• ugolev024 (8/5): Very nice people. Clean place. Extra cost for parking. Ok breakfast at best. - L'accueil était très chaleureux. Le personnel était gentils, courtois, serviables et souriants. C'était propre. La chambre était très petite. Ils ont fait payé pour le stationnement. Le déjeuner n'était pas très bon pour quelqu'un qui s'attend à des choix de nourriture occidentale.. Peut etre que ce serait bon pour des locaux. Les lentilles semblaient avariées

• Yukari (10/5): 連泊にもオススメのホテル - 40代女性一人旅で利用。 全体的に清潔感◎必要なものはすべて揃っている印象。ハンガーが多めなことと大浴場にも未使用のスリッパが用意されているのはありがたかった。コインランドリーも多めで待ち時間なし、無料洗剤あり。室内干ししやすい設計で乾きやすく、室内の乾燥防止にもすごくよかった。 テレビはYouTubeやTVerなども視聴可能。充電コードも置いてくれている。 苫小牧再訪の際はまた利用したい。 机周りを重視する人は作業スペース狭めかも。私は化粧と食事に使うくらいだったので十分でした。

• MASANORI (9/5): 最高にくつろげる宿。 - お風呂がゆったりしていて小さなサウナもありくつろげました。また、部屋の設備も充実していました。 特にありません。
• Seby (9/5): - Der Standort war sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof oder den Museen entfernt. Alles war sauber, das Zimmer sehr gross, für mehrere Personen geeignet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die gemeinsamen Duschen gibt es nur auf einem Stock. Die Schuhe kann man nicht ins Zimmer mitnehmen.

• Hisaaki (7/5): 素泊まり - 素泊まりだったので食事とかは無し。お風呂は夜中も入れるところは良かった。Wi-Fiも電波強かった。 お風呂に消毒済みのスリッパが置いてあり来た時と違うスリッパを使うように配慮されてたが朝行ったら消毒スリッパはなくなっていたのはちょっと残念。

Small room size for 4 adults. They put 2rooms together to create one family room. Small rooms are a common issue in central locations.

• Jarkko (9/5): A very peaceful first night alone during my trip to Japan. Would have liked to stay longer. - The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and my Japanese-style room was quiet and comfortable - I felt at ease. Unfortunately, I arrived late and tired, so I decided not to try the bathhouse, and I didn't wake up in time to buy breakfast. The location was good - a walking distance from the station - and the price was affordable. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a smell of tobacco that occasionally got into my room from somewhere. At first, I thought it was from previous visitors, but sometimes the smell got stronger, so I think it came from another room.

• Grant (10/5): Accommodating Staff - The room was comfortable and a great value. The staff was VERY accommodating for allowing us to check in late, as our plane and train to the hotel had our group arriving at close to midnight.
• Sunjong (10/5): - 삿포로 및 노보리베쓰 가족 여행을 위한 숙소로 다녀왔습니다. 너무 만족한 숙소라 아래와 같이 장점 정리하였습니다. 가성비를 생각하면 사실상 단점은 찾기 어려운 숙소 입니다. 참고하시고 좋은 여행 되시기 바랍니다. 1) 넓은 주차장에 무료 주차 가능 2) 조식 퀄리티 좋음 3) 목욕탕 생각보다 넓고 깨끗하고 쾌적함 4) 룸 컨디션 : 3층 객실 이용하였는데 매우 쾌적하고 깨끗하며 상대적으로 넓음 5) 기타 사항 : 체크인 시 아이들에게 장난감 선물을 하나씩 나눠주심. 3층에 아이들 놀이방이 있음.

• Kit (10/5): If you look for quiet and relaxing hotel, this is the one - The hotel is a quiet and relaxing one. The elevator is absolutely quiet with no annoying sound. I lived in a Japanese style single room, amenities are all there, very spacious and comfortable. Tatami and Futon are very clean, bed sheets and blanket sheets on Futon are soft. Onsen is nice and hot😁 The location of the hotel is 100/100 for me. About 10 minutes walk from Tomakomai eki. I am visiting Utonai Lake and departing to Shin Chitose Airport during my stay. There is a bus stop (No. 30) going to these two places in just around the corner, 2 minutes walk from hotel ! Absolutely Perfect 😁 Will absolutely stay again if visiting Tomakomai ❤️ Nothing I don't like

• Jade (8/5): Very homely hotel - Very friendly staff, even though they dont speak a lot of English, with Google Translate its no problems at all. The breakfast was amazing, very traditional. The location is functional and easy to reach for both train and car. Washing and drying our clothes was also very easy and the bathroom is on the small side but nice and clean :) all in all it felt very homely. There was a little leftover smell of cigarettes in the room.

• Xia (10/5): Exceptional - Although most hotels, hostels and capsule rooms in Japan are very clean, I must say that this hotel is even more clean, to the most tiny details, mirror and facilities with smooth surfaces, like facets, all shining without any water marks. The check in time is 2PM, earlier than most others, and check out time 11AM, later than others. It means guests could enjoy a longer comfortable time here. On the third floor, there is a playing room for small children, yeah, they also have yukata (cloth for bath) for children. On the second floor, it is a small library full of Manga books. You could take 3 books to your room. And, the bathroom on the first floor is amazing.

• 630flyings (10/5): Fantastic Owner - We stayed here one night as it was near the airport. The owner went way out of his way to make sure our stay was great. Lots of restaurants were closed on Sunday night and he called around for us to find what we wanted and even drove us there in his own car. As our flight out was very early the next morning, he was up to make sure the taxi arrived for us. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. If we are ever in this area again, we would stay at this hotel!
• sakology (8/5): Japanese style hotel - This hotel is the Japanese equivalent of a best western hotel. The hotel is clean and neat. It was recently updated and they did a very good job. The rooms are probably a little bigger than a regular Japanese room. It has its own toilet and sink but the bathing is Japanese bath in a common area. At first I was uncertain about this option having been used to private baths but at the end of the day it was a great experience. The breakfast is Japanese style with lots of little plates. It's quite the meal. The location is close to the train station.
