- Susan (8/5): Restful stop - The location is right by I80. There’s a Walmart and a few restaurants close by. The lobby is very welcoming. It was clean, quiet, and felt safe.
- Charlie (10/5): -
- jnfrun98 (10/5): Good Place to Stay! - Nice place to stay. It is clean and comfortable. Bed was a bit soft but still got a good night’s sleep. We had trouble with the sink not draining and they were quick to get us into another room. Have stayed here a few times in past and will use again in future.
- michaelvR7269VN (10/5): Overall Great Stay! - We had an overall great stay at AmericInn. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The reception area was also spotless and welcoming.
We really enjoyed the amenities—especially the spa, pool, and gym, which were all clean and well kept. Everything felt orderly and taken care of throughout the property.
The only downside was the breakfast. While it was simple and adequate, it was a bit disheartening compared to how nice the rest of the hotel was.
That said, cleanliness and comfort go a long way, and this location delivered on both. We would definitely consider staying here again.
- P1119KElydiat (10/5): See ya next time! - Second stay and will be back. Beautiful property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed slept great. Breakfast was good and space was kept clean.
My only minor suggestion would be better lighting in rooms. Had to buy a lit makeup mirror on my first stay just to see. Please light up the mirror over the sink.
- Pam (10/5): -

- Breanna (10/5): -

- Danelle (10/5): - Very accommodating and convenient for family! Clean and LOVED the hard floors instead of carpet!! Pleasant staff and good breakfast area! The wall lights in our room didn’t work every time not sure if they were on a switch and we confused things?! Hot tub was amazing but needs some cleaning and or repairs.
- Ann (10/5): Clean, quiet room with scent free air, very comfortable bed - Nice seating areas in lobby. Staff went above and beyond to help me. Room was clean and air had no scent. Bed was very comfortable. Multiple fast food restaurants close by. Numerous restaurants to choose from in the area. I highly recommend this hotel! Nothing

- N4947UZjeanneb (10/5): Very positive experience. - Very good experience at this AmericInn. Our room was immaculately clean, in particular the bathroom, the bed was comfy and the room was nice and warm on a frigid December evening!
- Shelley (9/5): - Very comfortable room. I really liked the separation. Wish there was a vending machine area on 3rd floor.
- christopherdR7135FW (10/5): Great stay - Very clean and friendly. Very Hostable. Rooms were clean and tidy . Lots of parking g for someone hauling a trailer.......
- Mario (9/5): - No tiene servicio de bar 🍸

- Kelly Lynn (10/5): -
- Michelle (9/5): - We loved the every area and used it with extended family connection. It was clean! Maybe more blanket options.
- Jennifer (3/5): - Location
Comfortable bed
Moved me to a different room for 2nd night. HVAC first night blew cold air all night.
Went to breakfast at 7AM and scrambled eggs were gone already. No butter out for toast, etc.
Personnel were not friendly. No words of greeting. No apologies for uncomfortable room the first night.
- Nichole (10/5): We had a great time - Great breakfast and very clean
- paulwX1881NF (6/5): Underwhelmed - We did not have television service till nearly 8pm as they were swapping out all the boxes. Guys finally showed up after we returned from dinner. Awkward. Bed and pillows were hard and breakfast was pretty bland.

- anybm2025 (10/5): Friendly and relaxed vibe - Loved this place! Cozy and friendly vibe. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were really clean. We had some fun playing in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Both at great temperatures. It was also a great location! Would love to visit again.
- Susan (10/5): -
- Babbie G (8/5): - We didn't like our room was 30 rooms from the elevator.
- Rosalinda (9/5): -
- Kathy (10/5): - The establishment is great, the day staff is amazing. The problem we had was the night time desk lady. She was the rudest person. She did not greet us when she arrived instead yelled at our group. That could have been handled so differently. She is not a person who should be dealing with public. She needs some classes in how to handle situations. That would be the reason I would not return.
- John (8/5): -
- carolyn (10/5): - Friendly , knowledgeable staff . Quick response to needs . Very clean & bright . Convenient location , near restaurants & shopping area . Easy to find from interstate .
- Pam (10/5): - Good location and rooms are nice. Outside of the building is looking tired and in need of a facelift.
- KAREN (10/5): - great a little dusty on headboard and lamp
- Araceli (10/5): - We booked again this weekend 8/30/25 and we stayed in a sweet omg it was wow so amazing loved it definitely booked that sweet again. Definitely my favorite place to stay.
- Rebecca (10/5): Staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly. Very clean. Bed, linens, pillows were great! - Breakfast was a little skimpy but good. A little more food at breakfast.
- Lillian (10/5): - Very nice place to stay
- William (10/5): - .
- Brian (8/5): -
- Beth (8/5): - The property was nice and the rooms big. Unfortunately, there was something in our room that caused a family member to have an allergic reaction. Coughing and sneezing but she would get better when we left the room for the day and start again upon returning. Possibly mold in the air conditioner? Please check this out. She is fine after checking out.
- Rick (10/5): -
- Daniel (8/5): - O
- Kay (10/5): - Well maintained property inside and out! Great walking outside and rooms spacious, nicely updated and clean! Staff very friendly and accommodating!
- Beware321 (6/5): Fine hotel with rude front desk staff - Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was what you would expect. Lobby has a unique vibe. Proximity to the town center was good.
Big negative was the woman at the front desk during the day shift. There were two women at the desk around noon. One younger woman with an arm full of tattoos was quite pleasant, but the older woman there is clearly in the wrong profession. Rude, grumpy, not helpful. I saw her the following day and she was equally rude to an elderly man. I suggest she moves to a role without public interaction.
- James (10/5): - great place ….will be back
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel - This hotel was perfect for our one night stay to visit family. The lobby was huge with lots of chairs perfect for hanging out without having to be in someone’s room. Breakfast looked great, but we didn’t partake. My only wish was that they had a place to fill water bottles. The only options were to buy bottled water or ask the front desk person to fill it.
- Gloria (8/5): - Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
- Kenneth (8/5): - I wish they had regular coffee mate or half and half for people that don’t do sugar
- Whitnie (6/5): -
- Gyger (6/5): It was a decent stay... I slept and showered there. That's about it. - I liked the fact it was the newer choice of the hotels in the area. I didn't like the fact there was no room service unless I specifically asked for something. Given this hotel is the most expensive in this area, I would have thought there would have been some room service during the days I was there. Plus - no carpeting on the floor? I bet they're cold in the winter!
- Lisa (10/5): - Great
- Fadia (10/5): - Often, when I travel, I can always notice things that are dirty. But this hotel was very clean. I was so impressed. Great staff. Easy check in and easy checkout. It was nice to be able to check out at 1 PM instead of 11 AM for only $25. My boys enjoyed the pool, which was the reason why we booked the hotel along with the breakfast that is included. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something in Princeton.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacquelyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brandon (10/5): Very quick check in, clean comfortable room, quick stop on our way through. - Very clean and comfortable. The elevator made it easy for us to get to room. We had to drive around the world to get to the hotel, but could see the parking lot from the exit ramp. The breakfast left something to be desired, with only 2 hot options plus plan waffles, could had some toppings or anything other than plain syrup. Only 2 options for cereal. Very few pastries. Just not many options.
- Paul (10/5): - The staff was great. There was a weather emergency and the staff handled it very well
- Araceli (10/5): - As always, it was a very good stay. I stay there so much. I think we’re on a first basis now.Haha
- suzannehP143DO (8/5): Clean and comfy - The hotel was clean and comfortable for a 2-night stay. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was standard. The indoor pool/ hot tub was a plus. The exterior needs some touch-ups/ updating but overall would recommend!
- 307lexiek (4/5): NOT pet friendly - NOT PET FRIENDLY. Their website says they are dog friendly for a fee, but there are numerous signs at the property that say no pets. Fine, clean hotel but not pet friendly.
- Greg (8/5): - I thought the pricing was a bit much for the area but overall it wasn’t to bad.
- Araceli (10/5): - That you can walk to the shopping and restaurante that’s a nice in my opinión
- Ann (9/5): Wonderful hotel! Room was clean; air was clean; comfortable bed - Room was clean and very quiet, even though hotel is near I-80. Air was scent free. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel! As soon as I entered the front door, the lobby was filled with perfume. It got worse as I went to the front desk to check in. I asked the staff member if she knew why it was so smelly, and she said it was coming out of the vents. But I stayed there 5 days before and that was not the case. I recommend that staff do not wear perfume when working with the public. The perfume was so strong that it came through the mask I wore that filters chemicals from the air, when I had to go through the front door to get my luggage.
- Deb (10/5): Great 'cabin-looking' Hotel - This was our 4th time staying here - we do it when we do road trips.
- jasond724 (6/5): Underwhelming at best! - Would not stay here again. Especially for $142 on a weeknight. At best this is a Super 8 ($80-$90 a night) hotel. I would expect the problems I had if it was a Motel 6, but not for $142 a night.
- Door would not completely shut/latch unless you pressed your shoulder/body against it and 'lift' the handle. Had to have the manager come down to my room to show me this lol
- Sink stopped up (photo attached) -
- Shower slow to drain - standing in someone else's backed up bacteria - nice!. HOW does a maid clean a sink and tub but NOT notice this backup or report it???
- Hard bed
- Bathroom door wasn't level, so the top was splintering and rubbed against the frame so everytime you open/close bathroom door it made a loud 'ker-chunk' sound.
- Absolutely NO block-out curtains (photo attached) the room is lite up the entire night (not to mention about four LED lights on various items in the ceiling, blinding when you open your eyes while trying to sleep).
- Depressed area with basic fast-food restaurants. The breakfast looked weak, so I went to the McDonalds.
- Only one 'upscale' restaurant and it was not very good.
- The shower/sink/bed/window wasn't noticed when I checked in, otherwise would have requested another room, but went to dinner, came back and realized door was NEVER shut, didn't notice other things til I was unpacked.
BOTTOM LINE: I would not stay in Princeton or the AmericInn in the future. Would stop in Peru or continue on to next exit. didn't expect to go into this much detail, but for that price, absolutely disappointed!
- Jason (6/5): - Stopped up sink
- Door doesn’t shut
- clogged sink
- Bathroom door jams
- Bed hard
- tons of light thru curtains - very bright!
NOT worth $150! Super 8 average quality at best!
- Y5528ZMannm (10/5): Fantastic staff; clean room; clean air; great beds - The air in the room was unscented and fresh. The air conditioning worked great even when it was 93 degrees outside. The bed was very comfortable. Nice pillows. Very clean. Shower was hot with good pressure. Staff was exceptional! After checkin, I needed help with opening some personal items. She was so kind and warm. I enthusiastically recommend this hotel!
- Garry (8/5): - Property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were very nice. We were, however, charged for water and gatorade we did not buy (had a large, full cooler with us for a one night stay). Called Heather at the front desk about it from back at home - said she would look into it and return my call, but she ghosted me. Kinda hard to believe they need my eight bucks more than I do, but there you go. (I’m sure it was an honest mistake, so it doesn’t affect my overall rating.) I’ll stay there again when back in the area.
- Wendy (10/5): - Very clean and friendly staff.
- Nancy (10/5): - Pool and hot tub were a good temperature. Clean. Nice lobby. Good area with lots of places to eat. Right next to gas station, convenient store, and Walmart.
