Guest Reviews
- Dave (2/5): Think Twice to stay in this place - When we got there the guy didn’t gave us much information pretty much showed us the room and gave us the keys. The first day we had a hard time to sleep because our room was super hot and the AC took very long time to cool down the little room, it was barely blowing any air. The 2nd day we left to tour the city and left the AC so that would be cool on our return but the AC was turned off, so another hard night when you are trying to get over jet lag. The 3rd day, we hidden the AC remote and then he contact us and said to us, “I control the AC”. I asked why was he in our room when we specifically said that we do not want any service and then he said because there was a plumbing issue, we had no plumbing issues. He had no reason to continually enter our room, made us feel very uncomfortable, we were very glad that we locked our luggage up prior to leaving. That made our stay extremely uncomfortable. We were exhausted every day while touring because of the hot nights, then when we told him about the AC not working right he said we had it in the wrong setting but he never took the time to show us and let us know how it was working. We definitely don’t recommend this place at all. Super bad customer service and definitely not safe because he goes into the rooms as he pleases. The photos will show our conversation and how he said “I control the AC.” We also were running out of toilet paper and he told us to grab some from a little room next to us, 1/2 used rolls of toilet paper.
- Caroline (10/5): - The property was in a charming neighborhood
- Brianna (6/5): - I would not stay here again. The breakfast that was included was a little cafe downstairs by a couple who were extremely unwelcoming and rude. They did not even offer the brioche. The AC did not work and we suffered all night using a wet towel to keep ourselves cool. The shower heads need to be replaced as well.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall, Fabio was very nice and replied all my questions very quickly. The building was in a different place (but very close) to the address indicated in the reservation, and the checkout time stated in the reservation and the one I was told was different, but when showing the reservation, they changed it immediately so no problem at all. The room was clean and the staff were helpful at all times, so overall, pleasant stay. Thank you
- antonio (2/5): - El WC no funcionaba, la alcachofa de la ducha atascadisima, el plato de ducha perdía agua y empapaba todo el cuarto de baño, la calefacción no funcionaba en pleno noviembre, lo único bueno era la limpieza
- Mary (6/5): - The check-in process was incredibly hurried although the representative was responsive on WhatsApp. The bathroom shower head needs replacing. Nice to have a kitchen, coffee/tea and washing machine at our disposal, but that part of the “hotel” is not air conditioned and the cleaner smoked on the small balcony, which left smoking odor inside. The cleaner was friendly, sheets and towels and hot water all good. Not a charming location, but right on bus line and accessible to taxis and 20 min walk to Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere.
- Florentina Ana (10/5): - Fabio gave us a warm welcome, prompt to respond to messages.
The room was clean and comfortable, good air conditioning as Rome was really hot, walkable distance pretty much everywhere central. The kitchen area is nice with everything you need .
We had breakfast at the bar downstairs which could have been more enjoyable if the people working there were more welcoming.
Thank you Fabio!
- Diego (4/5): - The name says hotel, but it is not a hotel, it is some sort of b&b, and apartment with multiple bedrooms with private bathrooms
- Evan (10/5): - The room was very nice. Fabio was available always and responded extremely fast. The coffee shop below the place was very convenient and really good. Highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Rome. The Trastevere area is beautiful and gives you the authentic Roman feel.
- Birgit (8/5): - Sauberkeit 👍
Preis& Leistung 👍
- Charlotte (8/5): - This is a great affordable place to stay. It was clean and there is public transport nearby to get right into the heart of the city. There are some nice bars and restaurants around, and we loved going for our coffee and croissant at the bar downstairs.
