• Mirko (10/5): Accoglienza eccellente, pulizia impeccabile e posizione comodissima - Siamo stati accolti dalla signora Anna, una persona estremamente gentile, cordiale e disponibile, che ci ha subito messi a nostro agio. Ci ha mostrato la camera e ci ha fornito tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La pulizia della struttura ci ha colpiti moltissimo: camera, bagno, asciugamani, accappatoi e ambienti comuni erano curati in maniera impeccabile. Il bagno era molto pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Molto positiva anche l’esperienza della colazione, servita in un bellissimo soggiorno insieme agli altri ospiti. La signora Anna si è interessata con grande attenzione a eventuali intolleranze, allergie o esigenze alimentari. La posizione è davvero strategica: il B&B si trova a meno di un minuto a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana Nizza, comodissima per raggiungere il centro e Porta Nuova in pochissimo tempo. Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole, in un ambiente pulito, accogliente e familiare. La disponibilità e la gentilezza della signora Anna hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più positiva.

• Cate_Pietra (9/5): B&B comodo e pulito per visitare il centro di Torino - La camera, seppur non grandissima, era molto pulita e dotata di tutto. La posizione, non lontana dalla stazione, è comoda per raggiungere le attrazioni poste nel centro di Torino, nel mio caso avevo prenotato una visita al Museo Egizio (consigliatissimo). Check-in in autonomia con istruzioni chiare, non ho avuto alcun problema ad accedere al mio arrivo in serata. La colazione avviene in un camera attigua che è un salone di fatto (essendo un appartamento trasformato in B&B). La stanza era abbastanza in disordine e non molto calda; inoltre, è presente un unico tavolo grande apparecchiato al quale si siedono i diversi ospiti. E' sicuramente un'occasione per scambiare due chiacchere. Tuttavia la Signora che ci ha serviti, fin dal nostro ingresso nella stanza (noi siamo arrivati per primi all'orario prestabilito), sembrava abbastanza stizzita e sbrigativa. Non ci ha informato su quello che avremmo potuto chiedere per colazione (per esempio ho visto da un altro ospite che era possibile avere una spremuta o avere del pane tostato, ma senza menù o qualcuno che ti spiega non è immediato). Inoltre quando era giunto il momento di andare e lasciare la stanza, la Signora ha fatto un commento sul fatto che eravamo stati fortunati perché solitamente loro non concedono mai una stanza per una sola notte. L'ho trovata un'uscita poca carina e ci ha messo a disagio; se così fosse non capisco come io abbia potuto prenotare il pernottamento.
• Alice (10/5): Bed and Breakfast très chaleureux ! - Excellent séjour à la Casa Nizza : lieu calme et d'une propreté immaculée. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Mais surtout : petits déjeuners très copieux et excellents grâce à Anne, la maîtresse de maison : gâteaux faits maison, confiture maison, toasts chauds juste quand on arrive, fruits, yaourtes... Large choix de boissons également : jus de fruits variés, thés variés, cafés... Anne est aux petits soins avec les voyageurs ! Nous avons apprécié echanger avec elle, ainsi que sa présence chaleureuse et sa gentillesse. Elle nous a même fait des petits cadeaux lors de notre depart : confiture maison, habits pour notre futur bébé... Bref, une belle rencontre !
• Santiago (9/5): Excellent, but ask the owner how to get to your room… it’s not intuitive. - The breakfast was great, the owner is adorable, the room of great. Clean, comfortable the water bottle was a lifesaver. Bed was comfy. And it was surprisingly quiet. Instructions to enter the actual room with the virtual key were confusing… signage is minimal. A lot guessing and knocking on doors. A simple (it’s on the second floor first door would have saved a lot of time)

• Juanchu (10/5): Casa Nizza - al lado de la estación de metro de Nizza, y a unos 15 min andando de la estación central, este alojamiento es muy confortable y cómodo. Me tocó la habitación 2. La mujer que atiende el alojamiento es un encanto, es como si estuvieses en casa de un familiar. todo fue perfecto, no hay nada que no me gustase
• Denis (10/5): Tutto ottimo - Camera spaziosa e pulita, situata a due passi dalla metro e in posizione abbastanza centrale per visitare Torino anche a piedi. La signora che mi ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima, con tanta scelta e preparata anche in base alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Ogni giorno venivano cambiati asciugamani e prodotti da bagno, un’attenzione che ho molto apprezzato. La colazione era ricca e abbondante, con una scelta davvero sorprendente. Non mi era mai capitato di soggiornare in un B&B così accogliente e curato: un’esperienza che consiglio senza esitazioni

Przemiła obsługa - zarówno Pani dbająca o gości i przygotowująca śniadania (na słodko) jak i właściciel. Wyjeżdżaliśmy bardzo wcześnie rano a mimo to mieliśmy przygotowane śniadanie i świeżo upieczone ciasto na drogę.

• Robin (10/5): Exceptional - I was in one of the apartments not the B&B as they have both very close to each other. A perfect little apartment in a good well connected location. If you want to feel like you are living in Torino for a few days this was perfect. Markets near by, metro stop very close, very good bus and tram connections.

• Turkan (6/5): Pleasant - Location is good, it is very close to subway and there are many cafes and markets. Staff can just speak in Italian. Signboard is really small and hard to find the hotel at night. Hotel is in an apartment not have a different hotel building. There is no receptionists as well.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Was. Of geen seconde binnen, en werd overladen met regels. Niet een warm ontvangst zoals je op tv bij Ik vertrek en begin een B en B. Jammer. Dit was mijn eerste ervaring en voorlopig voor mij enkel nog hotels. Werd gerund door een man, maar in de acomedatie was zijn moeder woonachtig en runde het ook. Hij deed de administratieve afwikkeling. Ook al zeg je dat je geen Italiaans spreekt. Ze blijft in die tas tegen je te praten. Toen we aankwamen was de tafel al gedekt. Ik dacht verlaatte gasten, echter dit was het ontbijt dat er gewoon standaard staat, en dan bedoel ik ook echt elke dag! Dus de pies stonden er alle drie dagen. Oude spullen en niet hygiënisch. Wel elke dag opgemaakte bedden, maar de haren lagen op de vloer. Enige lichtpuntje is de locatie. 2 metro haltes van Puerto Nova (centraal middelpunt) van Turijn en voor €4 dagkaart enorm prima.
• Emmanuel (10/5): Come essere a casa lontano da casa! - Il BB è stato assolutamente in linea con le nostre esigenze e ha superato le aspettative. Meritano una citazione la pulizia estrema e la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria. Ottimo il rapporto qualità / prezzo, camere molto carine e arredate con gusto, comodità estrema rispetto alla fermata della metro Nizza (a 50 metri dal portone). Consigliatissimo, noi ci torneremo!
• anna rita (10/5): - Casa Nizza è molto accogliente, la proprietaria cordiale, stanze pulitissime e la zona molto comoda per spostamenti essendo vicino alla stazione metro. Molto comoda anche per la ristorazione in quanto ci sono diversi locali. La consiglio sicuramente sia x viaggio di lavoro che in famiglia.
