We were so close to the restaurants and the stunning beaches. I couldn't have asked for a better location. I would 100% recommend staying here. We were given breakfast and a goodbye gift. There is nothing i didn't like.

Foteini was a lovely host, very accommodating of us and our 6 month old daughter. Thank you! A little noisy at night with the windows open due to proximity to the restaurants but not really an issue for us as we sleep through anything!
- Jennifer (10/5): Thank you Foteini for a beautiful stay in Naxos. We had a perfect stay! - The property is right next to the beach and right in the heart of Agia Anna. Nothing is too far away - supermarket, beach, food or any Naxos sightseeing. It is simply perfectly located, if you want to stay away from the city and rather be in a relaxing beach location. We had a beautiful sea view room with our own terrace which we loved so much. Watching the sunsets from our room balcony with a glass of wine was so beautiful! The room was spacious, clean and had all necessities. Foteini is so lovely, she will give you tips about Naxos if you ask her and we also got surprised by some free wine (perfect to have watching the sunset from your balcony), grapes and sweets upon our departure. We thought this special touch was just sooooo friendly and made our stay really special. Thank you Foteini ! I cannot fault this property, we would definitely stay here again!

- Andrew (9/5): We would love to come back! - The host, Foteini, was superb. She contacted us before arrival to sort out a taxi from the port, and on arrival she was there to greet us. Lovely welcome basket of food for breakfast, and the fridge was stocked with rose wine and water. The jelly pots during the week and departure gifts were so thoughtful and much appreciated. The location of Litsa Studios was unbeatable, and the sea views and sunsets were spectacular as we sat and enjoyed the complimentary wine on the balcony in the evening. The gorgeous Agia Anna beach was on the doorstep, with plenty of places to eat and drink looking out to the sea. The supermarket was only a couple of minutes walk from the property, and provided fresh bread and pastries each day. All in all, just fabulous and the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing holiday with the family. We had such a great time, it seems overly picky to comment negatively. But if there was anything that could be improved, then I would say that the ‘mini bath’ was small and difficult to get in and out of. Perhaps a walk-in shower would be better.
- Marielle (9/5): Fantastic place! - The location and the view are perfect! Just a few meters to go for a morning swim in the sea. Good restaurants at the seaside. Dinner with your feet in the sand. The owner is very gentle and arranged taxi and car rental. Bus to Naxos town is around the corner.
- Scherezade (10/5): Marvelous experience - This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a "hotel". The rooms were comfortable, ample, with amazing views and balconies, super clean and with all of the amenities you could think of (really). But the best was the service: Foteini was a delight, she made sure everything was perfect, left beach toys for the 5 year old in our group, put watermelon in our fridge, gave us a bottle of wine and even sweets when we left. She made sure our stay was marvelous. I would definitely go back. Nothing at all, but I'd recommend having a car as the restaurants in the area are overpriced and not great.

- Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning location, a few steps from the beach with a gorgeous shared terrace overlooking the sea. Our apartment had everything we needed for our short stay in Naxos, clean facilities and a nice terrace to sit outside in. The hosts are amazing and so lovely, leaving little gifts in the fridge on arrival and throughout our stay - also upon check out. We are so grateful and very eager to return here if we ever come back to Naxos. Can’t believe we came across such a great find! Nothing to complain about 😁

First, the view was breathtaking and the studio was perfectly located. Foteini was the best host, always here if needed and very reactive to the messages. It was clean and functional. The shared terrasse was nice to see the sunset we apreciated the wine and the size of the room the small balcony the bathroom is like my grand mother's .. not very modern. it was nor a shower nor a bath but an old fashioned one person bath were it was hard to move and nothing to attach the shower head. the bathroom could have been cleaner The picture of the accomadation are for me not the reflection of the reality, better in picture than in reality.
