Consider parking rules flexibility, and plan for potential wifi challenges. - I like the overall stay: Good location (near 7-11, walkable distance to nearby mall), clean, professional and safe surroundings. The hotel itself has clean facilities, cool air conditioning, responsive, helpful and respectful staff. 1) parking at first come first served (even if checked in at 5 nights) - can consider length of stay for flexibility in policies 2) wifi disruption on Thursday afternoon until Friday, i had critical online meetings that time, I just used my personal data. - could consider plan B if PLDT (or any server the hotel subscribes to) fails. 3) long queue in elevators - consider service elevator for staff for high traffic period.

• Alexander (2/5): Unpleasant - Location Poor customer service, check in process took a very long time, room wasn’t ready at 4:30pm despite check in being 2pm, the hotel felt unsafe to me as a female solo traveller with lots of noise and neighbouring doors being knocked/slammed late at night.
• A Pil (9/5): Great location - Location is excellent, what a beautiful area full of restaurants and clean and pretty perfect for a lovely walk in the evening and also walking distance from other malls. We walked to Mall of Asia, it wasn't too far. Hop inn is a chain we love, rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortable. It was also pretty quiet. There was soap body wash and hair dryer in the bathroom. Staff also very polite No fridge and no water in the room

• アイマ (7/5): 空港近くのコスパ抜群なホテル - 4回目の利用で、マニラに夜遅く到着した際寝る場所として利用しています。セキュリティがしっかりしている地区にあるため安心して利用しています。 コスパの良い快適なホテルだと思います。ホテルのすぐ隣にはコンビニがあるため必要なものはすぐに手に入ります。シャワーをはじめ設備は問題なく使え、ベッドの寝心地も良いため根城として使っても良いかもしれません。 基本的に寝るだけの利用ということもあり特に不満はありませんが、もし連泊して使うのであれば冷蔵庫があるともっと良いのにとは思います。エアコンの音が少々大きいため音に敏感な人は耳栓があった方が良いかもしれません。

• Pamela (7/5): Reception staff always smiling and approachable and greets clients everyday! Hotel very accessible to Parqal mall. Still - Super near to Parqal Mall—just cross the street and you’re already there. Near to SMDC Festival Grounds as well so good when attending events. Loved the many seats at the lobby for guests waiting for check-in or for their ride-hailing service. Also with 7-eleven just next door so very convenient. 1)Rooms not soundproof—- noise from other guests in the hallway so annoying and got constant ringing noise from something which I’m not sure but kept repeating for 2 straight nights so kinda hard to fall asleep. 2)Wish there was a hook behind the bathroom door so that can hang clothes or towel and within reach. 3)Also noted 1 of the elevators not working during check-in time. Need more waiting time as a result.

• Manuela (10/5): Excellent stay at the Hop Inn Aseanna City, and I'm coming back again soon!!! - I have booked a couple times in Hop Inn Aseana City from Canada, and it has always been a delightful experience for me. The customer service is excellent, staff at the reception are nice, friendly and easy to talk to, and always with a smile, very knowledgeable and responds quickly when I make a request for grab transport. Even the security are very courteous and always assists with a smile. I love the room, it is absolutely clean, towels are fresh and I also love the bed that its so comfortable, I had a good sleep each time, the bedsheets and comforters are so soft, nice and fresh. The room was clean and hallways are spotless. I also love the idea that it has the most perfect location for me, it is free from traffic, wide roads and area is clean. Walking distance to Manila Bay, Ayala Malls and the MOA, and just beside the hotel is the Parqal Mall, there are many restaurants around, shops including a supermarket. Best experience so far, and I'm glad that I stayed longer this time. Thank you Hop Inn for a wonderful vacation experience! Till my next trip to Manila! :) Nothing really.. but maybe a mug inside the room for hot water when making tea. Mug is better for "hot" water not a glass. :)

• Trinette (10/5): - Hotel Aseana is schoon, netjes, ruim opgezet, en ligt dicht bij het vliegveld. Het staat midden in een commercieel centrum, met restaurants in allerlei soorten en maten. Er zit een 7/11 naast het hotel, voor als je een budget ontbijt prefereert. We konden een tas bij ze achter laten, die we twee weken later opgehaald hebben. Dat paste perfect in ons reisplan.

Det lignede toilet vask som er brugt til at vaske gulv med. 2- ingen friskluft ventilation i værelset. Man kunne næsten ikke opholde sig lang tid i værelset. 3- ingen tillid til en gæst. Selv efter jeg forlængede min ophold med 1 dag ekstra ved receptionen og aftalt denne ekstra dag betalingen ved check out tidspunktet, men alligevel der blev banket på døren i 2 omgange og jeg blev vækket for at komme 9 etager nede til receptionen og betale pengene. Der var ingen respect for det skilte der hægtede på håndtaget og der står” please dont disturb “

The size of the room for 2 people is okay, but there is no telephone to contact the staff if you have something to request. The QR code to be used to download something to use to communicate with the staff was not working. The water was leaking in the shower door, which made the floor tiles wet. The floor tiles are very slippery.
