Pas trop sécurisant quand on est seule. Arrivé écrit 13:00 ????? J’ai du attendre 14:30 avant que quelqu’un arrive! Je dois demander une va boîte ce de papier mouchoir!? Petit-déjeuner très très simple

• Simon Duret (8/5): - L'établissement est situé dans une rue calme et idéalement situé à 5 minutes de la gare. La chambre est vintage et propre avec un jolie balcon. Le petit déjeuner à 10€ est plutôt correct et meilleurs que certains payés plus cher dans un 3 étoiles. Le propriétaire est sympathique !

Balcon au top. Petit désagrément de voisins, bruyants et bloquent l’ascenseur à leur étage. Mais bon ! escalier facile !!

• Visvaldis (7/5): It's a long walk at night for a budget traveller. - It's a decent hotel. There is even a bidet. I didn't use it tough. All things you may need. Safe. Very welcoming and attentive members of staff. It would be rating around 10, but... ... it's nearly twice my budget. This isn't a tourist town. There's not much to do here. I stayed because I couldn't afford to stay in Cannes. But I had to stay 1 night in Cannes later because the last train was back to Cagnes- sur-Mer at quarter past 9 pm. I was walking from Golfe-Juan-Vallauris about 20 km (14 km according to Google maps, if you just walked without sightseeing)another night and arrived at the hotel at 12:20 am. I was also running a few short distances. It was alright. I'm age 63.

• Kashyap (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast was at reasonable price. I liked the balcony. Location of hotel is really good. The owner does not understand English but he used translator. The shower was not comfortable at all. It does not have curtain or glass to stop water spills.

It’s MANDATORY to have a mini-fridge in the room. if you want to drink something cold in the night, it is not any option. It”s really not expensive to provide a mini fridge in every room.

• Lia (5/5): Passable - The location was good, easy walk down to the bay, with decent access to restaurants, while still being in a mellow quiet neighborhood. Room AC worked well. The cleanliness was not up to par. The grout joints in the bathroom were moldy and the carpet stained, as was one of the bedspreads (minor, but not a great feeling.) Breakfast, which we hadn’t realized was an extra charge, was fine, but the neighborhood cafes would have been a much better value.

Decor is quite dated but very clean and comfortable. Nice to have a veranda. Parking at the door. Breakfast available was tasty. The onsite customer service was very good. It was strange for us to have a shower over the bath with no shower curtain. It was close to the beaches too. The shower set up was different to what we are used to but we managed ok.

If you speak only English, you may have some trouble communicating with the staff. Luckily I was able to understand by context and the little French that I knew lol. Also, a guide for the AC would be helpful. (In English)

Location is ok for the beach as well as the old town up the hill, good considering you aren’t paying for beachfront views. Helpful staff, good value for money and overall a nice stay.

There is also a train station 150m away, from where you can go to Nice or Monaco. We loved the big terrace. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom needs renovation. In the morning the elevator is often blocked by the cleaning staff, what’s a bit annoying when you are on the top floor with the baby and a stroller ;)

Secure parking We stayed in july, very hot at night but impossible to open the windows due to street noise, probably because of the police bureau nextdoor . And airco didn't help much . Bathroom with a bathtub and no curtain, use of shower was quite cumbersome.

Very big terrace with 2 tables is like additional room where possible something to eat or drink or even to make morning exercise. Existent parking is really very valuable possibility in this see town . Personnel was very polite and friendly. Room was cleaned accurately enough.
