- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is the nicest B&B I’ve ever stayed in...and I’ve stayed in more than a few. Andrew and Sharon make you feel right at home. Everything is spotless , comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was beyond what I’ve had anywhere. They provided us with maps and advice. We hated to leave.

The accommodations are gorgeous—room beautifully appointed, gardens delightful. Food was superb—generous gourmet breakfast in the dining room with beautiful views of rolling fields. Hot tub is great after a long day. The hosts are beyond wonderful & very helpful. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else! You will love it.

No request we made was ever too much hassle. The attention to detail was what made our stay so rememberable. Little thoughtful perks that you would get nowhere else is what set this place apart from anywhere else we have stayed. Will definitely be back!

- Kevin (10/5): Absolutely Gorgeous. - From the moment we left, we couldn’t have asked for more. We arrived to be greeted by the owner and she took us to the sitting room, with a roaring fire. Where we were plied with homemade scones and biscuits and a very welcome cup of tea. Then the husband arrived and took our luggage to the bedroom, which was lush in every way. He even offered to drive us to a local restaurant of our choice and pick us up,but we were exhausted, so we declined. Breakfast was excellent, homemade farls and soda-bread, local bacon, sausages. Homemade plum conserve, loacal free-range eggs. Fresh fruit and yoghurt, local butter and superb coffee The finishing touch was, being Easter time, their young six-year old son presented my wife and two little Easter bunnies. The grandfather opened the automatic door to the main road and made sure our exit was safe and wished us “Safe Home”. Absolutely delightful.

Sharon spoiled us with an amazing breakfast and self-made scones, birchermüesli and chocolates. We enjoyed the beautiful, stylish room and even more the whirlpool with a great view on the countryside. I can only recommend this hidden gem as the perfect place to relax and unwind.
