- Marthe (10/5): - Een oase van rust in de medina. Youssef is erg vriendelijk en staat steeds ter beschikking met advies, tips en hulp. Zeer flexibel in boeking, in- en uitchecken, ontbijt (lekker trouwens) enz… De locatie is ook perfect, dicht bij alle hotspots en binnenin toch rustig en stil. Een aanrader. Je hoort andere gasten goed die reeds aan het ontbijt zouden zitten vanuit de kamers. Als de anderen de rust en stilte respecteren ‘s ochtends, vormt dit geen probleem :)
- Rui (10/5): - The property is super well located, you get by walking to the souk’s, the plaza and most interesting restaurants walking few minutes. It’s on a busy location, but quiet inside. Breakfasts are amazing and have a homemade taste. Youssef is and outstanding host and incredibly courteous, will definitely come back. Arrived late and came to pick us up as taxi can’t get right at the door, helped us get by, recommended places! Also, you get stores, services and restaurants at your doorstep. Thanks Youssef! Nothing really! This was exactly what I was looking for.

- Eni (8/5): - The best thing about this riad was its location — everything is within walking distance. The owner is very kind and always happy to help with recommendations. Another highlight was the room service. I’ve traveled a lot, but I’ve never seen such attention to detail when it comes to cleaning and tidying the room. Just be prepared to fully immerse yourself in the Marrakech culture, as it may otherwise take some time to adjust. The riad had all the necessary amenities, but the facilities were quite old especially the bathroom. The breakfast was also very limited and light.

- Malcolm (9/5): Riad Bensaid is a peaceful haven in the crowded medina only steps away from the busy city life. - It was a great place to relax in the center of the busy Medina area and staff were always helpful and attentive. Youssef was especially good with local tourist advice and welcoming for all guests. The communal areas on ground floor and rooftop great for meeting with other guests and havens to relax at the same time. Access to the riad wasn't great for newcomers to Marrakech but my wife and I didn't find the walking too hard.

- Maurits (10/5): Geweldig verblijf in binnenstad van Marrakech! - Kamer was super! Mooi traditioneel Marokkaans ingericht, goede hygiëne in de kamer, en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De host en eigenaar had het vervoer voor ons geregeld inclusief begeleider voor de wandeling van de rand van de stad naar de Riad. Ook had hij goed advies voor restaurants en activiteiten in de stad. -

- Mark Lawson (9/5): A very enjoyable stay in a traditional and ethnic Riad in a very central part of town. - Location fantastic as 4 mins walk from Jemma el Fnaa square in a traditional area of the Souk. Breakfast on the roof terrace varied and plentiful. But the gem was the personal service of Yusef who could not do enough to help and ensure the stay was spectacular! Everything was as it should be. There were no negatives at all, the property is a traditional ethnic Riad in the heart of the Souk in the Medina- near to everything of importance, with good restaurants and monuments nearby.

Personale gentile, simpatico e disponibilissimo: per esempio benchè avessimo avvisato solo nel primo pomeriggio nella serata del ns arrivo ci hanno preparato una buonissima tajine al limone per cena! - MAR (10/5): Great location, tiad and staff! - The property was beautiful and the host (Yousef- i think its written like this) was very nice. We had a problem one day with breakfast because no one was there to give it to us but he completely came through. He woke up super early the next day (since we were leaving quite early to the desert) and prepared us breakfast and paid us back the money we spent on breakfast the day before, therefore we were super happy about the service and we will definitely come back. The location is great, very close to the main street and main square so it is easy to move with the luggage. I would recommend staying here. Thanks for everything!!! Everything was great.

- Elena (10/5): - Риад великолепный. Удобное расположение, в 2-х минутах от главной площади и центральной улицы. Номера чистые, уборка каждый день. Администрация отеля - это вообще лучшее, что может случиться в Марракеше, потому что сервис превосходит все ожидания, а это очень большая редкость в этой стране, даже при наличии хороших фото можно попасть в риад из которого захочется сбежать. Было холодно - тут же принесли обогреватель, был запах - тут же зажгли благовонии и в номере появилась атмосфера. Завтрак отличный, свежий хлеб, сок, кофе, яйца. Все сытно, всего достаточно! В риаде тихо и не слышно шума улиц, красивый антураж. Благодарю за эти чудесные дни в Марракеше, этот риад сделал их в десятки раз лучше.

- Constantin (10/5): Super riad - The riad is very beautiful and the rooms are pretty and comfortable. The atmosphere is amazing, the view from the rooftop is really pretty too(it can be seen Jemaa el-fnaa,the souks and the Koutoubia mosque).The breakfast is rich and filling, it's a delicious morrocan food. The host,Youssef is also very friendly and kind. He's like Speede Gonzalez which is a good thing! -

La literie est très confortable. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement et le petit déjeuner pourrait intégrer au moins un fruit, même s il y a un jus d orange pressé (il est vrai que les français sont en général exigeants sur le petit déjeuner !)

Colazione abbondante e davvero buonissima, l’ultimo giorno ce l’hanno preparata a sacco perché siamo andati via molto presto. Youssef gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre presente e disposto a rispondere ad ogni domanda ed accogliere ogni richiesta. Ci ha accolto con del the e ci ha offerto anche una bottiglia di acqua. Tasteful authentic decor and a lovely courtyard and spacious roof terrace. The breakfast was delicious with good coffee and fresh bread & pastries. Youssef the manager was extremely helpful and kind. Would be great to be able to pay using a debit or credit card not just cash.

We also appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival by Youssef and the recommendations for exploring Marrakech. The toiletries provided are also really nice We had booked a desert excursion through the Riad, based on a quoted price that included the agreed-upon itinerary and cities to be visited. However, on the night before our early morning departure, we were informed that the price had suddenly changed and were asked to pay an additional €150. This last-minute change was both unprofessional and discourteous, leaving us with a very sour impression at the end of our stay in Marrakech. As a result, we chose not to proceed with the tour to avoid further unpleasant surprises. I would recommend booking only the bed and breakfast services with the Riad and arranging excursions independently.

Youssef was absolutely amazing and took great care to make sure all was well with my stay . The Riad was beautiful with lots of hot water and A/C although not needed at this time. Breakfast was nice consisting of eggs, Moroccan pancakes bread cheese, jam, olives fresh orange juice and coffee. Beautiful roof top to enjoy the sun or tuck away in the covered seating. It’s a great place to stay and I’m sure you will be happy with your choice.

It’s located minutes away from the square and in walking distance to all the main attractions of Marrakesh, whilst tucked away on a quieter road. The courtyard is beautiful, breakfast was nice. The main highlight was the hotel manager / host Youssef who was very friendly, helpful and super lovely overall! If I had to fault anything - our room at the ground floor was a bit humid, but that was the only drawback, and even that wasn’t as bad.

They even did us an early breakfast when we were on an excursion to the Atlas Mountains. Just an electric socket was wobbly.

- Diana (9/5): This a lovely, homely riad, staffed by two experienced and dedicated people, if this is what you’re looking for couldn’t - The location is superb, you can step from the beautiful chaos of the busy market streets in the Medina, into a quiet relaxing space and enjoy a rest. The decorations are tasteful and evoke traditional moroccan culture Yusuf, our host was resourceful, attentive and friendly. His calm and reassuring attitude made our stay feel stress free and comfortable. I am going to recommend any friend who’d like to visit Marrakech stay at his riad! -
- Federico (9/5): Ideal Riad for a short visit to Marrakesh. Big rooms, central location, great value for money. - The location can't be better, very central, close to most of the attractions. Our Host was super nice and cooperative providing all kind of assistance. Breakfast super good, Room floor was super cold so it would have been nice to get a pair of cheap slippers
- Albert (10/5): Emerging into the culture of Morocco 24/7 - The original and traditional guest house of Morocco - Riad was very cozy and clean, with very traditional architecture and furniture. The best way to fill the exceptional welcoming environment of Morocco. The personal was very kind and helpful. If you want to go to any excursion, ask the personnel in the hotel. You will get the outstanding high quality service with the prices cheaper than outside. Actually we have canceled all our excursions reserved before the trip and used the hotel services as they were 30% cheaper. The riad is situated in the middle of Medina, old city with very tiny streets. Don't rent the car, it is impossible to park it nearby. Use taxi, it is cheaper

- Melodie (8/5): Good stay - Close to one of our favourite restaurants and easy walking distance from airport bus stop. Close to everything Marrakesh has to offer. Breakfast was typical Moroccan with variety of bread, jams and also fried egg. We visited in Jan so cool in mornings and evenings. The air conditioner claims to heat to 30 degrees but that’s not the case. There was an extra blanket so fine for sleeping.
- Aurora (8/5): Very good - Great location and riad with rooftop terrace! Very nice breakfast and super friendly host. The assigned room on the ground floor was humid. It was a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night because of that. Unfortunately, all others rooms were taken and there was no possibility to change it. If you are easy going and staying for a couple of nights it's ok, otherwise you may be disappointed. All the rest is good.

- Andris (8/5): Perfect Stay in Marrakesh - The location was perfect, as was the riad—authentic and beautiful. If you're familiar with what a riad is, there won't be any surprises. The rooms were excellent and very clean. Upon request, the owner provided a heater due to the cold night, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was acceptable, but considering the price, one might expect a bit more. Late arrivals were acceptted too, we are grateful for that. We could expect something more from the breakfast for this price. But otherwise, it was good and tasty.
- Harsha (10/5): Perfect base - The team are so lovely and welcoming; they clearly want you to enjoy your stay and help however they can. The riad is beautiful, the rooms are all individually decorated, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is freshly made in the morning, in a very relaxed atmosphere, not the buffet style you would find in a standard hotel. It is located within minutes of the main square but feels like a world away from the bustle once you close the door behind you!

Youssef the host made me feel at home and it was like having a friend in the city for lots of recommendations and info. Highly recommended!

- Şimal (8/5): Very good - Riad Bensaid is in a great location. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Medina. It is quiet and gives you the privacy you want but at the same time you can be in the city centre in a very short time. The room and bathroom were clean. I couldn't have breakfast as I had to leave the hotel early in the morning but they were kind enough to prepare a breakfast kit for me. When I knocked on the door to enter the hotel, I waited at the door a little too long and it was not very fast to enter the room, but other than that, I had a pleasant time there.

- Marietta (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful Riad, right next to Jemaa el-Fnaa. It's clean, and peaceful in the middle of a caotic city. The staff was so helpful, they recommended places to eat, managed the airport transfers and the excursions to the desert.
