- Corneliani (8/5): Nice little resort with good service and quality rooms - A good quality hotel. In the rooms everything works and they are well maintained. They have a wonderful pool and breakfast. The location is a bit of a climb but it is worth it. The rooms have nice balconies overlooking the coast. The staff is outstanding, reception, breakfast, cleaning. One point of improvement is the water pressure in the shower. In room 30 they have a nice shower (both rainshower as well as handheld). But the water pressure is so low, you cannot use the rain shower because it is just only dripping. The hand held shower also had a minimum pressure. If you have a partner with long hair it will take ages to wash that under the handheld. I hope they can improve this because the room was just fantastic.

- reja2025 (10/5): Food is great, service is great but hotel too far from parking - We had dinner at the hotel, ordered from their restaurant. THE price is a bit high but the serving is really big, good for sharing especially crispy pata.. masarap rin sya. We had cocktail din and Kim, the server is very attentive with all of our requests. The place is far from the parking lang kaya medyo lalakad papunta sa resort.

- H8859GQ_ (10/5): Maybelle & Charlene kind guidance and a beautiful resort - I made a reservation for a penthouse The advantage is that there are so many auxiliary facilities and delicious restaurant bars And the room is clean. Soap towels are all basic supplies, and even the refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa, large bedroom is so good and Other resorts have weak water pressure in the shower I like this place because the water pressure is strong even when I take a shower so and The hotel receptionists, Maybelle & Charlene, were so kind and especially the bespectacled maybelle was so beautiful that I even thought about getting married (haha) The downside is that it's a beautiful resort with more advantages except that it's hard to go up once on the top floor.
- iperiola (10/5): Over-the-top service - Having spent vacations in various hotels in Palawan, Iloilo, Guimaras, Bolinao and Batangas, the staff, from receptionists, house keeping, ground staff and restaurant server ranks in my top three for personalized hotel guest services. From a very responsive reception/front desk, to very friendly and happy ground staff, to very meticulous housekeeping with supervisor, and a knowledgeable restaurant server, made our stay so extremely pleasant, relaxing, and care-free. We definitely plan to stay here upon our decision to vacation near Puerto Galera again. Nothing beats being surrounded by great staff that takes care of every need almost immediately. My children and I stayed in the Penthouse Family Suite, and it was absolutely perfect. The suite features two spacious bedrooms and an open layout, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. The best part was the breathtaking view of the entire Sabang shoreline—it truly felt like paradise. The staff at the resort were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality really made our stay memorable. The location is also fantastic, with several great restaurants nearby, including the on-site Tamarind Restaurant and Frasch, which were both incredibly convenient and delicious. We also had the pleasure of enjoying a Christmas Eve buffet, which featured a Swedish menu. It was absolutely delicious, and the variety and quality of the food made our celebration special. The suite itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were cozy, and the air conditioning kept the room fresh throughout our stay. I also loved that we had the option to cook in the penthouse, with complete cookware and utensils provided. It made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Steps Garden Resort. It's truly a home away from home!

We had a great view on my room at the same time the terrace. We saw the beach clearly upstairs while eating my breakfast. Nice pool too to relax and drink.

The staff are very friendly and help you get whatever you ask for. Bed are comfortable, AC worked great, water is hot, towels, linen, everything is comfortable. Food is great!! Try the bananas flambee, it’s the best. The best part are the staff, they’re so so hard working and helpful, and create a great atmosphere. Yes, there are a lot of steps to get to the resort, but the views you get from your personal cabin are incredible.

- Venture22243941423 (10/5): loved to stay here - It was wonderful staying steps graden resort and I was healing time there. Also, the foods in there are delicious and good tastes for me. All staffs are nice, kind and generous to guests, so I loved to stay there for 2 nights. If I go to puerto garela again, I do not hegitate staying there and will stay there again. Especially, Maybelle who r staff in reception is so kindness and easy to explain me to use all facilities there. Thus, I was more happy to stay there. The room is so clean I like the big bathroom and also they had a mini bar inside the room. And the staff is so nice and very friendly. And when it comes to food their restaurant the tamarind restaurant it's a big WOW for me the foods especially the steak we had, oh my gosh very yummy medyo expensive lang siya ng konti pero worth it and nagastos kasi sobrang sarap. We will definitely come back to this place.

- ptkt (10/5): Third stay at Steps Garden and looking forward to my next visit. - I had a great experience staying at Steps Garden resort during my recent scuba trip. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Grounds are impeccable. Clean and well maintained. I booked the smallest room. It was basic but very clean, good a/c, and well stocked mini fridge. Very good wi-fi connection. Fanastic views of the sea from the resort. Keep in mind the reason for the great views is it is on the side of a steep hill so a bit of a walk up - worth the walk. Upside is you don't get any evening party noise. Food is very good but breakfast and lunch only. Dinner restaurants are a very short walk away. Short walk to all the dive shops and evening activities. Very nice pool overlooking the ocean with a poolside bar. They will help you with ferry tickets and transfers but they do add it a little$ of the cost for themselves. Understandable and worth the small fee for hassle free travel. Almost forgot, excellent value for your money.
- Vacation609221 (10/5): a hidden Gem in Sabang Puerto Galera - We stayed at Spets Garden hotel for 3 days, and booked the 2 bedroom family room and 2 jr deluxe suite for my mom and aunt. The food was great, the room is clean, the family room is gorgeous with a nice view of Sabang beach. The Hotel Manager, Mark is very accommodating as well as the hotel staff. We felt well served and the place feels so exclusive for us. Though the family room is located on the top, its like climbing a 7th floor, but its worth it because of the very nice view .We rented out a jeepney to bring us to white beach the whole afternoon and return in the evening. We both enjoy sabang and white beach during our stay. We will definitely come back.
- marklQ3164JW (2/5): Horrible experience - My wife and I chose this place because they had 8.2 on Agoda. I think they got the numbers reversed it should’ve been a 2.8. This place was terrible they refused to give my wife room key upon arrival. The Wi-Fi was terrible you couldn’t stay on for more than five minutes without having to re-sign in. It was super slow. Paying almost $100 a night we asked for ice they wanted to charge us two dollars for a small bucket of ice?? The food was overpriced. The shower was all moldy the water pressure was terrible. Overall this is probably one of the worst Hotels I’ve ever stayed at I don’t normally write reviews but I had to do something hopefully to avoid someone else making the same mistake I did 😡😡😡

Welcome drink, room service ( I ordered carbonara when the restaurant was almost closed), extra towels in the pool area, delicious food, clean rooms and super helpful staff. - E3114DPandrewb (10/5): Still my Favourite place to stay in Sabang - I stayed in room 8 this time right next to the pool. Great big balcony with sun bed and a hammock. All the rooms have recently been refurbished and are even better than before and lovely and clean as usual. The food is good and all the staff are helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back here next time I visit Sabang.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 櫃檯服務不佳 - 已經去住好幾次了 會再去 只要是房間面海景佳 居高看海很棒 不過這次去跟去年的時候一樣 沒使用MINI BAR 最後卻要我多付兩瓶礦水的錢 都在CHECK IN時說了 移走所有要付費的東西 櫃檯人員說不使用就放著 而放著沒使用 到最後卻又說我使用了兩瓶水 我每天到商店購買5公升的水 何需要用RESORT的 水 根本不夠我喝 最後我沒付款 櫃台要我簽一張不知明文件才能離開 還有 櫃台年紀較大的服務人員臉色很差 應答時 板著個臉 另外客房清潔人員態度很好 也很友善 男性工作人員態度很好 就櫃檯的態度最讓人詬病

- kazutaka (8/5): 高台の景色が綺麗なホテル - サバンの港から街中や砂浜を歩いて階段上ってホテルフロントまで10～15位かかります。重たい荷物の人はたいへんなので港のポーターに交渉して１００ペソを払って荷物を運んでもらうかオプショナルツアーの客引きに次の日のアイランドホッピング昼食＆ビールやジュース付きのツアーを値切って(1人 1,500ペソ)で申し込んでタダでホテルまで荷物を運ばすかした方が良いです。自分で運ぶとかなり大変です。ホテルでチェックインが終わると部屋はさらに階段を登ります。私は3ベットルームのビラに泊まったのでフロントから50～60段階段を登りました。部屋は綺麗に掃除がされていて冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、キッチンが付いていました。シャワーのお湯はぬるいです。景色は高台なので最高です。コンビニ、両替(ウエスタンユニオン)、マッサージ、スーパーなどがある街の中心地まで歩いて10分位かかります。レストランはホテルにもありますが少し高いので街中レストランまで同じく10分位かかります。両方とも行く時、階段を下り、帰りは階段を登るのでなるべく食事、買い物はまとめて行く方が良いと思います。ホテルのプールは清潔で綺麗でした。wifiはフロント付近は電波が強いですが部屋では弱いです。
- Ｔｏｍｍｙ (6/5): ２度と滞在しないホテル - 今回、プエルトガレラで夜、２～３回ほど停電があって最悪。 夜中に帯電があって、暑苦しくて寝苦しかった。
- Keith (10/5): Much better than a hotel - We had a little cabin very near the restaraunt/ pool. It was clean and comfortable. I hadn't had a warm shower in awhile! (but it runs cold for a minute or more before getting warm) There was a lot of walking with luggage to get to/from there including many stairs, but the view was great of the flowers, the pool, and the sea! On the "constructive criticism" side. The flat screen tv didn't work day 1, by day 3 we had a replacement which was a comically tiny screen. But it worked. The ac was supposed to be replaced because it couldn't adequately cool the whole room when it was hot outside (most of the time) -especially if the bathroom door was open. Fortunately the fan on the wall assisted enough. But all in all it was a wonderful time. Close to many eateries and easy walking distance to Sabang /jeepneys/trikes.
