- Marisol (8/5): Segunda vez que nos alojamos ahí, es nuestro lugar favorito, pero creemos que esta algo descuidado - La ubicación es excepcional, fuimos a correr el medio marathon y esta a menos de media cuadra arriba de la avenida principal. Nos recibieron antes de la hora normal de la entrada muy amable el Xebas y nos explico todos los pormenores del alojamiento. Ubicación y trato al recibirnos muy buenos ! El callejón, la puerta de entrada super sucios; se que no es exclusivo de la estancia ese paso pero si deberían de cuidar la limpieza de ese paso por lo menos cuando hay huéspedes, pues olía horrible antes de llegar a las escaleras y había cumulo de basura aun lado de las escaleras de la entrada principal. La cocina no cuenta con estufa (como se ve en la foto, esa estufa no sirve), faltan utensilios básicos de cocina ollas, cubiertos, vasos. La cocina estaba algo sucia y no había esponja para lavar trastes. En el cuarto que estábamos la puerta del baño parece que esta colgada y hace ruido, la regadera necesita puerta pues toda el agua se sale :(

- Patti (8/5): Great location for getting to know the downtown area of GTO. - Although there were 2 other rooms sharing the kitchen space, I was lucky that they weren't occupied while I was there, so no issue with other guests. Across the street there was a loud speaker with someone talking all day - I don't know if it was a radio program (no music, just talking) but it was quite annoying if I wanted to have a siesta during the day. Fortunately, it stopped by the time I was going to bed.
- Petra (7/5): Good place for a good price - Nice clean and spacious room. The advantage is the possibility of using the shared kitchen. Located very close to the city center. The guy who checked me in was very kind, gave good recommendations for restaurants and explained everything. The water in the bathroom was more lukewarm than hot. The room lacked a hairdryer, which would have been useful, and certainly some small heater (especially at night it was colder). Also, a lamp by the bed was missing.

- Isa (10/5): Excellent! - Everything was excellent, I meet the owner of the place and they were extremly helpful with us, they have great customer service, and they make us feel very welcome. The room that we book they thought it was a little bit small for us so they upgrade us with a bigger one, the room was super clean and comfortable, We were supposed to stay one nite and decide to add a second. Thank you very much mrs Georgina for make us feel like we were at home.

Lo único bueno Fuenlabrada comodidad de la cama. Estuvimos ten incómodos que nos fuimos a otro hotel sin importar que perdiéramos dinero ya que estaba pagado la estancia de 4 noches y solo estuvimos 1.
- Amalia (4/5): - No es un hotel, es una casa de huéspedes, yo de haberlo sabido no lo ubiera escogido, solo hay personal muy amable para recibirte y no los vueles a ver, yo tuve el problema en los dos días que no salía gua caliente y salía muy poca agua, el acceso a la casa es peligroso y muy incómodo , mucho más si llevas maleta. No hacen limpieza de la habitación mientras estás ahí Yo buscaba un hotel precisamente para no bstallar con eso, el beneficio por el visto es muy malo, hago el comparativo que sería lo que me hubiera costado un holliday Inn sin todos los beneficios de este Gracias
- Maricela (8/5): One Day Visit - We had a short stay in the city of Guanajuato, can't complain about the room. The place was clean, the only issue we had was arriving there. We had to go through a sketchy what looked like an small alley way uphill with no pavement, just dirt. It happened to be raining the day before and day we arrived. The host was nice and very informative, they even booked my transportation to the airport. Airport transportation is not included with room price.

- Alfredo (10/5): Servicio Excepcional - Nos sentimos como en casa. Georgina, la dueña de la casa fue increíblemente amable. Al salir del hotel dejamos olvidadas unos anillos, aretes, reloj y otras joyas. Georgina no solo nos llamó a comentarnos del olvido sino que hizo los trámites y nos lo envió a la siguiente escala de nuestro viaje. Nos pareció un gran gesto de honradez y amabilidad de su parte.

Las camas y almohadas excelentes,, tv samrt, agua caliente y fría en todo momento, cocineta equipada, nos sentimos como en casa. El lugar excelentemente ubicado muy cerca de todo. Bastante recomendable.
