• Brian (10/5): The go-to place in St Peter - Conveniently located in main road within walking distance of everything. Has fridge, microwave, coffee, ironing facilities, laundry. For the price you pay and the value you get there’s really nothing to complain about.

• marierW258EY (10/5): Highly recommend. Very clean and comfy - Excellent highly recommend. It is the cleanest, quietest, friendliest and most comfortable motel I have stayed at in so long. So nice to have a clean clean room along with entire area was clean. Good breakfast with not a lot of choices but enough. If you go away hungry it would be your own fault. Will definitely stay there again if I am in that area. Pool an hot tub really nice.

• Burckhardt (9/5): Great location and well maintained hotel - I really liked how quiet the room was. The location is right next to a highway and my room faced the road, but I didn't hear any road noise. The room was nicely furnished. The breakfast was fine. Kind of some of your basics (eggs, sausage, bagels, bread, yogurt, coffee). The bathroom is pretty tiny and there isn't really much of a counter to set stuff on. Also the shower could have been a little cleaner. But for an older hotel it was fine.
• Jamie (10/5): Great place to stay to visit Chankaska Winery. - Shannon the front desk gal that checked us in was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. The other thing that was refreshing were the prices of things in the vending machines, they weren’t jacked up prices like everywhere else. There really wasn’t anything that jumped out to me as a negative.

• southdakotaborn (8/5): Weary travelers - We were traveling and just going with the flow and decided to stop when we were tired which was about 2:00 AM. The front desk clerk was friendly, inviting, and efficient. Our room was smaller than we were used and there was a musty smell but the bed was comfortable, the showers strong and most importantly clean. The breakfast had only one hot food option which was biscuits and gravy but that was good. Overall, we’d stay again if traveling through the area.

• Gustavo (10/5): - THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND THERE'S PLENTY OF AMENITIES. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT ALL ROOMS HAVE THE SMALL TOILET SEAT. BREAKFAST IS GREAT, OMELLETE, SAUSAGE, PANCAKES, BREAD AND JUICE. THERE'S PLENTY OF PACKING. THE LADY AT THE DESK IS VERY NICE AND SWEET. 😊

There should have been an adjustment in price for that. The room was cold and there are no extra blankets. The 'easy' chair is the worst I've ever sat in.

They even were able to put us on the main floor. The accommodations were very nice and clean and up to date. This morning the gal working was very friendly and helpful to all guest needing help. She was very busy helping restock breakfast items and helping guest at front desk. We highly recommend staying here.

She said she’d put in a work order to restore the labeling. Apart from that the lighting needs updating in the bathroom which currently leaves a dingy feeling. Hall lighting needs updating also. Room was clean.

Everything is wonderful as far as the very friendly staff, the complimentary bottles of water, extremely clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. I was told that beds are new and they are very comfortable. The building is very well kept and is almost done with the remodeling.

Only unsweetened applesauce and eggs that hubby could have had. I was really hoping for unsweetened oatmeal but I'm not upset.The bathroom was tiny.

Not packaged eggs, danish etc. the US should be ashamed of the breakfast offerings here ! And the coffee is usually awful too
