When there were a few glitches with our arrival, they responded right away and fixed them. The place is spotless and homey. It was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend it. It would have been nice to have access to basic kitchen facilities in the common room to wash tea cups or snack foods that we bought.

- Elisabeth (10/5): Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt mit Familie - Die Lage dieser Unterkunft hat uns einfach überzeugt, gleich um's Eck der Canal, auch sonst alles in der Innenstadt bzw. das Meer fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und authentisch dekoriert, an der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt (sogar kleine Küche integriert). Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Unterkunft in einer Fußgängerzone mit Cafés liegt, es ist abends schon noch belebt, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wer kein Frühstück bucht, hat genug Möglichkeiten vor Ort. Der Check-in-Prozess verläuft sehr unkompliziert, es liegt alles bereit. Check-out dann persönlich bei der äußerst freundlichen Vermieterin. Parken unkompliziert in der unweit entfernten Parkgarage (15% Ermäßigung gibt's von der Unterkunft). Wir empfehlen gerne weiter!

You're right in the center of historical Trieste, easy walking distance to everything. Very comfortable bed! We arrived outside the reception's opening hours and while in the end the check-in process was appropriate, due to our confusion there was a moment of panic and a phone call to the "emergency" number. I don't know if we just missed a crucial piece of information in the welcome email or if something needs to be further clarified (we were on the wrong floor of the two, if we'd known to go to the right one everything would have been 100% fine)

- JAVIER (10/5): En el centro de Trieste.Residencia perfecta. - Residencia muy centrica.Te indican donde puedes aparcar con un descuento del 15 por ciento.El personal muy agradable.Te mandan un codigo de entrada y no tuvimos ningun problema.Estabamos en pisos diferentes pero pudimos desayunar todos juntos en el primer piso.Habitacion espaciosa y muy bien decorada,acorde con la casa de techos altos.Nos gusto mucho.

- Rainer (7/5): Abgesehen von der Parksituation OK - Saubere, zweckmässige Ausstattung, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Klimaanlage kühlt nicht sondern heizt nur, ausschalten und Fenster öffnen hilft aber. Frühstück selbst OK, Ambiente nicht so toll (sehr beengt, praktisch fensterloser Raum). Parkplatz ungenügend: Ich hatte gebucht: zentrumsnah, mit Frühstück und Parkplatz; Der letzter Punkt wurde nicht erfüllt, bei der Anreise wurde mitgeteilt, dass es ein Arrangement mit einer 5 min entfernten Tiefgarage gibt (wäre für mich OK gewesen), tatsächlich war diese voll und mit Warteschlange davor (auch bei einem 2. Versuch am Abend) und ich musste relativ teuer in Bahnhofsnähe parken und zu Fuß mit Gepäck 18 min ins Hotel gehen.

We were able to leave our bags for a few hours after check-out, which was helpful whilst we went for brunch. Staff also recommended some attractions to visit during our stay. Room was a lot smaller than the pictures made it look. It was fine for 1 night though.

- Erin (10/5): Fabulous host and boutique stay in Trieste - Friendly staff, rooms exceeded expectation. Super comfy bed and your own kitchenette with everything to prepare your own breakfast. Fresh croissants delivered in the morning! Immaculately clean. Excellent location and a fabulous host. Highly recommend to those who prefer a boutique experience.

- Sandra (6/5): Good location with great staff. Check room size before booking. - Staff fantastic, helpful and very friendly. Location was excellent. Breakfast basic but good. Bathroom was a good size and clean. Room was exceptionally small. Bed terrible and room musty. Mould around air conditioning unit. Apparently there are larger rooms available.
- Honeyleen (4/5): - Location Getting the keys were a challenge since nonone was available to assist and had difficulty getting into rooms. Lights kept turning off. Beds were dirty with insects and mosquitoes. Bed was super noisy.

- Janis (8/5): - This is a small hotel in a larger building, so it is a bit difficult to find and enter; instructions and an entry code are sent in advance but you have to follow them carefully. The street is pedestrian-only so taxis can't come to the front door. The reception desk isn't always occupied, but when it is the receptionist is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and there are nearby shops and restaurants. The room was cozy (read "tiny") but adequate and the bed was comfortable. We were there only one night on the way to board a cruise ship, so all we really needed was a bed, a shower and breakfast.
- Martin (5/5): - Das Frühstück ist sehr karg. Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten, das wurde nicht erfüllt. Und meine Nachricht über Booking blieb ebenso unbeantwortet, wie meine Kontaktaufnahme über die Notfallnummer der Vermietung.
