• Fusako (4/5): - Don’t recommend at all even though the staff was great and the property was decent. The internet never worked properly and this made things difficult since the cell service in the area is very spotty. The property did not even consider giving a partial refund for this. The parking was challenging - probably the worst during our 50-day tour of Europe. I recommend not assuming the parking is easy based on the description provided by the hotel. This is the case even if you can park in the underground parking of the apartment because you will have to navigate a narrow street flooded with pedestrians. This is the case when you are dropping off your luggage in a nearby shop as they suggest. The day we stayed, the street leading to the apt was closed. If you are forced to park in their second parking structure, you will have to roll your luggage up and down hilly cobbled streets and carry it up and down a steep flight of narrow stairs connecting two streets. We somehow managed but it was time suck and MAJOR strain even for my BF who is fit. In summary, a cautionary tale for future travelers who are considering this place.

La réception de l'hôtel qui gère les studios se trouve à 500 mètres, et n'a pas répondu quand je les ai appelé au téléphone. J'ai donc dû me déplacer pour expliquer la situation. J'envisageais mieux comme première soirée...

The card key and knob took getting used to. A card reader to enter from the garage was added our second day and it never worked.The towels were very thin. My room was noisy. I could hear toilets flush and water running. My companion’s room was quiet. Paper towels were requested but not received. No instructions on how to use the microwave. Pleasant staff.

• June (10/5): Go for it! - We had a super stay. It's a superb location in the heart of old Honfleur. Everything is within walking distance.....beach, parking, supermarket, bakeries, restaurants.

Il faudrait aussi penser à une plaquette d'accueil : nous avons eu quelques difficultés à ouvrir la porte, pas de notice pour le four, pas d'information sur la terrasse ou le hammam.

It is in a great location, minutes from the harbour. The apartment is spacious, perfect for a family. It is always clean and has all kitchen utensils required. The staff at the Best Western where the keys are collected from are always friendly and helpful.

Petite déception pour l’accès au patio qui se fait par le garage avec des escaliers et un passage très sale (masques chirurgicaux qui traînent et chiffons par terre). L’emplacement est top ! Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu la place de parking la dernière nuit. Parking 6 places. Néanmoins nous recommandons très vivement cet établissement.

• Boubakar (8/5): - Malgré un problème de réservation (annulation inexpliquée) pour la première semaine, la responsable du cheval blanc en charge de la gestion de la maison d’Eugene a été très professionnel et nous a trouvé une solution pour les 3 première nuits dans un autre hôtel. Avec une prise en charge du petit déjeuner, de la taxe de séjour et du supplément animal pour notre chien le reste du séjour. Concernant l’appartement, excellent emplacement, la propreté est correcte et équipement assez complet.

Or la terrasse est collective pour la quasi totalité des appartements. Grosse déception ! Pour le reste, le logement est confortable et moderne. Le wifi fonctionne mal : juste pour faire une recherche Google mais impossible d’accéder à un site.

This was a room with cooking facilities, far away from the umbrella hotel which was The Best Western hotel. The garden in the picture looked lovely, but there was no information as to how to find it. Wake up Best Western, you need to present this apartment in a better way.

• Shih Chieh (8/5): Great remodeled apartment - Good location - right in the old town. However i was not informed in advance how to check in - got a little confused.
• Jamie (2/5): - If you are driving, avoid this hotel at all costs. It is impossible to park in Honfleur and the parking lot owned by the hotel is incredibly difficult to find. We followed the map provided and could only access the parking lot by going the wrong way down a one way street. My vacation almost ended in frustration by this hotel, and I broke down in tears more than once. For the sake of your relationship, don’t try to stay at this hotel if you will have a car.
• Jon (10/5): Good Value, Clean and Comfortable - Was very close to the harbor and easy to get around the area. Only complaint is I wish there was a fan since there is not AC. However with the windows open it was comfortable.
• Dana (10/5): - A true gem so close to the WW2 sites. Beautiful grounds, nice staff, and really clean rooms. Not this hotel’s fault, but travelers should know you will have to drive a few miles to get dinner as all local places close after lunch. If I get to make it back, would definitely stay here again!

The location couldn’t be better with a 2 minute walk to the harbour and shops and restaurants on the door step.

• TJ (10/5): - We LOVED the location of this property, as it's within easy walking distance of everything in Honfleur (restaurants, shops, farmers market, and the harbor). We had plenty of space for three people, the room was clean and very quiet. The room had a wonderful kitchenette with large refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils. There is a coffee pot, but you will need to bring your own coffee/tea. There is no iron, ironing board, or take away hygiene products, but there is shampoo/shower gel. We parked our car easily, for added fee. We felt completely safe and would stay here again! Service was great!

• Chris (10/5): Overnight Honfleur visit - Just a quick 1 night stop over in beautiful Honfleur. The apartment is superbly located right in the heart of the Old Town. Some on road parking, we got lucky and parked right in front of the apartment overnight until 12 noon the following day for 12 euros. Perfect. Very clean, modern and very comfortable. Would defo book again.
• stewart (10/5): Perfect location with parking - This is a modern, clean apartment right in the centre of Honfleur. Location could not be better and having a private garage was very helpful as parking in honfleur is challenging. The apartment was very clean, obviously newly renovated and we enjoyed our time as a family of 4 here. We stayed 9 nights and my only criticism is that I thought they may have changed the towels at some point and there was no access to a washing machine, which would have been handy for a long stay but these are not an issue for shorter stays. Would definitely stay here again.
