Moreno (5/5): Costo alto, potrebbero curare più la manutenzione camere - Personale molto gentile, disponibile e pronto. Doccia pessima piena di calcare e augelli bloccati da calcare, lavandino gocciolava su piastra e si sentiva goccia. Lavandino si ostruiva con l'acqua. Prese a muro USB non funzionano, inutile che le abbiano messe. Costo alto

MoniRoby (8/5): - In generale buono, con alcune accortezze potrebbe essere eccezionale vista la posizione Il bagno forse non aveva una buona aerazione, c'era cattivo odore, anche i sanitari, la rubinetteria e accessori un pochino datati anche poco pulito. La camera un po impolverata e molto calda, sarebbe bastato accendere il condizionatore prima del nostro arrivo. Per il resto bene la vista molto bella.

Federica (3/5): False aspettative! - La posizione dell'hotel vicino la spiaggia La camera assegnata la 371 non corrispondeva minimamente alla foto della prenotazione. Mobilio molto vecchio e scricchiolante, areatore del bagno che non aspirava e con forte odore di fogna doccia piccolissima. Condizionatore rumoroso e quindi non si poteva lasciare acceso la notte e non si poteva tenere nemmeno la finestra aperta per il forte rumore della discoteca davanti. Quindi nottate di caldo infernale. Abbiamo pagato molto solo per dormire... un'esperienza da dimenticare.
Isabella (2/5): Alles aber keine 4 Sterne - Das schönste an unserem Aufenthalt war der Meerblick aus dem 3.Stock ansonsten haben wir uns sehr gefreut das Hotel wieder zu verlassen. Wir haben im Vorhinein einen Parkplatz reserviert und darauf keine Antwort erhalten, beim Check-In war dann leider kein Parkplatz mehr für uns frei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt wir könnten irgendwo am Ende der Straße parken. Wir mussten feststellen dass es sich dabei um einen unbewachten Parkplatz handelte den wir eigentlich umgehen wollten. Wir wurden gefühlt nicht als Gäste empfangen denn wir haben keinerlei Info über Strandliegen, Pool, wlan oder Frühstück bekommen. Einzig positiv war dass wir eine Stunde früher in unser Zimmer konnten. Im Zimmer angekommen roch es immer wieder stark nach Abfluss und das Inventar war mehr als abgelebt. Abgesehen von einer Standard Minibar war nichts an Ausstattung vorhanden welche ich in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. Die Dusche hoch oben an der wand montiert war so verkalkt, dass nur noch 4 Strahlen herauskamen. Auf dem Balkon, der nur einen Stuhl vorzuweisen hatte konnte man sein eigenes Wort nicht verstehen wenn die Klimaanlage lief. Wlan Empfang im Zimmer gab es nicht. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse okay. Der Pool wirkte wenig gepflegt. Alles in allem hat das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hier leider nicht gestimmt.

Florida (7/5): We managed in spite of the situation but would not stay there again unless it was July or August - THe location would have been great if we were there a month later. The hotel would have had the facilities open as well. The issue was that we were "off season" the large pool was closed, the outdoor facilities all closed and just not the expectation we had. Wish we were informed --- I would have loved the location if all things were open. We were looking for a few days to just unwind.

Phoebe (10/5): Lovely hotel and staff - Lovely staff, lobby is beautiful and beach club too! Restaurant has a lovely breakfast spread. I didn’t realize it’s a ghost town in the fall, but we still loved staying there again.

Marilee (6/5): Pleasant - We really liked the pool and location and air conditioning in the room. When we booked, the information said breakfast was €10 extra, so we went out. On our last night we happened to inquire about this (because my friend decided to stay an extra night). We were told it was included. I said I was not informed at check in and should have been told. The staff member seemed defensive, saying they have no control over the information provided on booking.com [sic!] and said if I had asked, I would have been informed. Poor sense of customer service.
