Personal freundlich, Frühstück nichts besonderes. Alles in Allem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (wir haben es nur für eine Nacht als Zwischenstoo gebucht) völlig ok.

- Johan (7/5): Fine hotel for one or two nights - Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great coffee at breakfast. First room smoking room smelled like cigarettes, second room smelled like sewage. All night long too (!) loud music in corridors in front of hotelrooms, too loud also in the rooms, needed earplugs. That’s stupid in a hotel.

The bell boy infront of the hotel not helping us ( family with childrens) to unload the bags from the rental car...even.not helping us to open the door..... What a bad service.. The receptionist ( man) morning shift so heartless.. I went to the counter wanted to return the cards for checkout at 8am.. The man just take the cards..without say anything ( even say tq) and i keep standing there thought to sign regards to the hotel procedures..and i ask him back.. ( itu aja ya?)..he say yes without say thank you.. Even that im the guest there say tq to him... Oooh my..... Never recommmeded some one to this hotel.

- Leeana (7/5): Good nights stay - We only stayed one night so we could catch the early morning ferry. The room was clean but sparse. Bathroom was clean as well and everything functioned as it should. Breakfast was included in the price and was buffet style with mostly local Indonesian foods, as expected. Staff was nice and helpful with limited English. We had a dinner at the restaurant, ordered local dishes. It was very good and very inexpensive. This is a very conservative Muslim area and conservative dress for women is recommended. Room was fair size and clean, but very dated and very sparsely furnished.

- Peter Willy (8/5): Gutes Hotel im Zentrum - Gutes Business Hotel. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl war ausreichend. Die Lage im Zentrum ist sehr gut und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss besichtigen. Beim Frühstücken könnte der Nachschub besser organisiert sein.

Plenty life around this area small cafes, good coffee and local tourist shops. Really enjoyed our stay in this area. They got us a taxi to the harbour in the morning at a good price There is a restaurant on site we didn’t use so can’t comment but it was busy with locals and guests. - Afeeqah (7/5): One of the best option hotel in Banda Aceh. The breakfast variety and different everyday. - I like the hotel's location. It's walkable to shopping stores and nearby restaurants. The hotel is in good condition, I think, because it is quite new. The bed and pillow are great. However, I had an issue during check-in. I booked two rooms a months ago, but when I checked in, they assigned one room on the 3rd floor and another on the 7th floor. The reason was that the guests kept extending their stay. If they extended and it overlapped with my reservation, they should not have allowed the guest to extend or should have asked them to change rooms. In the end, the very kind lady at the reception understood our frustration, upgraded one of the rooms, and allocated us to the same floor. Thanks to her. I couldn't use the mini fridge in the room because it was locked. The housekeeping staff said I would need to pay if I wanted to use it.

Everything well organized,I had a comfortable standard room. Good breakfast buffet . I felt very welcomed here. The friendly hotel manager came up to me to ask me if everything is ok . The room was a bit smelly. (Smoke) There was an event going on and it was a bit noisy until midnight.

Breakfast options were fairly average, with limited choice, and particularly lacking in European cuisine. The lack of a baby cot was a drawback for us, it is strange that such a large hotel does not have one. The lack of basic amenities such as shampoo and soap in the bathroom was an inconvenience.
