• Jill (8/5): - Staff was great. Out room was suppose to have a pull out sofa, but it did not. Since the hotel was fully booked they gave us a roll away bed at no charge. Breakfast was just OK. The fitness center needs to replace the free weights - I wouldn't doubt if the paint that is chipping of is toxic. The handle on the microwave is broken.

• Sharon (3/5): Horrible - I left the tag for maid service two days in a row....no one showed up...ran out of towels, klenex, toilet paper, coffee, etc .. I realize I could have asked for additional items....but wht should I need to ???????? Only on very light blanket with no additional ones in the closet.......the breakfast was the only saving grace I will be going back to Menomonie and will NEVER stay there again. Everything but the food

• Chandler (4/5): It was a good experience with my girlfriend however I was not very impresssed - The breakfast was nice along with the location and fireplace. The jacuzzi spit black specs out every time it was turned on even after me cleaning it 4 times I also had to clean my entire room myself as it looked barley cleaned at all there was even food left in the fridge. The next morning I woke up and went to put my shoes on and a cockroach crawled out I killed it then I then wanted coffee and the whole machine was nasty needs to be replaced, the pool was also not filtering at all and the ceiling was covered in mold.

• April (2/5): I was very disappointed and would not stay at this location again. - The hot tub had so many chemicals in it your eyes started burning within mins. It bleached our swim suits. The vent in our room had so much lint and dirt in it we couldn’t turn it on. The side door did not close all the way so anyone could just come in to the hotel.

• Susan (3/5): Would not recommend unless you just wanted a bed to sleep on for the night. - It was convenient to my event. It had a pool(more about that in the do not like section. I thought the price was good upon booking. My room itself was pretty basic and other than the smell was acceptable. It was rather dark and dingy, old carpets, a bit of a smell in my room. The pool while great in size had green moss/fugi growing under the top rim and I halted my morning swim. The hot tub jets were not functioning. Thankfully was meeting a friend for breakfast as the breakfast provided was less than stellar.

• Cindy (6/5): - We specifically picked this hotel because it looked unique and quaint with a great pool for our girls. Although everything looked clean it just felt grungy to be there. The pool needs a drain and clean (could visually see dirt) and didn’t trust going in the hut tub. The pillows were super thin and the bed cover felt like nothing more than a sheet to cover up with. The breakfast can also definitely improve. My girls tried making waffles and only ate 1 bite because “it tasted funny”. Sadly disappointed and if that is what all AmericInns are like I think we will be avoiding that line of hotels. :(
