• Christiane (10/5): Un hostal estupendo con todo lo que necesitas. - El hostal está muy bien situado a las afueras de la ciudad, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo, pero a la vez todo está a poca distancia a pie. Nuestra habitación era muy limpia y espaciosa, y las camas eran cómodas. Rodrigo fue muy atento y nos atendió de maravilla, organizándonos varias cosas. En el desayuno servían mermeladas caseras. ¡Muy recomendable! ¡Gracias por todo!

• Emma (10/5): Peaceful time in Pucon - Rodrigo was so kind and helpful without being overbearing- even whatsapped me to make sure I knew the boiler was on and could use the radiator when it was cold rainy weather. Loved the cosy room with nice wood panelling and a view of the volcano when the weather cleared. Peaceful at night- handy little kitchen next to my room.As I was there a few nights I think they upgraded my room type as well which was lovely. Supermarket nearby and a short walk to town and restaurants. Pucon is such a great place I felt at home there and at the hostel so quickly! Thank you for a lovely stay! Nothing major- sone issues getting the card machine to work when I arrived which was fine in the end but probably worth bringing cash if you can. Thin walls so a little noise from other rooms at times but nothing crazy and not late at night.
• Asmita (10/5): Hospitable, clean, and spacious. - The host is super helpful and friendly, even though I didn't speak Spanish, he was very patient with using Google Translate to communicate with me. The rooms were clean and they offer a lot of food for breakfast (but you have to make your own eggs). Overall definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget place to stay but still want to have your own room and private bathroom.
• perezje (9/5): - Rodrigo es muy amable y te regala el desayuno si pagas en cash. Además te informa de todo lo que puedes hacer en la zona y te facilita todo lo que puedas necesitar. La habitación es pequeña aunque tenía vistas al volcán y no le faltaba equipamiento.

• Han-tin (8/5): Very good - The host was super kind. The kindest on our so far 3 weeks travel through Chile. He gave us free breakfast when paying in cash, was always available and gave us a lot of tips for sightseeing. The kitchen was well equipped. The room was a bit tiny for two people, but ok for the prize. It got also very cold one night when it was super windy because the wind came through the windows and the walls were quite thin so we could hear the neighbors well.
• Robert (10/5): Excellent hostel! - The hostel is excellent, we loved our stay here. The host was very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay - which we ended up extending by 2 nights. We had a great sized bedroom which was very comfortable and clean, and a great view of the volcano. The shared spaces were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the breakfast provided. Highly recommend!

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - Owners were great. Upgraded our room to one with a view of the volcano for free. Let us leave our luggage and use facilities before we caught night bus. Good kitchen facilities and close to bus station and supermarket. 10-15 min walk to shops and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood Walls were a bit thin so noise traveled between rooms.

• Shulamit (10/5): - This property and the staff are extremely kind!! They went above and beyond to help us out and make the experience positive. When I asked for a place to do the laundry, they said they could take my clothes and wash them for me!! The kitchen is also well equipped so you can make your own food and the staff is flexible to provide extra blankets or delay check out slightly. Good rooms with a good amount of space.

Staff didn’t speak any English but this wasn’t a problem but just something to be aware of!

It has a good kitchen with the right utensils and equipment to cook a decent meal. Room was spacious and very clean and the owners are very kind and hospitable.

• Max (10/5): Great value for money - Very friendly owner and a great hostal in general. We got an upgrade including breakfast for free! Everything you need is present! Fully equipped kitchens and supermarket around the corner. Quite in the evening and 10 minute walked from the center of Pucon. I would definitely book again!
