- Ole-Kristian (4/5): - Good parking space. Room with a balcony and nice view. The place on the surface looks really cosy. Terrible matrass in bed. The shower cabinet should definitely be replaced. Sink looks like it was sinking into the wall. Sauna and pool are not included. And more expensive than the room. Breakfast was pretty sad. A plate of 1 sweaty sausages, 2 eggs, some half dry cucumbers and tomatoes. Cold toast. And a coffee. No juice, milk, or water. On the plus side, the owners can make this place really good with just a little effort. But i guess they are just tired of running a hotel. One of the owners (I guess) was just sitting in the hallway looking at the tv all the time.

- v (10/5): Загалом, проживання залишило дуже приємні враження й захотілося б повернутися знову. - Відпочивав у цьому готелі тиждень — залишились тільки приємні враження. Номер був чистий, просторий і з сучасним ремонтом. Особливо сподобалося, що прибирали щодня й робили це якісно, без нагадувань. Персонал дуже ввічливий і завжди готовий допомогти. На рецепції швидко заселили, розповіли про всі сервіси, порадили хороші місця неподалік.

Біля ТВ купа дротів у різні сторони... Кондиціонера немає... За цей сервіс мені повинні були платити, а не я.

Одразу по прибуттю було дуже вороже ставлення - адміністраторка готелю почала розмову, немов би ми якісь злодії і незрозуміло чого сюди прийшли 2. Ми забронювали номер із терасою, який на 300 грн дорожчий за номер без тераси. Коли зайшли в номер - він виявився без тераси і фотографії номера на букінгу відрізнялися від реальності. На рецепції адміністратор подзвонив до власника помешкання, який хамив і повчав, які ми дурні, що не розібралися, як працює booking і що в букінгу може бути одне, а в житті такого ніколи нема. В кінцевому результаті - ми жили в номері без тераси. 3. Додаткові комплекти постілі були сирі і тхнули, немов би їх не прали кілька років 4. Душ максимально мініатюрний, в ньому неможливо розвернутися, а ще він протікає! (Вся ванна кімната була у воді) 5. Коли моя подруга була в туалеті - адміністратор готелю вимкнув світло, а коли вона вийшла - він сказав, що думав, що це його співробітниця. Дуже дивна взаємодія співробітників готелю, яка впливає на проживаючих в номері 6. Крім того, що басейн і чани платні - на них ще треба записуватися 7. Під час проживання було дуже чутно кожен крок людей які жили поверхом вище 8. Найгірше - це негативні емоції які залишилися від проживання і від відпочинку не був отриманий 100% кайф

- Mustafa (1/5): No self-respecting person should ever go to this hotel! - After my substandard and terrible experience, I unfortunately cannot give any positive comments for this hotel. We booked a one-night stay for 4095 UAH through Booking. When we arrived at the hotel that night, we were asked for 5500 UAH in cash. They said they didn't have a POS machine, so we couldn't pay by card, and they didn't want to transfer money from our account. When I asked why they wanted more money, they didn't answer, telling us to either pay the extra amount or leave the hotel. They also thought they were doing us a favor, saying let's make it 5000 UAH. Our reservation through Booking was ignored. Unfortunately, because there was a curfew, we had to accept this scam openly. There were no invoices, no documents, etc. There was no drinking water in the rooms. No food, no breakfast. Although we booked two single beds, there was only one, and the second person slept on an old sofa. If you value your vehicle, don't go to this hotel. The road is terrible, in fact, there are no roads at all. This is a complete trap. This is a great hotel for those who want to ruin their vacation! No self-respecting person should ever go to this hotel!

Then, I gave the second half of the amount, it turned out that the fee for the transfer of funds was from my side and I still need to pay more. (Transferring half the half the amount of money is not my initiative, so why should I pay a fee?)

This property has a lot of issues with taking payment by card, They insisted on a cash transfer to a bank account rather than take my deposit through the booking.com site where I have a registered payment card, On arrival payment had to be made in cash as they said their card reader was not working, There was no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room,No fridge other than the mouldy smelling one that is shared by everyone in the property, The bar consisted of a fridge with bottled beer for sale, There is no real restaurant just a room with tables and chairs, breakfast was very basic and very overpriced as was the room, No soundproofing, I could hear everything the guests in adjoining rooms said or done, Melted sockets in the bathroom,Hair dryer was a useless ornament on the wall,I strongly recommend you stay well away from this place even if it is the only option available as it was when I booked to stay here, Staff are totally unfriendly, For the priced charged you would be much better off staying in a more professionally run hotel !

Thin walls, you will hear everything and your neighbors too. Entrance is closing at 10 p.m., you will not enter without administrator.
