• William (10/5): - Great food for breakfast. Excellent location right on hwy 63. Super clean, friendly staff. Overall an excellent stay. I can't imagine a better stay! No problems and when we asked for an extra pillow and blanket they hopped to it and go it to us right away.

• James (3/5): Really needs cleaning/Updating - Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Food was OK and area was clean. Housekeeping did not make the bed or clean the room for the 3 days we stayed at the property. All they did was empty the trash bin in the bath/ink area. When I asked at the front desk they said I must have left some personal item on the bed. We did not. Simple items like this would make all the difference in out stay. Also the hot tub bubbler was broken, not that it would have made a difference, the hot tub had not been painted since the hotel opened. all the paint was missing in the tub and it looked truly disgusting
• Jean (8/5): We would definitely stay here again. Beds were very confortable, - Breakfast was good. Location was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Room was fairly clean. It looked like they vacuumed the room except for right up against the walls all the way around the room, which would have needed to be done with the vacuum hose. Also never moved furniture to vacuum under it. Found gum and wrapper on the floor under the bed which also wasn't vacuumed. I wished there would have been a patio to sit on as the weather was absolutely beautiful and would have loved being outside reading or having a cocktail.

Our room was perfect (child in wheelchair but I didn’t ask for ada as those {I feel} should be for a person that doesn’t have caregivers) I would have preferred real silverware as I really dislike plastic. Jets in hot tub weren’t working but we still enjoyed the soak! This stuff happens, a hotel can not shut down because an extra/amenity needs repair (not a safety issue) Over all, we really enjoyed our stay and will use that chain again. Staff was great! Friendly and helpful.

• D7073TJpaulm (6/5): Overpriced and mediocre - Lower your expectations unless you're paying $270 and then leave dismayed. Decent hotel for a weekend bike race. However, the price for what we got left a bunch to be desired. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, hot tub wasn't working properly but the price, wow! I get it, it's a busy day and they can charge what they want but I'll be looking for a stay elsewhere next time.

There was a hair tie and bobbi pin on the counter and the bathroom floor was dirty. Both rooms were very musty smelling and damp. The air conditioning was not great. I checked out after one night and moved to a different hotel.

The only issue was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom which made for a struggle with moisture in the room. Per WI code, hotel bathrooms must have a mechanical exhaust system capable of exhausting at least 50 cubic feet per minute (cfm) intermittently or 20 cfm continuously. This place has zero.

There might have been one where the tv is at now so that is very misleading I would have never paid almost 300$ for it for one night. If you did not push on door all the way or pull it shut on outside your door doesn’t close. (Safety). Then the hot tub had no working jets in the pool area. Room was clean. The blanket was not thick enough. And pillows were super flat not much to them. The breakfast was decent for hotel breakfast!
• Roberta (10/5): North woods get away - If we’re in the Hayward area, this is where we stay. We’ve always had friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet rooms and good hot breakfast. We will be back on our next trip north!
