• dora (10/5): Beautiful spacious & spotless property behind the beach - Location Is perfect behind the beach and also there’s a bus stop nearby. It was spacious, so clean-spotless and I really appreciated the hospitality I received. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with some fresh lemonade and sweets then my room had been cooled down with AC along with bottles of water in the fridge, mini ouzo bottle, toiletries and candies. When I departed I received a nice little gift too. I would highly recommend and wish to return next year, thank you to the wonderful host! ❤️ also I want to add this place was the most quiet I had on my whole trip, perfect for undisturbed sleep. Nothing-everything was perfect for me

• Helen (9/5): Location was ideal. - Location was amazing. The property was located across from the beautiful waters of Vari. Our host was fantastic and very eager to please, greeting us with fresh lemonade and giving us a lovely soap on departure. The hotel does not offer breakfast however on the waters edge across from the rooms were various taverns/cafes. Parking was available on the property. I love to travel simply without too many bells and whistles, this property is in need of a refurbishment as it it a little run down. Very clean but needs more. It has great potential. Maybe if it was more modern the price would be higher. For me it was all about location. And that was perfect

Few meters away yiu can find tavernas and all day cafes. The city of Ermoupoli is 10’ away. What else do you need for your holidays? Maybe a desk for breakfast in the local restaurants. Generally everything was perfect!

• Petra (9/5): Superb - The atmosphere of our room as well as of the facilities we have there makes you feel comfortable and it was very clean! The friendliness of the owner and the staff makes you feel really welcome. There are good restaurants nearby and you are only a few steps from the well organized beach of Vari. Ermoupoli is also not far away by bus or car.

• Knut (10/5): Exceptional - This was a rally nice place. Very clean, a small kitchenett and a rather large bathroom. A small balcony was much appreciated. Frequent buss depatures to different parts of the island os five minutes walk from the accomodation. Highly recommended.
• Carlo (8/5): Our whole experience was lovely. - Location to the beach was excellent, and the couple running Giosifaki couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely. They don’t serve breakfast, I knew that before so was ok with it, but it would have made it easier.
