- Volodymyr (9/5): В целом все было хорошо. - Большой, комфортный номер, с большой ванной, есть холодильник, есть возможность сделать утром себе кофе. Рядом находится церковь и постоянно звенели колокола, но это не вина отеля🙂 пол в номере был немного пыльный, но не критично. Просто я всегда хожу босиком и чувствую все загрязнения на полу.
- Odin (3/5): - Grote van de kamer Mooie kamer MAAR geen gordijnen terwijl er een complete glas wand zat, totaal geen privacy buren keken direct naar binnen en door licht om 6 uur wakker Daarbij kamer geboekt met ontbijt, MAAR om 8.30 uur beneden echt niemand aanwezig, geen ontbijt of zelfs personeel om uit te checken. Op mijn verzoeken om een factuur via de App van Booking ook geen enkele reactie. Slechtste hotel service is jaren !!

- R.Wi (5/5): Tipp: Fragen ob das Wasser lauwarm oder kalt sei! - Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber - einzig wenn man(n) barfuss durchs Zimmer lief, hat man gespürt, dass es doch nicht 100% sauber ist. Kein warmes Wasser! Beim Einchecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Wasser leider nur lauwarm sei. Es war nicht lauwarm, sondern kalt! Ohne Dusche bin ich am Morgen nur ein halber Mensch und brauche lange, bis ich wach bin...! Als wir um 20:00 Uhr zurück ins Hotel kamen, wurde uns beschieden, dass das Wasser immer noch kalt sei, weil die Pumpe defekt sei. Wir könnten das Hotel wechseln und das bezahlte Geld würde uns zurück erstattet. Wer will schon mitten in der Nacht ein neues Hotel suchen??? Auf die Frage: ob es eine Reduktion infolge des kalten Wassers gebe, sagte die Dame am Empfang, sie schaue das an und fotografierte die Nummer der Kreditkarte. Es gab dann keine Reduktion!!! Frühstück! Wir wurden gefragt, ob wir am Morgen frühstücken möchten - Kosten 20 Euro. Unsere Antwort: 20 Euro, so viel kann ich am Morgen nicht essen, damit der Preis gerechtfertigt ist. Wir liessen es dann sein! Am Morgen war das Restaurant dunkel, scheinbar haben auch die anderen Hotelgäste bei diesem Preis auf ein Frühstück verzichtet. Ich nehme an: Dass der Preis extra so hoch angesetzt ist, damit das Restaurant am Morgen nicht geöffnet werden muss. PS im Hotel MySky in Pulheim wird ein Frühstück für 10 Euro angeboten - das ist ein fairer Preis.
