They said it’s done by a separate company and had to be requested. That should be made clearer in the reservations as that is unusual for Holiday Inns.

- Rhonda (6/5): Very nice, but not at 700.00/night. - Great location to several of our favorite restaurants I was really satisfied with everything, until I was notified by my bank that I had been charged twice for my room. I’ve tried reaching out several times and I haven’t heard anything back. Not sure what the problem is. I had considered staying there again, but not now, especially since no one has contacted me about the issue. I paid through Booking.com, so I’m not sure why the hotel has charged me twice.

The lady at the desk in the morning was jovial, polite, and didn’t seem like she was plotting the demise of humanity so that was nice. Room was clean-ish, though I think Holiday Inn needs to retrain cleaning staff/give more time as the bed was crinkly and sheets were not tight at all.

Overall the staff was nice, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and I slept great. This is a nice hotel with great amenities if you're staying with family other than having to pay for breakfast per person.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and sounds from neighbors didn’t travel. The hotel is close to restaurants and ideally located with close access to shopping and food. There is a delicious n restaurant at the hotel, Osaka, that served great drinks and fresh sushi. The only “complaint” was the pool. It was very clean but wasn’t heated to be able to enjoy.

Room was clean however there was freestanding water in the tub by the drain. We didn’t need to use the showers so it wasn’t a big concern. Only annoyance was a squeaking bed when you rolled over. For the price and immediate need for a place to sleep while traveling it was great
