The hostel perfectly balances privacy with a vibrant social atmosphere, the continuous activities are fantastic and the rooms feel surprisingly intimate for a hostel. That's the wow factor right there. The staff was incredible, so warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. Special thanks to Lucia from the kitchen for her wonderful care and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid. Will definitely be back! 5/5 stars

- Miel (9/5): Recomiendo! - Es muy bonito, las instalaciones están muy bien, muy completo todo. Las habitaciones, la cocina, laundry, y tiene una terraza muy hermosa a la que le da el sol por la tarde. Cuenta con un bar y un restaurante. El personal es súper amable y atento! La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de todo, hay muchos lugares para comer y tiendas bonitas. A la vuelta hay un Mercadona en donde se puede comprar comida también por un precio bastante accesible. Le agregaría cortinillas a las camas, para tener un poquito más de privacidad.

Una manita de pintura no es demasiado cara. Y el trato de la camarera alta en el buffet del desayuno, hubo gente que se levantó y se fue a buscar otro sitio.... Ciertamente éramos muchos, cada uno con su comanda particular, parecía no gustarle, ponía pegas e impedimentos, llegó a decir "esto no va a salir bien chicos"... yo pensaba "pues haber sido médico"... 😆

- Natalia (5/5): Bonito y cómodo pero mala suerte con compañeros de habitación - La ubicación, el diseño y el concepto Me tocaron unos compañeros de habitación ruidosos si bien no es culpa del alojamiento, eso afectó mi percepción, entraban cada rato, creo que está más pensado para personas que van de fiesta, y algunos llevan la fiesta a su habitación y se les olvida que es compartida, y en mi caso era para pasar la noche y descansar y no fue muy compatible con algunos con mis compañeros asignados. Ese detalle es una lotería, quizás deberían preguntar el motivo de visita en función de eso organizar mejor la distribución de las camas en los cuartos compartidos

- Emily (8/5): Great location and facilities, but room too stuffy - Location is incredible and the bar / restaurant facilities are great. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We couldn’t control the temperature in our room and it was way too hot, especially in the morning when the sun was streaming into the room. We couldn’t even crack a window and it was suffocating, and it’s only April! Can’t imagine summer. Staff also acted like checking you in was a nuisance to them, which isn’t a great welcome. Some black out curtains or blinds would be good too.

- carlotta mia (7/5): - Pulizia ordinaria giornaliera, servizi buoni, posizione ottima. Le stanze erano grandi e molto pulite, anche se aggiungerei qualche gancio alla parete e accessori perchè se viaggi d'inverno particolarmente, non ci sono abbastanza posti per tutte le persone della camerata. Lo staff non è stato così amichevole come mi aspettavo fosse in un ostello. Su tre sere che sono stata in ostello, nessuna delle tre volte era accessibile usufruire del bar perchè c'erano eventi privati. I tornei di beer pong, che dovrebbero essere giornalieri, non erano attivi.

- IZUMO (6/5): - 特に無し。 何をするにもQRコードが必要で、スマホを充電したままではホテル内の移動すら出来ない。 ドミトリーベッドに仕切りのカーテンが無いため、外の宿泊者に姿が丸見えになる。
