- Miriam (9/5): - Wunderschöne, idyllische Umgebung. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Kraft tanken und Entspannen. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Toller Ausgangsort für Aktivitäten am Niederrhein und in Holland. Die Couch am Zimmer sollte zeitnah ausgetauscht werden, um die hohe Qualität der Ausstattung zu behalten. Das Sitzen darauf war bequem, aufgrund der Größe war eine bequeme liegende Position eher schwierig. Für Teetrinker wäre ein kleiner Wasserkocher am Zimmer noch schön. Wenn Rauchen im Freien gestattet ist, wäre es hilfreich auch Aschenbecher zur Verfügung zu stellen bzw diese regelmäßig zu entleeren. Es würde das Gesamtbild noch mal aufwerten.

- Britta (9/5): Perfekt, wenn man ab Weeze fliegt. :) - Tolles, freundliches Personal. Wir hatten "sleep&fly" und wurden per Shuttle zum Flughafen gebracht (auch um 03h morgens kein Problem und pünktlich wieder abgeholt. Unser Auto konnte für mehrere Nächte auf dem Parkplatz stehen. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll.

So fühlt sich Urlaub an – entspannt, freundlich und einfach richtig gut. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Was uns nicht gefallen hat? Vielleicht nur, dass der Aufenthalt viel zu schnell vorbei war 😄 Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen – wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Aber die Lage von Schloss Wissen ist ausgesprochen gut. Vor allen Dingen war es sehr ruhig und das Zimmer sehr großzügig.

- Ihiazel (10/5): Immer wieder gern - Ich hatte eine Unterkunft angemietet die absolut nicht akzeptabel war und habe in der Nähe einen Ersatz gesucht. Im Schloss angekommen war ich genau um diese Umstände dankbar weil es einfach rundum alles sehr sehr schön war. Sehr sehr netter Empfang und beim Abendessen im Hotel ist mir als erstes aufgefallen diese rundum Sauberkeit und diese Perfektion. Die Fenster waren so sauber dass man den See wunderbar sehen konnte. Das Essen war sehr gut und ich habe mich in jedem Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. Dass die Zeit so schnell rum war

- Michael (10/5): Märchenhafte Apartments im Schatten eines Schlosses - der perfekte Romantikurlaub! - Traumhaft, ja märchenhaft schön: Ein pittoreskes kleines Dorf zu Füßen eines der schönsten Wasserschlösser des Rheinlands mit langer Tradition. Zauberhaft eingerichtete Apartments mit historischen Reminiszenzen. Mitten drin: ein exzellentes Feinschmeckerrestaurant, das Gaumenfreuden offeriert. Einfach perfekt!

- Thalja (10/5): Heimeliche übernachtung im schloss mit Herzlichem Personal - Ein richtig tolles Hotel, die anlage ist unglaublich schön und morgens einen Spaziergang durch das Gelende und angrenzenden Wald zu machen ist definitiv empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt, der Personal war mehr als Freundlich und sehr zu vorkommend. Wir haben das Paket “Park sleep and fly” gebucht und konnten so das Auto dort stehen lassen und wurden vom Taxi hingefahren und wieder abgeholt. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das waren die 99€ extra für ein stressfreies Erlebnis wert. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder hin. Die zimmer sind super schön und die Geschichte vom schloss wird toll wieder gegeben. Danke für einen so schönen Aufenthalt. ✨ -

- Christof (10/5): Alles perfekt und sehr stimmig, bis ins kleinste Detail. - Die ruhige Lage ist fantastisch und mit dem historischen Hintergrund der Schlossanlage war es einfach wie eine kleine Reise in eine vergangene Zeit.Das Essen und der Service waren hervorragend und wir werden definitiv zum Fahrradfahren wieder kommen um das ganze bei besserem Wetter noch einmal zu genießen.

Großzügiger Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Großes, schönes Hotelzimmer, das Romantik ausstrahlt. Großes, komfortables Tageslichtbad. Auschecken erst um 11:00 h habe ich auch als sehr angenehm empfunden.

- Stefanie (8/5): nice stay next to a beautiful castle - The location was great when arriving by car, beautiful scenery next to the castle. Staff was super nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, very extensive and great view from the old mill restaurant! We booked the apartment for 4 persons, however, there was no space to sit together with 4 persons. Downstairs had chairs for 3 and the sofa upstairs could also only seat max 3. To improve the comfort for bigger groups, it would be nice to offer seating for the max number of occupants. We knew this before from the pictures and it didn´t stop us from booking, so just an improvement idea. The canvas in seats in the downstairs areas were broken as well as the mosquito net on several windows and that unfortunately diminished the charm of the accommodation, making it feel that this room was not that well cared for, when the rest of the property definitely was.

(7/5): Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt - Lage war sehr gut, wenn man Entspannung und Erholung sucht, die Zimmer waren, da es sich um ein Schloss handelt, dementsprechend von der Ausstattung her angepasst, das Möbel Interieur teilweise sehr authentisch. Das Frühstück grundsätzlich gut und ausreichend, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Auf der Terrasse stand ein übervoller Aschenbecher. Die Box für die Kapseln der Kaffeemaschine waren nicht komplett aufgefüllt. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel dort, beim Neujahrsfrühstück wurde auf dem Frühstücksbuffet kein Fisch angeboten und auch ein Gläschen Sekt wäre eine nette Geste gewesen.

- Diane (7/5): Zeer sfeervol verblijf bij prachtig kasteel. - Locatie schitterend, in een bijgebouwtje bij een prachtig kasteel. Prima ontbijt! En vlak bij onze lievelingsstad Kleve. Heerlijke badkamer. Lekkere bedden en zeer sfeervol. Ik zou de tv beneden hebben geplaatst. Graag ook Nederlandse zenders. Het kraakte en piepte nogal, maar dat had ik kunnen weten. Jammer dat er geen restaurant was.

- Stephanie Hain (5/5): Great surroundings, bad service. - The premises are stunning. Beautiful nature and old buildings. Great scenary. We arrived at about 4 p.m. After we went to our rooms we came down again to have a drink. We were served water and wine. Truely, the staff was not happy with us. For them we were there at an odd time. Too early for dinner (which we could not make a reservation for as it was fully booked, they said, but only one long table was prepared for a group). We asked for some nibbles (nuts or cheese or anything). We could not be served anything. We even asked for some left over dry bread from the breakfast. Nothing was possible. The next morning we stood in front of a closed breakfast restaurant. We were told it opens at 8 am and we needed to be early as we had a flight to catch. It took us 20 minutes to catch somebody's attention before we were let in. No bell, no answer to the call at the main telephone number. I guess the hotel should think about the current service attitude.
