- Gary (4/5): I was here to care for my elderly mother who is in a nearby nursing facility so it was convenient. - The cleanliness, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly before I stayed there, there was rubbish in the bin and empty beer bottles under the bed and sofa. A smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment as well.

- Sen (9/5): Good value for money, comfortable apartment in Cheltenham, Vic - This was an entire apartment that we stayed in and it was self catering. Exceptionally safe, there were secure entry into the building and secure car park as well. There should have been a guest parking area as well. There was only 1 car parking space for each unit and no guest parking.

The apartment was not clean; it was in a very poor condition. The walls were dirty, cabinets had marks, carpets were dusty, windows and bathrooms had someone's hair. It took me 2 hours to clean the apartment. We did not complain about this because we had already faced significant issues with the check-in time. Additionally, we had just come off an international flight (10 hours) with our 2-year-old child, and all we wanted was to relax and sleep.
When we checked out, we cleaned the apartment and left it in a much better condition than when we checked in.
However, they are refusing to release our $1,000 bond and are claiming additional costs, which is ridiculous. Some photos are attached.

Numerous great golf courses nearby.
Free parking onsite is a huge bonus.
The host was waiting for us when we arrived, The apartment was as described 👍
Will most likely be back next year for the same event it would definitely consider staying here again Payment was a pain as code from link to pay to my bank to me to pay never arrived despite numerous attempts over 2 days. The hosts were very helpful during this time and we managed to organise payment direct to bank account so 'all's well that ends well'

- Elvis (7/5): Could be much better with some improvement - Early check-in and secure parking was provided, which was great. Location is very good with shops, food options and train station nearby. Modern and comfortable enough for a multiple night stay. Our booking included a sofa bed (advertised and paid for as an option), but one was not available for the property and the host provided sheets/bedding to use for the couch. Aside from a bar of soap, basic toiletries were not provided and there was no hairdryer. Found empty beer bottles under the bed.
