• Jonnathan (10/5): Excellent value for cost. - Excellent value for cost. Centrally located. Came to visit the new Toyota plant which is being developed in the city. The staff were courteous to provide us twin beds even thought it wasn't what we booked. Decent spread for breakfast. All in all great value for money.

They provided good travel assistance for us to visit the world heritage site of Ellora and Ajanta.. Breakfast and Dinner was provided and was great. Staff, especially the front office and GM Mr. Kumar was very helpful..
• Rash (10/5): Premium Stay - Comfortable beds. I had requested a quiet room as I was travelling solo, and they kept my request by offering me a cosy corner room. The price was excellent compared to all other hotels nearby, which is tht emost premium location of the city .

Staff were courteous, especially the housekeeping staff, who kept enquiring if we were comfortable and required anything. Good and neat rooms, economically priced. All the major attractions are close by, and the market is right there.. cafes, malls, and eateries are in the near vicinity.

I came for an industrial visit as Aurangabad is a big industrial town.. the food was good, and the linen provided was super clean and hygenic. Regular room service was done. All in all a great stay wifi could have been better

• Asha (8/5): Very Pleasant Stay - Entrance is very elegant & restful. Very clean new property. Looked very new even though it opened in 2019. Our room was spacious & fresh with clean sheets. All the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Shweta in particular. She was in touch with me, gave us a late check out for 2 hours. However we needed 2 more hours so we paid ₹1120/- as we were very tired. Shweta also coordinated for an efficient cab to be with us all day for visiting Ellora Caves & Bibi ka Maqbara and later dropping us to the airport. The hotel did not have a roll in roll out bed for the 3rd guest. So my senior citizen friend slept on 2 mattresses!
• Lawrence (2/5): Short but poor stay - The property was quite new and quite clean. I hate to give such a poor rating, but feel I have no choice. There were too many issues that could not be resolved. We arrived to a friendly staff and were taken to our room. It was quite comfortable except for the amenities. There was no toilet paper, no workable Wi-Fi, no fridge, no TV and no phone. We could not reach reception from our room we had to go downstairs. They had an excuse for everything which was just annoying. We went for breakfast at 8 o’clock in the morning and nothing was set out until 830 and even then it was piece meal. We had to skip breakfast because of our departure time and their poor planning. A real shame, could be a wonderful hotel but was just not.

Location is super as it is near to the airport, on the main road, and near to the downtown. Service is good as well and staffs are friendly. Breakfast served is simple but very tasty. Lunch and dinner are just average. Cleanliness and decos are good.

• Prachi (7/5): Housekeeping Staff - The hotel is situated in a good place with access to nearest market, station etc The housekeeping staff was naive and took time to respond and was very casual if they didn't fulfill the request raised. Hot water was not available when you need and had to wait for someone to address. Another example there was a small cockroach in my room which I killed and asked the housekeeping team to take a look and clean the room if needed...one of the staff member arrived after 30 mins looked at the lifeless 🪳 and said OK will inform others...didn't even bothered to pick it up and throw in the dustbin...

Would rather have less options but better quality. Warm water only worked in one of the three days. Don't know if we didn't had a clue how to turn it on. The room had a smell when the AC was off. Overall I think I overpaid but the quality we got.

• Douglas (10/5): - Had issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.

They can arrange the jain breakfast on request. You can plan to stay. Took extra charges for early check-in. Hot water is not working in the room, but the staff helped and changed the room. Some of the things were not pre-arranged, you Need to request them. Otherwise all things are good.

• Jagdish (10/5): A good value stay - Location is definitely a big plus. They have safe parking space. Room allocated was a corner one with a view onto the main street. Size of the room and cleanliness is good enough. They have a restaurant but room service hours for food orders are limited to certain time frames. Food was okay with fairly large serving portions. Desserts at the restaurant below are pretty good. Felt the property is really good and can do wonders as a premium stay if rooms are maintained really well especially with good cleaning equipment.

The restaurant at best is mediocre and can be missed, The Staff is a little slow while responding to queries and request. The Toiletries are not uppto the mark . thhe same can be kept of the upkeep of the toilet area and the common areas.
