Sono dovuta andare due volte in reception a chiederli prima di averli. Alle 3 di notte volevo fare una doccia ma l'acqua era fredda. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni: il boiler è spento, lo riaccendiamo domattina, mi dispiace". Poi davanti a me "lo accendono" (anche se a questo punto ho dei dubbi) e mi dicono che dovrebbe esserci l'acqua calda. Ovviamente non è così. Risultato. doccia GELATA con febbre a 39 annessa il giorno seguente. Grazie infinite e A MAI PIU'.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Pros and Cons - The staff is extremely friendly and the traveler roommates were super awesome, caring, and disciplined. The cleanliness needs severe attention. The linens weren't changed. Baby cockroaches everywhere. Shower doors don't close completely, letmading water to stagnant outside of the shower area. The bathroom needs massive cleanliness of both floor and walls.

AC is not bad and the place is accessible by public transportation , my reservation was includes breakfast which they didn't serve due to corona situation but they didn't even mention that while booking , which could affect my booking decision as there was better options but not include breakfast which I didn't get after all !!

Bı de Adanalı Almancı ... Güzel bir deneyim... Tavsiye ederim... Yalnız kahvaltı dahil demişler ama kahvaltı sayılmaz... Ama bu fiyata da bu deneyim kaçmaz. Resepsiyonda görevli olan arkadaş... Sanırım Fuzuli Bey'di... Samimi biri.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - El hostel PODRíA ser hermoso, tiene mucho potencial, pero está super sucio. Cuando llegué tuve que pedir que limpiaran mi cuarto, además de sucio y olor a cigarrillo había comida vieja en el locker. Cuando me levanté a desayunar me señalaron la cocina y nada mas, no entendí que debía hacer, no hay desayuno, o quizá hay que prepararlo uno, pero no hay ningún cartel..La señaletica que es poca, es re mala onda, me puso muy triste, ya que lo elegí por ser de la comunidad LGTB que en toda mi experiencia siempre es colaboradora y alegre.. pero esta fue la excepción.

- RD (2/5): Empfehle ich keinem! - unsere Ankunft war eine grosse Katastrophe. Wir kamen dort an, und wollten in unsere Zimmer für die wir schon bezahlt hatten. Der Hotel besitzer meinte , er habe kein e-mail von Expedia erhalten und dass er keine Zimmer hätte. Die ganze Zeit wiederholte er, dass alles Expedias schuld wäre. Später meinte er , er habe eine Ersatz gefunden, und es wäre besser als sein Hotel und später er wäre nie da gewesen. Wir kamen in einem Apart-Hotel an wo die Decke vor Feuchtigkeit langsam zusammen fiel. Das Apart-Hotel wurde von einem Jungen Man betrieben, die waren total nett aber die Apartments waren ein schock für uns. Sie mussten in rekord zeit das Apartment putzen, natürlich war die sauberkeit dem entsprechend. Ich konnte einmal das Früchstück probieren, es ist kein büfe, alle Hotel gäste bekommen ein Teller , wo soviel essen ist, dass noch nicht mal ein klein kind davon satt werden könnte. Die Lage ist nähe Taksim aber sau gefährlich, Nachts kommen die Frauen raus die sich verkaufen. Wir wurden schon gewarnt , dass wir aufpassen sollen , weil die Gegend gefährlich sei. Ich empfehle das Hotel garnicht, gibt lieber 20€ mehr geld aus , als sich so etwas gefallen zu lassen .
- Çen (8/5): Nice location - Very close to Taksim. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They are not Turkish. They speak English well. But during my stay, I saw some cockroaches. Toilets are dirty and a bit of broken. Very hot in the room. Rooftop is a nice place.

- Scott (8/5): - It’s a hostel so we had tempered expectations. The staff is awesome! Plenty of advice on transit, loaned us (transit) cards and umbrellas, good conversation, and snacks/coffee. Located near bustling Taksim Square. Helped arrange transport to the airport. Nice little family bakery right across the street.

But, The beds not sorted and not cleaned!? . There's cat and fixed hole in the window (can't close). All the lockers have same key (one key can open all of them) and tight my bag didn't fit in.
