The staff refused and said only can park at 2pm. The staff cannot speak English and the attitude was really unfriendly and without any patience.

- Antonino Giuseppe (9/5): Comodo e accogliente - Personale molto cortese e vicinanza alla stazione sono assolutamente preziosi Unica pecca che ho trovato è l'arredamento della camera e lo stato di conservazione di alcune parti del bagno (ad esempio, delle misure erano scritte sul muro per quello che credo fosse un intervento di manutenzione). Comunque sia pecche del tutto trascurabili a mio avviso

- Andrea (9/5): Ottiima base per Montecatini e dintorni - Niente da dire, tutto di ottimo livello considerando il prezzo onesto. Camera di dimensioni ok e bagno buono. Colazione ottima come scelta e servizio. Parcheggio interno e caffè offerti all'arrivo! Premesso che per il prezzo (circa 70 Euro in due al giorno) va benissimo, solo dettagli. Temperatura interna di non chiara regolazione, ma ce la siamo cavata. La colazione il primo giorno non era a buffet per via di una carovana di turisti che aveva spazzolato tutto poco prima, ma le brave cameriere hanno fatto del loro meglio. La piscina chiusa era chiusa per via della stagione, ma prometteva bene.

- Stefano (10/5): Uno dei migliori Hotel a Montecatini - Accoglienza perfetta da parte dello Staff dell'hotel. Ottima colazione. I gestori fanno del loro meglio per tenere la struttura adeguata al momento. Bravi!!.. L'hotel rispecchia gli anni 80 dove Montecatini era al massimo del suo splendore. Letti da migliorare. Comunque ben tenuto.

- Gema (7/5): - La piscina y el dueño del alojamiento que es bastante agradable y servicial. El aire acondicionado no funciona en ninguna habitación, la piscina es de pago a no ser que tengas problemas con el aire acondicionado y te la dejen usarla gratis para compensar. Un par de trabajadores fueron bastante desagradables, solo el dueño nos trató bien. El parking esta dentro del hotel al aire libre con aparcamientos justos para 10 coches y entran todos con calzador, si llegas muy tarde te quedas sin sitio. La mini nevera de la habitación a veces funciona y otras no. La ducha no traga bien. Dicen que no puedes comer ni beber cosas del exterior, algo que se han inventado ellos, porque evidentemente tú pagas por la habitación y puedes traer lo que quieras. En resumen, podrían tenerlo mucho mejor de lo que lo tienen y les gusta rascar de todos lados a los turistas dando un servicio cutre y desagradable.

- luca (4/5): - Ampio parcheggio privato; posizione ottima appena fuori dalla ztl L'insonorizzazione è pessima, a livelli imbarazzanti, quasi inesistente. Dalla camera a fianco si sente tutto. Nella mia camera, a peggiorare le cose, vi era il fatto che era collegata a quella a fianco tramite una porta (per fortuna chiusa). Gli arredi sono vecchi e poco curati. Il bagno è scomodo e piccolo. In generale non è di certo un 4 stelle, ma un 3 stelle scarso.

- Alexander (5/5): Great location, friendly staff but looking a bit tired !! - The location and access are great being walking distance to shops, restaurants, train station etc... The place looks pretty tired in terms of wear and tear, old carpets and general presentation of the garden area and pool surrounds. The pool had green algae in it which wasn't particularly inviting although I did go for a swim and it was ok. Just think they could go to a bit more effort on presenting the hotel because on other levels it has plenty going for it.

- MEYER (7/5): Quand on s'appelle Président on doit être en haut !!! - La situation géographique, la piscine peu fréquentée, le parking gratuit La chambre était ancienne, volet un peu cassé, le jeune personnel peu sympathique, le petit déjeuner moyenne qualité et peu de choix
- Matteo (10/5): Ottimo. Lo consiglio. - Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, bagno con doccia e ogni cosa necessaria, colazione molto buona. Tutto estremamente pulito e in ordine. Personale accogliente e gentile. Anche la piscina è molto pulita. Sinceramente non ho trovato difetti in relazione al costo. Unica pecca? Erba un po' alta nelle aiuole.

- Georges (10/5): Superbe - Merveilleux hôtel où nous avons passé un trop court séjour, mais nous y retournerons assurément. Cadre magnifique, propreté des chambres, bon petit déjeuner et belles terrasses où se reposer devant la belle piscine. Personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. Absolument rien. Tout est parfait.

Camera letto con pantofole da notte.Ma la nota migliore è quella del Titolare Giovanni una persona gentilissima e subito pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema.Sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Non mi è piaciuto che è un po’ vecchio principalmente il carpet delle stanze che sembra (e è) sporco, e il bagno é un po’ vecchio, le porte del box doccia cadono.. è un hotel di molta potenzialità ma serve qualche lavoro.

- Maria Letizia (5/5): di passaggio tra Lucca e gli Appennini - Hotel con finiture di un tempo, in legno. Ampia hall soggiorno e sala colazioni/ristorante con bei tavoli tondi. Colazione di buona qualità, ricca e varia. Scelto perché garantiva parcheggio: parcheggio c’è ma non per tutti gli ospiti, quindi si sta fuori su strisce blu a pagamento (intera giornata compresi festivi) - all’arrivo non ci sono state date indicazioni per parcheggio alternativo, la sera invece ci sono state chieste con insistenza (pur gentile ma assai insistente) chiavi automobile per spostarla nel parcheggio hotel appena libero, ma non è stato fatto. Non abbiamo capito il senso di tutto ciò. Quindi domenica mattina siamo scesi a pagare sosta, come peraltro avevamo oramai previsto. La stessa cosa è successa anche ad altri ospiti arrivati più o meno insieme a noi. Piscina: richiesto pagamento 10 euro per utilizzo; sarebbe corretto segnalarlo all’atto della prenotazione, per evitare imbarazzi.

- Anna Vittoria (9/5): - Struttura accogliente e staff cordiale. La stanza era pulita e aveva tutto ciò che era necessario per soggiornare comodamente. Le nostre esigenze sono state soddisfatte tranquillamente. La colazione buona, abbastanza variegata. La piscina molto carina e vitale con il caldo di agosto. Il parcheggio interno veramente comodo per chi come noi ha viaggiato in moto.

(7/5): Overnachten voor een paar dagen is prima, maar niet voor een langere tijd. - Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen en vanuit daar kun je lopend naar het centrum waar diverse winkels en heerlijke restaurants te vinden zijn. Daarnaast zit je dichtbij Florence, Lucca en Pisa. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam, vooral het ontbijtpersoneel. Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud (in de kamer; verstopte afvoer, koelkast die uit elkaar viel, douchedeuren die niet goed sluiten etc.) en de kameromschrijving en foto's zoals deze op Booking.com staat komt niet overeen (geen koffie- en theefaciliteiten op de kamer en absoluut geen geluidsdichte muren). Het is geen hotel om gezellig met z'n allen aan de bar te zitten, hiervoor moet je naar het centrum gaan. Het ontbijt is prima maar elke dag hetzelfde.

- Rafał (7/5): - Największym plusem tego hotelu jest basen i położenie. Świetne miejsce jako baza wypadowa do: Luka, Pizza, Florencja. Pokoje na poddaszu bardzo gorące bez klimatyzacji włączonej która wyłącza się co jakiś czas trudno spać w nocy. Bardzo rzadko można było trafić na warzywa na śniadaniu. Trzeba było czekać aż ktoś uzupełni chleb, lub wędliny.
