• Anna (10/5): Cordialità e ordine - La struttura è molto accogliente e curata, gli ambienti sono puliti e ben organizzati. Mi sono trovata davvero bene durante il soggiorno e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del servizio ricevuto. Consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, pulizia e un’atmosfera piacevole. • Silke (8/5): - Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr, sehr sauber. Es wurde täglich gründlich geputzt und ich bekam immer frische Handtücher. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Bad und vor allem die Dusche sind recht eng. Beim Frühstück wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung bei den dolci schön gewesen.

Il parcheggio interno ho potuto gestirlo in piena autonomia. La colazione è stata variegata e caratterizzata da prodotti di pasticceria fresca. Esperienza decisamente positiva.

La ducha salía perfecta. El personal muy amable y simpático! El desayuno correcto y la limpieza de las habitaciones estaba súper bien El baño, sobre todo la ducha, tiene tamaño pequeño.

• Marco (10/5): - Struttura accogliente e tranquilla. Sono restato solo per una notte e non ho potuto fare colazione perché dovevo essere a digiuno per esami medici, ma ho dormito benissimo.

• Emad (3/5): Wrong choice - Very poor breakfast, all prepacked and processed items ,nothing fresh ,nothing natural, all shop bought and of no nutrition value,not even a boiled egg of fresh tomato or cheese. THE CONCEPT OF BREAKFAST does not apply and was a real downturn for us to the extent that we purchased our own bread and vegetables and cheese to make our own breakfast, very disappointed and was below our expectations. THE THIN WALLS, Everytime someone in the room next door went to toilet to do their thing, You can hear it as if they are in the same room as you are, anyone walking down the corridor you can hear each step. There is no lift to the first floor where rooms are located, you end carrying your heavy luggage up the stairs, the room was dark and dingy with the color theam being bright red ,makes you wander what place you are staying in,a hotel or something else. , all in all the experience was not very comfortable, I mean you pay money to have a good night sleep, not to be woken up eventime someone from the next door room goes to toilet in the middle of the night.. ,very uncomfortable and embarrassing to say the least.. waiste of money and pain to relailise that we have a very bad choice selecti g such a hotel.. most disappointing and uncomfortable.

• Ariel (9/5): For an authentic Italian experience with charm for a great price, try Hotel Facioni! - The cleanliness and attention to aesthetics compared to similar types of places was noticeable. They obviously take pride in their hotel and it shows. We really appreciated the gated car area. The proprietor was also very gracious. We were right next to reception so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

• Esencan (7/5): It was good stay, warm shower, clean beds, nice breakfast. - The location is in center of the Pomezia town, where we had to stay for 1 night. The hotel is good for a night stay, clean enough. The breakfast was simple, an ordinary coffee and croissant style food. We were okay for one night stay with our kids. The hotel owner lady was very kind and helpful to find a special taxi for us, she called her friend and arranged it for us (there was no official taxi around, I don't know why). All was generally okay, we thank the hotel stuff. It was all what we expected. The room size was fine, but there was a construction that time and it was loud. Unfortunately, there was a mosquito and it really ate us, but there is nothing to do with the Hotel in this case.

In our room there was a water pump linked to the air conditioning drainage system which operated every 3/4 minutes, it was very annoying especially during the night. The mattress was very hard but I suppose it is just matter of personal taste.

Nothing serious. The breakfast was too sweet and not so healthy. May be if they add some fruits and healthy bread will be good.

• Sehrish (6/5): Pleasant - The staff at were warm, welcoming. However, I must mention that the hotel's one drawback was location and its accessibility by public transport. While the hotel itself was a haven of comfort and relaxation, getting to and from city centers proved challenging due to the lack of convenient public transportation options.
