The cleaning services are average; I been out at 9:00 AM and returned at 3:00 PM, and the rooms weren't cleaned until I asked the staff. Bathroom amenities like brushes and some accessories were missing, and the handwashing sink was clogged. The price is extremely, extremely, extremely expensive.

We were not even provided enough towels . My past experiences have been good but this time it was very bad service . The supervisor and reception staff were not interested to listen to the complaints and least bothered and purposely ignoring.

Hotel can consider replacing the pillows with more comfortable firm pillows. Special mention for staffs (Hansika, Hamza and others) at pool who saved my son from drowning, and making feel comfortable after that. Even though we received our rooms a bit late, the team went above and beyond to make it up to us with a complimentary room upgrade and a free buffet dinner — such a thoughtful gesture! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I would suggest adding some variety, as the spread remained the same throughout our 7-day stay. That said, the staff were always happy to accommodate special requests beyond the buffet, which we really appreciated. Overall, I truly loved my stay here. The staff were the highlight of the experience — each and every one of them played a part in making our stay memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect—directly connected to Festival City Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the food at the hotel was consistently good with plenty of variety. I also really enjoyed the gym. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for keeping up with workouts during a trip. Special thanks to Ashish from the gym team—he was always friendly, professional, and very helpful. His support really made my gym sessions better. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back!

Rajesh was also creative in preparing new mixes that were not on the menu and ensured the experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended.

- california_usa2020_ (10/5): Much better than expected - We stayed at the Holiday Inn for just one night, mainly due to its proximity to the airport — it’s in an ideal location, barely a 10-minute taxi ride away. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. The hotel features a grand lobby and we were immediately greeted by helpful valet staff, with a very friendly check-in experience that set the tone for our stay. The onsite restaurant, coffee shop and bar offered comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after travelling. Our room was surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable double bed and a modern, clean design. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a walk-in shower and sleek finishes. One of the highlights was the pool, which offers city views, very comfortable pool loungers/beds/cabanas and has a pool bar that stays open till late — a perfect spot for an evening drink. Additionally, the hotel’s covered walkway to Festival City Mall meant we had easy, weather-proof access to shopping and a huge variety of restaurants, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel was much nicer and more modern than we expected for the price. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a quality stay in a prime location near the airport — excellent value and convenience all round.
- mubeenap2025 (6/5): Great Service, Decent Breakfast… Could’ve Used a Little More “Fresh Air” - The staff at this hotel were lovely — friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also quite good, with a nice variety that made mornings enjoyable. Now for the not-so-sunny part: the room itself had a rather distinct personality — a musky odour that lingered like an uninvited guest, and a carpet that seemed to have a story (or scent) of its own. The phone was a bit sticky too, which wasn’t exactly the kind of “connection” I was hoping for. Overall, great service and breakfast, but the room’s hygiene could use some attention — maybe a deep clean and a bottle of air freshener for good measure.

Also close the festival mall and can get things easily. There is also nice view on the river. I will come back again.
