- Elena Cristina (8/5): Vom reveni, chiar daca…. - Locatia e minunata. Personalul este amabil, cu mici exceptii. A fost frig in camera, problema am rezolvat o dupa ce am primit un calorifer electric. Am avut ghinionul unui grup super galacios pe etaj. Am apelat la pers. de la receptie. Cred ca ar fi bine sa se faca o selectie a turistilor. Au fost sejururi si mai frumoase la Aro Palace.

Camera nu a fost cea mai clean, mobilier vechi, nerenovat, are mirosul acela de hotel vechi, curățenia la baie a lăsat de dorit, se putea și mai bine,in schimb lenjeria a fost impecabila! Parcarea cu plata, 70 lei pe zi....

Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta por causa do calor dentro do quarto, já que a refrigeração do ar condicionado não funcionava. Temperatura mínima possível: 26 graus !!!

- Cristian (6/5): În afară de cazare totul a fost super ok - Excelent Un pat matrimonial este un pat conceput pentru a găzdui confortabil două persoane, fiind piesa centrală a unui dormitor destinat cuplurilor. În cameră am găsit două paturi apropiate care nu duc la confortul acestor cinci stele ale hotelului …pe mijlocul patului nu aveai cum să dormi …patul matrimonial este compus dintr-o singură piesă …asta-i realitatea

- Horia Ioan (8/5): Hotel ultracentral în Brașov - Locație foarte centrală, curat, camera spațioasă, personal amabil, SPA bine întreținut cu piscină semiolimpică cu apă curată, mic dejun bun cu personal suficient de deservire, paturi destul de confortabile Hotelul l-aș încadra mai degrabă la 4 stele. Izolare sonoră foarte slabă, televizor defect și care nu a fost rezolvat deși am sesizat problema la recepție, scurgere cu probleme la baie la cadă ce genera baltă în baie, mobiler puțin învechit.

- Suzan (1/5): Unresponsive - Location Property is not responding to any messages and questions raised via booking. When tried to call them directly, they did not pickup the phone. The hotel is extremely outdated, stuck in communist era with old furniture and smelly carpets.

Situated in the heart of Brasov, with an overlook to the Brasov sign from the comfort of the hotel room, and with a balcony bonus, the hotel is a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time. The 8th floor restaurant was also an excellent choice for food and drinks, which was a perfect fit for the guests and fiends of the guests coming to visit. From the Reception to the breakfast hospitality , restaurant staff and all the staff involved in the hotel were very polite, respectful and willing to make your stay a great experience. We enjoyed the hotel

The pool is large and at certain hours, almost empty. The breakfast in varied and breakfast staff are very polite. -The room needs some upkeep, it seems old and dusty. -There was 1 plug in the whole room, no plugs near the beds. -One of the night stands was chipped. - The bathtub was stained yellow from old age - The carpet was stained in several spots - The front desk staff were very entitled and rude - The tiles in the shower were stained with soap marks

- Neculae (10/5): Am petrecut un sejur excelent intr-o locație superbă! - Mic dejun bogat, multe produse de Paște: ouă colorate, drob de miel, cozonac, pasca, ceapă verde, ridichi, produse bio. Locația excelentă, chiar în centru, aproape de obiectivele turistice si de zona restaurantelor. Personalul foarte amabil. Restaurantul Horizon de la ultimul etaj este unul dintre cele mai frumoase restaurante. Piscina semiolimpică de 5 stele. Mi-ar fi plăcut să avem în cameră o sticlă de apă din partea hotelului.

- Țunea (10/5): Hotel excelent. - Totul la superlativ. Dacă ești cârcotaș poți găsi ceva să bagi devină ca de exemplu că e miros de parfum pe hol sau in lobby.

- Diana (10/5): - Personalul,curatenia,micul dejun,camera spatioasa curata cu o priveliste superba Faptul ca se plateste parcarea chiar daca esti cazat in hotel (4 lei/h in timp ce parcarea publica este 24 lei /zi)
