillow, no room downstairs where the lockers are where everyone gets ready , showered , toilets , showers etc very small space. Staff not that friendly ,if you asked them a question it was like a inconvenience for them to answer.

- TETSUYA (10/5): - 赤坂見附と赤坂の駅近であり、どこに行くにも拠点として最高。繁華街でありながら夜は静か。食事するにもコンビニもすぐ近く。外国の方が多く、皆さマナーも良くトラブルなし。一番は宿泊料金。平日3泊して18000はあり得ないくらいにリーズナブル。 地下一階は多少改善されたがまだ下水の匂いが残る。ここが直ると最高。

A cápsula era muito confortável e parecia nova. Um bairro calmo e tranquilo com muitas conveniências perto. Os cacifos. Muito difícil mexer com as malas lá dentro. Eram no piso inferior, era sempre um desce e sobe. Para quem fica muitos dias, faz um pouco de confusão.

- Mami (8/5): 宿泊だけなら最高の宿 - 清潔で快適に宿泊出来ました！ 赤坂見附駅からも徒歩圏内で飲食店やコンビニもたくさんあり便利でした。宿泊するだけなら全く問題のない快適な宿です チェックイン前の手荷物預けはスタッフが誰もおらずカウンターの横に置くことになりセキュリティ的に不安なのと、飲食可能なフリースペースが狭く席が空くのにかなりの時間を要しました
- Maki (5/5): 初回だったとはいえ、眠れなさすぎてしんどかった - 清潔なトイレシャワー室カプセルだった。 シャワールームに水が腐ったような臭いがあり、気持ち悪かった。水回りは綺麗にしていてありがたかったけれど、このにおいは、とても嫌だった。全てにおいて椅子を置かず、スペース極小で荷物の整理ができないのが辛い。ロッカールームが地下と、離れているのも辛かった。 睡眠レポート付きを頼んでいたが、２日分ともなかった。 睡眠もできず、辛かった。

- Frank (6/5): Spartaans, maar hij heeft goedkoop - Capsules zijn aangenaam van formaat en schoon De lobby heeft het formaat van een bushalte en staat al snel helemaal vol met mensen. Het matras in de capsule is best dun en het ontbijt dat we erbij hadden besteld was eigenlijk een koffie met een half schijfje opgewarmd brood. Je kunt je ook niet veel verwachten voor die paar euro’s, maar dit viel ook niet mee.

- Joana (7/5): Boa experiência. - Capsula é confortável, e com espaço. Na zona dos cacifos não existe um espaço onde se possa abrir a mala, tem de ser no chão em frente ao cacifo o que por vezes impede outras pessoas de chegar ao delas. Podia estar mais limpo.

- CHIKA (7/5): 安いなら泊まる - 周りに飲食店が多い。 寝る部屋は綺麗。 睡眠の状態を知れる。 外国の人も多いけれど、マナーが良く 思ったより、静かだった。 何度か泊まったが、ずっとシャワーの排水溝の匂いがずっと、くさい。 ロッカーが狭い。リュックもパンパンだと入れずらいし、 無理矢理押し込む感じになる。 スタッフの愛想が良くない。無表情で、帰る時も、 ありがとうございましたと言わない。 4.50代の女性のスタッフだけ、笑顔で優しい対応でした。 上に人がいると地震みたいに揺れる。初め地震かと思った。 トイレに、携帯やルームカードを置く場所がないので困った。ハンドソープもなかったので、衛生面が気になる。 ゴミ箱の位置が悪く、洗面の奥にあるので、人の間を通って行くけれど、スペースが狭すぎて、捨てずらいし、蓋があるので、蓋を開けるのもなんか触るのが汚い感じで困った。 洗濯機がない。
- Catherine (7/5): Enjoyed my stay. - Liked the location. Enjoyed the little capsule. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the lockers were small so our large suitcase didn’t fit inside. Was a little frustrating to return to reception if I forgot something. I appreciate that we had oversized bags so understand why they didn’t fit.

- Aykokul (9/5): Clean and comfortable - The location was great and the sleeping pods were very comfortable, the sleeping wear, towels and sheets felt very clean and the futuristic feel was very unique, I would recommend for first time visitors to Tokyo the area for unpacking luggage and lockers are quite small, careful if you have bags larger than cabin

- FENG TING (5/5): - 早餐的選擇不多，份量也有點少，但對於食量不大的人來說也算夠吃了 空間是目前住過的膠囊旅館中最大的，而且不算是上下舖，也不太會被上下舖的旅客打擾到 枕頭形狀有點奇怪，不知道怎麼躺才適合 因為沒有附付費洗衣所以還要另外找洗衣店洗，偏偏各洗衣店的又離旅館有點遠，這點蠻不方便的

- s (6/5): 建築は素敵、音は気にならない人は良いかも - 価格、簡潔さ、デザインの良さ、スリープ診断。 近くの方のビニールガサゴソ音が気になって、イヤホンや耳栓でもなかなか寝付けなかったこと。夜何度も起きてしまった。せっかく素敵な建物なのに白いがために汚れが目立ってしまっていた。

- claudia (8/5): Mi experiencia en 9H - La ubicación y la privacidad de las cápsulas; a pesar que me tocó en una habitación con un número de cápsulas mayor a la vez anterior, no sentí incomodidad. El personal es amable. que no hay un área para comer. El espacio destinado para eso es en la misma recepción y es muy pequeño asi que no hay privacidad. Además es un pco incómodo porque regresas cansada de caminar todo el día y los asientos son bancas altas sin respaldar y la repisa es pequeña.

- Olga (6/5): Fun idea, but not for me - The capsule itself was pretty fun for one night experience The rest of the facilities felt very crowded and a bit like a university dorm. Hair and dust in corners, damp smell in the showers. Reasonably clean, but a little icky. The staff was okay, not especially friendly. And the capsule is making regular noises, so earplugs are a must as always

- Marija (8/5): Amazing location and good value for money - Location is great, very close to Akasaka metro station. Good restaurants near by as well. Bed in capsule is pretty comfortable. All in all i would recommend it☺️ Only thing that bothered me is that it wasn’t quiet so i had trouble sleeping but that depends i guess on people around you. How lucky you are or unlucky 🤣

- Маријана (10/5): Novo iskustvo, zaista jako čisto i prijatno 😄 - Sve je savršeno, novo iskustvooo definitivno 😄 Doručak koji smo imali uključen. Doručak nije bio u sklopu hotel, već se ide malo niz ulicu, ali je blizu. Bolje da odete u 7-11 i pojedete nešto, jer je ono zaista mala porcija nije ni za decu. Ostaviću sliku uz recenziju.
