Guest Reviews
- Lindsey (1/5): Customer service sucks - NA I requested a cancelation due to transferring to a separate Americinn, closer to where we needed to be for a sports tournament. I was advised the property would respond within 24 hours after my cancelation was submitted; I received 0 response and my message was not acknowledged. Then, despite the policy being charged one night of fees, I was charged the entire stay (value $365). I contacted the hotel, again, and they said they'd refund the difference...proceeding to refund $17. Not the second night as they indicated. When I again explained that they've even failed to respond to my messages and again request a refund due to their failure to respond, including screenshots of all of the above information, they stopped responding. I still have a charge of $365 despite letting them know I would be canceling well over 24 hours in advance.
- KRISTINA (2/5): - The sheets were dirty and the internet did not work
- Hummel (9/5): It was nice and quiet. - It was alright. More hot items. Not enough eggs for choices
- cory (7/5): - No view other than the town which is to be expected. The beds are uncomfortable other than that everything was good. The mattress
- Jeffrey (3/5): Should have been $50 not over $200 - Broken couch bed
Very thin sheets and no comforter
only one ice machine on another floor
They allowed people to be up and loud and drunk until 2-3 AM
Cooling unit in room barely worked.
- MARGARET (3/5): I will not stay here in the future. - The shower curtain did not reach the floor by about 6 inches, so water got all over the bathroom floor. This was in a handicap accessible room. Not good for a handicapped person. Should report them to OSHA.
People were drinking alcohol in the lounge area with minors present at 10:00 pm. The floor was being replaced in the breakfast area and entryway. This created a tripping hazard.
- Krista (10/5): - Everything
- Sara (10/5): - Comfy loved the pool and sauna Nothing i didn't like
- Caleb (10/5): -
- Lindi (7/5): - Breakfast was good, location was good rooms were nice and clean For the cost of the room, I felt that we should’ve had a clean towel for every person in the room. When you book they ask how many people are staying there should be adequate amount of towels for that number of people along with toiletries.
- Pamela (10/5): We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely choose AmericInn again when we visit Princeton. - Friendly staff, quiet, clean and great location
- Douglas (1/5): It sucked -
- Courtnee (8/5): -
- Kristen (3/5): Hotel itself is ok. Staff unable/unwilling to handle disruptive guests. - Location is good for where it is. Only hotel in town. Rooms are in need of updates and maintenance.
Neighbors kept us up all night yelling in the hallways and obviously drunk/drinking. Complained and nothing was done.
- Corinne (10/5): Very pleasant. - Breakfast was very adequate, the food was warm and the coffee hot! I can't think of a thing.
- Yvette (8/5): -
- Craig (9/5): Nice fresh and hotel - Staff nice, fresh and clean hotel. Very nice room. Breakfast no healthy choices
- SATISHKUMAR (10/5): - Good
- Nancy (8/5): - I hope I see my points. I asked the front desk to add my number.
- Julie (2/5): - The overnight staff gave keys to my room to strangers and I woke up at one am to at least 2 guys breaking into my room. It was terrifying and the woman I called at the front desk was unapologetic. Needless to say I didn’t get any sleep that night. Coming from a female traveling alone, beware of this hotel…
- Sharon (6/5): No elevators - Breakfast lacking, not told no elevator. No rooms on first floor. I’m 81. Tough start to stay carry luggage up.
- Brenda (10/5): - The staff were great. The rooms were clean as well the rest of the hotel. Will be staying again
- Lucas (3/5): - Room was big had lots of space The bed was very uncomfortable and we found a used condom wrapper on the floor just under the edge of the bed where our 1 year old daughter was playing
- Patricia (8/5): Decent but not a good value. - This was an average to above average lodging. Not even close to the $250 overnight charge. Not a good value.
- Candice (8/5): - Horrible customer hospitality but otherwise a nice stay.
- Shawnna (8/5): A good place to stay. - It is well located when there isn’t construction taking place. They have done a good job of trying to keep it accessible. It is a little dated and we had trouble latching our door. Otherwise it was great. There was a refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast. A sink outside the area with a shower and commode. The beds were comfortable and no real noise issues. Front door didn’t latch right for our room.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Great!
- Elizabeth (8/5): - The beds are always so comfortable!
- Kathy (10/5): - It was a little dirty but they are gonna be remodeling. Understandable. Toilets were too low. My only complaint!
- Brice (10/5): - Restful nights stay!
- SANDRA (8/5): -
- Cain (8/5): -
- AMY (10/5): - Clean place. Really enjoyed the hot tub.
- David E (2/5): - Grass wasn’t cut and weeds were overgrown - food was bad - place was dirty - two cars were busted up and abandoned in lot - glass on ground outside
They need to really just put in some sweat equity before I stay there again
- Carl (8/5): -
- Donnie (9/5): -
- Paul (9/5): Nice stay over the 4th of July, if not a bit pricey for the area. - Breakfast did have eggs on the second day. The waffle maker worked well, and the waffles were good. The whirlpool spa was a very nice size. The room was very comfortable, and the shower was nice and strong as well as hot. Breakfast did not have any protein (eggs) on the first day. Additionally, the coffee was gone by the time we had a late breakfast around 9:30. The pool area had a strong chlorine smell that irritated the eyes. The towels are what you might expect for this level of a hotel.
- Susan (8/5): - Nice place!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and quiet - Very clean and quiet nice place!
- Carlson (7/5): Good -
- tom (8/5): - Too .amy forms
- Debower (9/5): Superb -
- Jean (8/5): - Very neat and clean.
- David (10/5): - Clean, quiet, and convenient.
- Greenwaldt (2/5): Very poor -
- Paula (10/5): Great location near a store, comfy and clean! - The location is excellent near a grocery store, gas station & fast food. The property looks nice and the front desk and breakfast area/lobby are very welcoming. The rooms were VERY clean which was very impressive and quite pleasant. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in recently at my company approved price point. The hotel room is not a brand new modern design but very nicely set up with everything a traveler needs, a work desk, chairs, refrigerator and microwave & TV w/many channels! The room had plenty of light and outlets for electronics. The beds were firm and quite comfortable. Pillows perfect and the sheets were not scratchy!! Definately pleasant for a great nights sleep. No noise from the surrounding rooms. Each morning there was a nice breakfast that was changed up for variety. It contained a rotation of eggs, biscuits & sausage gravy and each day there was yogurt, cereals, waffle maker, danish and bagels and bread to toast! They also provided grab and go bars & fruit and plenty of juices!
I was very impressed with the coffee out all day and night as it was delish and not watered down!! The hotel offers a nice heated indoor pool & jacuzzi but I did not get time to try it but it looked well maintained. Overall I was completely thrilled with my stay at this property. Nice job. This weary traveler was very impressed and pleasantly pleased! Keep up the great work. I’ll be back in a few months. Not a single thing!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is always a great place to stay. We come here every year.
- Nathan (8/5): - Ok
- chastac2019 (8/5): Overall nice place - We were there for one night. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Free parking. Price was a little higher than I like. Some of my party used the pool and seemed to enjoy it. Near gas station and grocery store.
- Joseph (10/5): - Super convenient location with great staff
- Craig (10/5): - Good place
- Jim (10/5): - Slow tub drain but otherwise very nice
- jose (8/5): - Oportunity to improve .....breakfast and one fitness center.
- Renee (9/5): Superb -
- Dawn (8/5): - Was nice stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was a very nice stay. I travel a lot and would go back here again
- Mark (10/5): - Great!! Comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.
- Pete (8/5): - Breakfast wasn’t great
- Kelly (10/5): - Just what we expected
- Natalie (9/5): Superb -
- kimberlykJ2046HH (2/5): Horrible service from Sam - Sam at the front desk hid in the back room and obviously hates his job. The sidewalks were pure ice, I fell and got a concussion and my husband had to ice the sidewalk so Sam could keep hiding. The hotel didn’t even comp my room! I emailed even after we were home to get a refund or medical compensation and they don’t respond.
- Mindy Kay (8/5): - Water didn’t stay warm long enough
- Elise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bonnie (8/5): - We didn’t like that we went to use the hot-tub and the staff came in and said they needed us to get out so they could drain it and get the chemicals balanced. Ah, you couldn’t have done that the night before or before it opened??
Very inconvenient. Otherwise everything else was fine.
- christy (10/5): - The manager was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Deanna (10/5): Great stay! - Clean & staff was kind! N/A
- Rebecca (10/5): - Extremely clean, staff was friendly. Bed was comfy enough.
- Dirk (6/5): - Ran out of breakfast and couldn’t find anyone to bring out more
- B503IDadaml (10/5): Excellent!! - Nice beds and thr tun was amazing too! See you again wyndam Americainnfart and a handshaken good old fashioned honest way to worship 🙌 and freak off a day with yor side piece 😀 hot and steamer we keep it on the low vibration 📳 type white batch of baby batter on 200 letters in a review . No AI was used
- ANTONIO (10/5): - Excellent services and clean rooms with everything you need.
- Meander25922239864 (10/5): Nice stay at the Americinn - Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well kept up Hotel. Rooms were big and comfortable. Breakfast was what you would expect (scrambled eggs, potatoes, bagels, waffles, English muffins, cereal, fruit yogurt, etc...) but didn't disappoint at all. Would definitely stay here again for a weekend getaway.
- Debby (7/5): Convient location to our wedding venue. - Easy access to suites Furniture run down. Front desk disconnected me twice. On 3rd call said room ready early, then wasn’t.
- Melissa (10/5): - We weren't able to check in at 3:00 due to a hockey team wrecking the place the night before. However that is the only negative thing I can really say about this place. We did have a minor hiccup with the manager early on in the night but it was resolved and we were all able to have a good night. We will be back for sure!
- LNBANG (10/5): Patient and Understanding - The staff was very patient and understanding of the hockey team of crazy boys who tend to be too loud. It was easy check in and check out through a text message. The breakfast was well liked by my kids and well stocked. Rooms were a little small for my liking.
- Bill (8/5): We will stay there again. Should they need Rhyse? - We had a quiet room far away from any noise right in the corner easy access to the parking lot well done All good
- meridee (6/5): - The beds where so hard
- Shawn (10/5): Great place to stay. Priced right. - Very clean. Friendly staff. Liked everything.
- Nicole (8/5): - Nice.
- Jennifer (8/5): Nice rooms, good location, free onsite parking, an overall clean property. - Quiet, comfortable room, staff was kind & helpful. The sink in our room didn’t drain, in-fact the drain plug was removed & laid behind the faucet. There was a long black hair in the sink when we got there, probably because the sink diffuser drain properly for the housekeeper.
- Rebecca (10/5): - We rented 8 rooms at this location for my daughters wedding and stayed for 2 nights. Check in was quick and smooth, the staff was great and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious for what we needed. We loved that the pool was open until midnight. The first morning there wasn't much option for breakfast other than some pastries, cereal, toast and fruits. The waffle batter was pretty empty considering we ate around 7am, but the second morning breakfast was good. Finally some sausage and eggs. Overall we would definitely stay again.
- Ajalena (10/5): - We loved staying here for our minimoon! It was quiet and peaceful which was a perfect way to end our busy hectic week. Every time you walked into the treehouse you were greeted with an amazing smell and everything is so cozy and beautiful. The hot tub was also amazing we found ourselves in there everyday and night.
- Guy (8/5): Traveling - Very clean, good staff/service, breakfast better than most. Have stayed here twice
- Becky (9/5): Quiet comfy slept well - Bed comfy, shower good Asked for a wakeup call never got it toilet very low need bars difficult time getting up.
- Marx (6/5): Pleasant -
- Road01825077435 (10/5): An very welcoming and clean hotel. - We were in town for a wedding. The hotel is very welcoming and clean. There is attention to detail, the care shows. We are a couple who have travelled extensively and appreciated the extra effort to make our stay enjoyable.
There is a very nice grocery store across the property should you need a snack or something. The breakfast was good and the coffee was on all
the time.
Thank You
- Verified traveler (6/5): Fireplace didnt work - Booked a fireplace suite and it didnt work then they said they would fix it and it never got fixed. I paid extra g for the fire place and it didnt work. Very disappointing
- kpisan (4/5): Will stay elsewhere - Is obvious this place is out to make a buck. 3 of four days we couldn’t use the pool as it’s rented out to everyone, meaning kids galore. Bring towels, the put out 6 pool towels (hand towel size)
Breakfast is canned gravy and stale mini biscuits, or scrabbled eggs (carton or powdered) and rubbery sausage. The bread (white only) is in baggies, I suspect to reuse; one was moldy. Don’t expect hard boiled eggs, cream cheese that isn’t flavored or any kind of condiment but ketchup. No water available unless at breakfast.
The one time in 4 days we asked to have our room cleaned, not done. One TV of. Two had to be fixed. A smoke detector kept us up all night, that had to be fixed. One Ice Machine on bottom floor, inconvenient.
There are better options and over $900 for four days, (no AAA, AARP OR military discount) maybe rethink your booking.
It amazes me how businesses come out with “sorry” and that’s the extent of customer service.
- 12wandat (8/5): Overall, great place to stay - Aside from the A/C keeping me awake, the staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, and the motel was a beautiful place to stay.
- John (10/5): - Clean room and great breakfast.
- Sara (10/5): - We had a great weekend stay!
- Cheverria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isna (10/5): - Nice amenities. Breakfast was monitored with care. Kids enjoyed the pool. Other needs were close and convenient. Clean, Comfortable room.
- Thomas (10/5): Sam made the stay better! - It was clean and breakfast was maintained well! Sam, at the front desk, was an outstanding representative for Wyndham!!! Smoking area was right outside the front door.
- Cynthia (10/5): Great hotel - The staff were exceptional. My original plans changed and so had separate reservations. I didn’t realize the rooms were completely different so I had to check out by 11 am and then register again later that day. They apologized but it actually was fine since I had planned to drive 40 miles away to spend the day elsewhere. The breakfast was very good too. I really liked the biscuits and gravy but it was served two mornings in a row. My third morning it was ham and scrambled eggs.
- Cynthia (10/5): - I have stayed at a number of Americinn hotels over the years and they have all been great. Very pleasant staff and accommodations were excellent. Oh, and they have the best biscuits for their biscuits and gravy!
- Lisa (8/5): - Clean hotel with very nice staff. The breakfast was nothing amazing, not much fruit wise ans ham was very dry. Overall was a good stay.
- Melanie (10/5): Like I said I will return because I'm Sophia - An employee named Sophia went above and beyond. I'm disabled.andd she brought my suitcase upstairs. She brought me ice. Don't lose her. She was the best employee made you feel special. I will stay again because of her When I came back one evening there was another employee there on her personal phone when I walked in she kind of went around the corner didn't acknowledge me in any way whatsoever I thought it was rude
- Dustin (10/5): - A
- Bradford (10/5): Awesome place to stay! - It was amazing
- Foley (9/5): Superb -
